NoSugarCoat started out as a no holds barred conversation that brings to light the stories behind restaurant walls and kitchen doors. Hosted by pastry chef and owner of Le15 Patisserie, Pooja Dhingra, Season 1 featured conversations with chefs, entrepreneurs, friends and mentors from the food industry talking about where their passion for food began, their trials and tribulations, and what it took to get to where they are today. Now, Pooja’s expanding her understanding of the entrepreneurial struggle from just the hospitality industry to those from any industry. She hopes to dive into the journey of her contemporaries to find parallels, learnings, failures, self-doubt and the realisation of one’s dreams through passion and perseverance.
