Keto Food Tip: Rosemary Chicken in the Crock Pot This chicken is a huge favorite, but takes overnight to prepare- so it is time to plan ahead! Brine whole chicken in 6 cups of water with 2 cups of kosher salt, 1/2 cup of rosemary, and 1/4 cup of oregano and 1/4 cup of thyme. Let sit overnight. Remove from liquid and rub skin with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, oregano, and thyme. Cook, breast down, in crock pot on low for 6 hours-ish. Decorate to stun!
