Brilliant   (5/5)

I mean it’s Oprah. She’s the best.

Sound mixing needs fixing   (1/5)

Love the show, but the volume for sponsored ads is WAY too loud compared to the audio for the recorded content. My eardrums practically burst when transitioning to an ad.

Tina Turner   (5/5)

Wow! I have a whole new perspective of Tina Turner. I found myself laughing, shedding tears, and contemplating. What a strong, courageous woman!

No intimacy - stop interviewing celebrities!!   (2/5)

This podcast used to be so incredibly personal and powerful. Now it’s just celebrities giving us a rundown of their career successes and some of their spiritual experiences along the way - we can watch celebrities discuss themselves literally at any point on any platform. We miss spiritual experts who’ve dedicated their lives to this study! Not a random actor who maybe saw god once. Oprah is so enlightened so why is she giving a platform to these celebs?? With all her success, I’m wondering if she feels like she owes them. Bummer...

Audio mix should be the same quality as the content   (3/5)

The discrepancy between the audio level of the commercials and the interviews/bookends is piercing - the engineers/producers should rise to the level of the content being offered.

The time is now Podcast   (5/5)

The interview with Tina Turner was fabulous! I’m so happy for Tina, she’s in a wonderful space where she’s happy. There is nothing like true happiness! I applaud you Tina! Monique

amazing!   (5/5)

I’ve listened to this podcast basically since it was released. I love the messages Oprah shares and I believe the world needs these messages now more than ever! When I’m having a low day I love to put this podcast and go for a long walk. I feel instantly inspired and motivated to push through and give my best. Thank you for this work!

Steven Tyler Episode   (5/5)

Wow! I always liked Steven Tyler, but listening to Oprah’s interview with him in Sunapee, NH I’ve grown to love him! What a authentic, down to earth guy... and outright appreciating Oprah for her incredible omnipotent energy. I listened to this podcast while I was out walking on a country road in Connecticut; I found myself laughing out loud as if I was with Oprah and Steven in the woods of New Hampshire. Wonderful and thought provoking interview.

Suggestion   (4/5)

I would love to hear an interview of Resmaa Menakem - and his book, My Grandmother’s Hands

Love Oprah, but...   (4/5)

This podcast is awesome except for the sound. With as much money and technology that Oprah has available, one would think that the audio would be better. An example of this is the phone interview with Tina Turner. It was awful. The terrible sound quality distracts from the great content that is provided. I love Oprah and her message but this podcast can sound amateurish. Her team can do better.

Sound issue   (1/5)

Please fix sound issue, as recently mentioned. Commercials volume is too loud. Longtime fan of Oprah

Oprah has a problem   (1/5)

Considering her political opinion I feel bad for you Oprah and your followers!

5-star show with 1-star level sound mix   (1/5)

I do not want to give this show 1-star but hoping this will help fix the sound issue. Lifelong Oprah fan and such a great podcast but my ear drums burst when the commercials come on. Literally almost have a heart attack. I work in production and this is a super easy fix in mixing. Please read this review and I'm happy to help fix this. Oprah I can help!

Favorite!   (5/5)

My favorite podcast of all time! I get so much from these conversations- listening to SS has been like taking a class & every episode has helped me grow as a person-thank you!

The Midas Touch!   (5/5)

Everything Ms. Oprah Winfrey touches truly does turn into gold (I honestly wish she would just touch me with just her smallest pinky finger, I know I would become an instant success, truly). I love her soul purpose to inspire and teach others about the important lessons in life and about the joys of the human experience and connection. I have been a super fan from a very young age and I can only hope and dream to be even an ounce of the goodness she is and inspire others. Thank you for creating this medium for millennials, busy working mothers, and budding nurse practitioner. You are valued, loved, seen, and appreciated. If you listen to no other podcast, listen to this. You owe to yourself and everyone you love.

Somebody fix the volume levels, please!   (2/5)

I love the content, but the volumes between the content and commercials are so extreme. I have to turn up the volume all the way up to hear the show, only to have my eardrums blown out by the commercials. Hate listening to the show in this format.

Sound problem   (3/5)

LOVE the content, HATE the sound issue! Please fix :)

Volume & Sound Quality 😣   (4/5)

I love the content, but why has the sound quality not improved with time & experience? The commercials & segues bust my ear drums while the interviews are quiet & lower quality. It’s a frustrating listen for soul-stirring conversations.

Queen Oprah!   (5/5)

Oprah and her guests bring so much inspirational motivation in my life and I’m always thrilled to listen to this podcast.

Best Way to Start   (5/5)

Ok the ads are heinous. Annoying noisy. Talking way too fast. Ruining a meditative show. Why Oprah why?? Thank God for fast forward. The shows are still great but please do something abt those ads. So distracting from your purpose.

🙏   (5/5)

Just thank you. Thank you.

Fix Sound on Commercials   (4/5)

I love this podcast; it’s nearly perfect! But, please, for the love of God, fix the sound discrepancy between the podcast and the commercials. It’s absolutely, completely horrible! If you’re listening on earphones, to say it’s startling is a severe understatement!! If you have the podcast on a regular volume, your eardrums nearly burst every time an ad is played. This podcast has way too much financial backing for that bad of a blunder. Amateurs don’t make this mistake.

Commercials too loud   (3/5)

Content is great. But I have to rush to turn down the volume every time a commercial comes on. Please balance the sound levels more consistently between show content and sponsor content. Thanks!

#PIZZA GATE   (5/5)

Wake up people. Please!!!!!

Amy Schumer   (5/5)

I really like Amy and think she’s hilarious. It was a good conversation with Oprah.

Amazing podcast   (5/5)

I’m really enjoying listening to all of these episodes. Very relaxing after a hard day at work. I’ve learned about many new people and books that are truly inspiring. Thank you.

Walking with Super Soul!   (5/5)

Oprah, I live next to a peaceful cemetery in a very small town. Every morning I walk that beautiful cemetery and listen to Super Soul! The podcast sets my attitude each morning and gets me back home ready to take on the day.

Tina Fey and Oprah   (1/5)

I had to stop listening after five minutes as Tina Fey and Oprah started talking about how many points a banana counts for in WW. Arguably, two of the most interesting, powerful women in our society and they focus about shrinking their bodies and perpetuating diet culture. Think of everything women could accomplish if we let go off that!

How many times can we say it?   (3/5)

For the most part, I really enjoy the content here! But I truly hope the editing team is seeing these comments about the sound. People have been leaving them for months - and they’re right, it’s so loud it’s unlistenable. Listen to your listeners.

Sound   (4/5)

Such good messages. Always horrible sound. Bad levels. Inconsistent levels. Commercials twice as loud as the podcast so I have to turn them down and then back up when the interview begins again. All the talent available to you and this is the best you can do? Hard to believe. Does anyone involved listen to these for quality. Worst of all post casts out there. Period. Please pay more attention. Thanks Tim

I love this podcast, but the sound levels are unpredictable and awful. The recorded content volume is different from the narrated volume which is different from the commercials. And each episode is different in its volume levels; and, this is different from other podcast volumes. It’s really disruptive and I don’t understand why(Oprah is such a stickler for quality so I am confused by this)!!?? So please, for everyone’s sake, FIX THE SOUND!!

Love the content - please fix the sound!   (4/5)

I love this podcast but the sound is so much lower on the interviews than the introductions and other content on one’s phone so it makes it frustrating to listen to in the car. Just wanted you to know so it can be adjusted! Thanks so much!

My mentor from afar   (5/5)

I cannot get enough of this podcast. Thank you Oprah for inspiring me all these years.

Please adjust the audio   (1/5)

This is my favorite podcast but at some point the volume of the ads got so loud it is affecting my experience with the content. I’ve seen this been mentioned by other reviewers, but maybe because they give a high number of stars might be getting missed - that is why I giving a low qualification. Please fix it! I love this podcast so much I hate not to be able to listen to it at any time w/o having to worry about bursting my ears or awaking people of listening to it w/o earphones. Thank you!!

Please post to Instagram   (5/5)

If you have not done so- please post this discussion along with the 9 Steps to take in the name of George Floyd. Thank you

Volume issues   (3/5)

Love the messages that I can hear, but often Oprah and her interviewees are very quiet and hard to hear. Then ads come on suddenly and VERY loud. Please adjust the volume between ad and content to be similar.

Great podcast, but poor sound quality   (3/5)

I often listen to this and other podcasts using my earbuds, while exercising and doing household chores. The adds come on at such a high volume compared to Oprah’s interviews, which is not only alarming and annoying, it is extremely DANGEROUS to my hearing. I thoroughly enjoy this podcast, but if the volume issue is not addressed and fixed I will unsubscribe and stop listening.

Great content- Bad Audio   (3/5)

My goodness. The difference in volume between the content and the ads is strange given Oprah’s media expertise. Please lower the ad volume!!

Great Interviews, horrible audio!   (4/5)

Please adjust the audio. Super low on the interviews, ear piercingly loud on the ads. No bueno.

Amazing but please adjust ad volume   (4/5)

Super amazing podcast hands down! However, ad volume is set way too loud. Ad volume needs to be set to match the poscast, cannot listen on my EarPods because the volume is blasted when the ads come on. It’s even hard to listen in my car while driving or even at home because of this. Please adjust ad volume. Thank you for these wonderful podcasts!!

Inspiring   (2/5)

The most inspiring and heart warming podcast ever. Oprah’s interviewing skills are truly displayed and she brings out the best in all her already amazing guests. The only problem with this podcast is the volume level. The commercials come on without warning and it’s a hundred decibels louder than the show.

This podcast deserves 5.0 stars! It is all inspiring and informative. I will one day be a guest speaker for Oprah.

The audio makes this podcast unlistenable   (3/5)

Let me start by saying that I love the content in this podcast. It’s no secret that Oprah has a natural gift for uplifting influential people and spreading positivity and love through every interview she does. That being said, this is a PODCAST, not a TV broadcast, and the audio volume between the ads and content makes the listening experience nearly unlistenable. The interviews are so quiet that I have to max out my volume and then the ads are so loud that I cannot listen to it through headphones, and even without headphones, it’s NOT an enjoyable experience. The only good thing about this is that it makes it super easy for me to skip over the ad placements and get to the content, which I’m sure is exactly what you DON’T want listeners to do. Please get with the times and find an audio editor that has experience with podcast editing and NOT television editing. There should be a seamless transition between the content and the ads/sponsors so that as the listener, I actually continue listening and get to hear who is supporting this podcast. You can’t fast forward through a live TV broadcast, so it makes sense that commercials are placed at a higher volume to get people’s attention. That is NOT the case for podcasts. I would expect higher quality from such a profound team.

Saved my life   (5/5)

This podcast helped shift my life, and honestly helped save it. The first one I listened to was Oprah and Brené Brown. So many tears, laughter and A-HA moments. Many I listen to multiple times and hear something new and learn more. It’s been a great journey with the perspectives of Oprah and these guests. Thank you Oprah for your life’s work.

Too loud commercials   (3/5)

It hurts my ears during the commercials because the volume is significantly louder. I will not be listening to these anymore, for that reason.

Oprah’s Super soul   (2/5)

Love the podcasts but STOP INCREASING THE VOLUME ON THE ADS. I don’t even listen to them anymore.

Here and now   (5/5)

The power of Now has dramatically improved and saved my life. Life is truly an adventure

THANK YOU!!!   (5/5)

Every episode fuels me with courage and purpose...always messages that I need. Some episodes resonate with me more than another, but overall, I thank you for having this network. ❤️🙏🏻

Joel Osteen   (1/5)

I’m sorry - but the Christian mega church is most anti-Jesus experience I can imagine. The wealth of the pastor is disturbing. I personally am not inspired by this and I’m shocked that Oprah was. All I saw was another snake oil salesman. I’m perplexed that after l watched President Jimmy Carter speak such a heartfelt and sincere manner that the like of Joel Osteen is presented here. To each his own for sure.

Super Soul   (5/5)

I absolutely love this podcast. I listen in between work; while driving; and even at night when I need something to quiet my mind. The variety of topics and speakers always adds value relevant to what I’m going through and if needed, I’ll listen to an episode twice. This is my go to and I can’t wait for you to listen.

A podcast I look forward to   (5/5)

Love listening to the variety of people she has on to interview. They come from all walks of life and I can learn something from all of them even if we approach life or beliefs differently. My only feedback would be to equalize the sound - I have to turn this podcast up so loud to hear the interview, but then the commercials come in blaring.

Wow - When They See Us   (5/5)

Wow! The When they see us episode 2 is so powerful. Endless Tears are streaming down my cheeks. I pray so deeply for those who have gone through this. I pray for Antron McCray that he can feel the power his life is sharing with the world and that he can locate a spark of contentment inside himself. I feel hope that their lives and this work can catapult our country into a new era in turning the tables on the numerous injustices like this. I pray that I can positively influence this change somehow. Thank you for sharing these voices on SuperSoul. This episode hit me from a different angle and penetrated down to the atomic level.

I needed this   (5/5)

I just listened to your newest podcast just now with Dwayne Johnson and I am feeling so inspired. I feel uplifted like all the weight is off my shoulder and I can do anything now. Can’t wait to listen to more episodes.

So much weight loss talk among good content   (3/5)

1) The audio inconsistencies, as many others have mentioned — so bad! 2) Every episode with a woman that I’ve listened to has to work in Weight Watchers. Sponsorship aside, come on - it’s painfully intrusive on otherwise valuable conversations and reduces women to being worth their lack of physical weight. Not sure how much more I will try to listen to as a result. I love Oprah and so much of what she has accomplished, so I would love to love this podcast.

Newton’s third law   (5/5)

There are so many truths here. Thank you for the way you speak, the guests you invite and the sermon you preach in a way that I can hear it. I feel congregated with likeminded believers in this episode.

Super Soul   (5/5)

My go to podcast. Keeps me centered, curious, grateful and hopeful.

5 star content 1 star sound   (4/5)

Commercials should not be 50x the volume of the interview. Terrible if you’re listening with ear pods in particular

Life Changing!   (5/5)

This Podcast should have a 10 Star review!! What Oprah is doing and they way she is weaving these incredible people together on topics that literally NO ONE is talking about is Healing on all levels! Thank you for who you are and what you are creating! Your life is a masterpiece that I can only imagine the amount of dedication you have put towards answering The Call!

Encouraging podcasts   (5/5)

I always enjoy listening to this podcast while doing my weekly hike in the mornings. It’s so refreshing to hear about other people’s lives & the lessons they learned from past experiences.

Daily   (5/5)

Listen to this podcast on the daily for my soul!

Bad sound   (1/5)

I’ve been trying to listen to this podcast for over a year and every time I try I’m disappointed by the bad sound quality. Each time I’m shocked that someone as powerful as Oprah can’t manage to have good sound quality on her podcast. Come on Oprah, you’re beater then this and we deserve better from you.

Volume   (5/5)

Hi guys. Love this podcast. Only concern is that the volume of the content is so much lower than the volume of the commercials.

Love the podcast for the most part and would give it 5 stars but rating it 1 star for now in the hopes someone sees this review and does something about it! The volume inconsistency of some of the episodes are ridiculous! The intro is super loud, and the content is super soft, then suddenly BAM the ad comes in SO LOUD my ears are in shock! For a production of this famous scale, you would think they would do the sound editing right!

God bless you Oprah   (5/5)

For a free uplifting podcast 🥰

Oprah’s Walk with Truth   (5/5)

Oprah’s willingness to seek humbly & endlessly to be the teacher she is is the real lesson here. I love the guests but thank you Oprah bc your commitment makes this possible. You’re everything.

Perfect podcast at the perfect time   (5/5)

You brought me Eckhart Tolle, yourself and many other wise guides at the absolute perfect time in my life to be open to hearing them. I am reaching new levels of peace, understanding, and success by learning the right things at the right time. I feel sure I have been guided to this and I have gratitude to you for sharing this platform with the public.

My favorite place   (5/5)

Lady Gaga   (5/5)

This episode should come with a trigger warning. Thank you Lady Gaga for not only advocating for better mental health care, but for talking the talk and walking the walk. I have faith that you will be part of the reason mental health becomes priority in everyone’s life! Sharing your personal mental health struggles is powerful.

Loud noise   (4/5)

The loud audience and clapping ruins the audio... Had to stop listening to it.

LG   (5/5)

Great content, meh sound   (4/5)

I am obsessed with the content in this podcast. I wish the audio was a bit better quality, though. Still a solid listen despite the audio issue!

Missing the intimacy   (4/5)

I really miss the intimacy of this show. The crowds have made it very hard for me to listen to. It was so special when it was just in her backyard with the sounds of the birds. With people that I wasn’t familiar with. Now I feel like it’s mostly famous people in a huge audience. It’s not the same.

Mindfulness 101 John Cabot zinn   (4/5)

Awesome information from one of the greatest of our times. But let him speak! Stop interrupting and running in your own directions Oprah! Be MINDFUL of LISTENING instead of talking too much ...just as we need to stop our minds from “talking” too much, you need to listen more and let the answer get completed before jumping into another line of questions.

The podcast everyone needs   (5/5)

Positivity, learning. Thank you Oprah

Thank You!   (5/5)

That episode with Bishop T.D. Jakes was what we all need to hear! That was the best virtual church service I’ve been to. Now, I’m inspired to keep using my gifts for the greater good no matter what lies ahead. Thank you for that amazing message!

TD Jakes   (1/5)

I love this podcast series. I was so excited to listen to this episode with TD Jakes, but the audience was so distracting that I could not focus on his message.

Love it!   (5/5)

Inspiration!!!!   (5/5)

This podcast is truly the most inspiring show I have ever had the privilege of listening too. I was already on a spiritual path and feel God led me to Super Soul. Oprah thank you so much for this wonderful gift.

Inspiring   (4/5)

There is quite a bit of criticism surrounding Oprah, however I have found this podcast deeply Inspiring and have largely enjoyed - with the notable exception of Joel Olsteen who I do not trust just as I never trusted Matt Lauer - her guests and their bravery in sharing their experiences and viewpoints.

Thank you for a wonderful podcast!   (5/5)

Love the inspiration and the stories. Thanks for all you do!

A New Earth...My New Earth   (5/5)

This 10 week course really opened my mind and my heart. It was really enlightening to go through each chapter and analyze components of each chapter with renewed understanding. It challenges the ego to bring one fully present in the NOW. The pain body hit me on the head!!! The manner in which that was explained/broken down really grabbed my attention. It made me aware of my unconscious pain body in certain situations. I’ve shared with so many this beautiful gift. Thank you both for doing this! 🙏🏽 Yikes, didn’t realize this was in my drafts 🙄

Oprah’s Gift   (5/5)

She has used her gifts to do good for our world. This pod cast is a gift I receive each week. Thank you Oprah. Keep on keeping on.

Thank you   (5/5)

Thank you Oprah for using your power and celebrity for good. This podcast is incredible in every way. Hope all the love you send out into the world comes back to you in unexpected ways.

Enjoy the show🍿🍿   (1/5)

Oprah when will you discuss your relationship with Harvey W and Father John of God. Looking forward to your answer.

Thought provoking conversation   (4/5)

I’m hooked on this show. After each show I am excited to see what comes next. Not every subject resonates with me but those that do are tremendous Thanks Ms Ophra!

Very low volume   (3/5)

With headphones or an external speaker the volume is very low in every episode

Oprah and Dr. Phil Life code   (2/5)

I love Oprah’s super soul podcasts for the most part. I especially have loved guests like Eckhardt Tolle, Richard Rohr and Thich Nhat Hanh. Julia Roberts was such a delightful surprise! What I found in common with those and many more, was the invitation to look more deeply in ourselves and each other, discovering the wholeness of ourselves through truly seeing another. Many of the guests have taught me about non dual thinking, the power of being present, and resisting the ego’s need to judge others. In Dr. Phil’s podcast, however, he describes people as fundamentally two kinds of people; either givers or takers. This message, along with the quick judgment about the life situations presented by the callers, was a disappointing departure from the wonderful life lessons I have so enjoyed on the SuperSoul podcasts. I appreciate his desire to help people get out of unhealthy relationships, but I feel that encouraging people to make snap judgements about other people in their lives will ultimately not further the development of a healthier consciousness. Compassion and self reflection, which so many of your guests have taught, I think is the better path.

Thank you   (5/5)

I get to listen to this podcast more than watching the show on Sunday. Thank you for making this possible.

Thank you!   (5/5)

Thank you for this opportunity.

Disappointed   (1/5)

I’m disappointed that someone as influential as Oprah would promote anything Joel Olsteen has to say. There are plenty of other people with similar inspiring messages, that have not spread hateful messages regarding LGBTQ and closed their church doors on people in need during times of national crisis.

Oh god. Not Joel Osteen   (2/5)

I just started listening to this podcast as my friends highly recommended it. But the first I hear is that Joel Osteen billionaire Pharisee. I’m disappointed you give a platform to someone so questionable and greedy. No thanks

SoulFULL   (5/5)

Deep. Connected. Human. Spiritual. SoulFULL. This podcast is truly a beautiful journey that explores the depth of who we are as spirits in a body, having a human experience. For some, this might be a stretch of the imagination. For many, it’s a reminder of who we really are.

Amazing   (5/5)

Great and insightful.

Interrupting   (3/5)

Interesting guests and content. Frequently interrupting guests is not what I expect from someone who has made a career of interviewing interesting people. Perhaps the intent was to be conversational, but my ears heard it as quite inconsiderate to her guests, especially when a guest is interrupted mid-sentence.

Listening into a communal sanctuary   (5/5)

Oprah Soul Sessions was the first podcast I ever downloaded and it’s become a morning ritual for me during my commute. If you are looking for a podcast that centers you, nurtures your spiritual intellectuality and a feel-good open mindedness - I HIGHLY recommend you tune in and listen. Best part, you can start with 1xday and work your way back from current to past.

Missing spirituality   (3/5)

I miss interviews that always include the question -“what is the soul?” I loved hearing from so many different people and their spiritual experiences. I really, really miss those.

Awesome Podcast!!!   (5/5)

The host of the Oprah's SuperSoul Conversations podcast, highlights all aspects of thought leader, health & wellness experts and more in this can’t miss podcast! The host and expert guests offer insightful advice and information that is helpful to anyone that listens!

Who hurt doctor Phil?   (5/5)

He’s toxic AF in that recent episode.

Nurturing the soul   (5/5)

This podcast nurtures my soul. Oprah has been blessed with the opportunities to open doors through her craft. Life is so very complex because we are so absorbed in the entangled world. This podcast serves to untangle and define issues so that we can find that holy grail within ourselves called simplicity and clarity. Thank you all for guiding me to the light within myself and helping me understand that I have the permission to do so. Negativity and ego serve nothing productive in this world ,,,. The Source wants us to be happy at a level of higher consciousness ..... authentic ... like a child. I forgot that child in me that serves as a beacon of light back to my authentic simplicity. Thank you

Sad to have finished all the episodes today   (5/5)

I loved each and every one of them. Thank you Oprah!

Dean Ornish   (2/5)

I learned a lot in this episode. I just wish Oprah would allow her guest to finish his thoughts. Often her well meaning interjections broke the flow and at times, the impact of his stories. It was a bit distracting when she chose to make her own points. More mindful transitions would have prevented the listener from feeling “ interrupted.” Great content.

Eye opening   (5/5)

My review is just like everyone else, every time I listen to an episode I come out with a new perspective on things and motivated! Most episodes are relatable and some can even be very healing. Definitely recommend this podcast to everyone.

Important lessons for everyone   (5/5)

I think I have listened to every one of these episodes. Time well spent!! I come away with a new understanding of how my thoughts and intentions form my experiences. Very empowering stuff!! Thanks Oprah and friends!!

Low sound   (3/5)

I love the podcast, but whoever does the sound, needs to up the game. All my other podcasts are on point with sound and volume. This is sub par. Please fix it. Thanks

This is my brain food   (5/5)

Thank you Oprah for dedicating your life to serve and teach us how to arrive to the path of love and service through the lessons and stories of others. This is my every morning podcast in my way to work. It really changes my day. God bless.

Phil in the blanks   (1/5)

This review is not of this episode but of the Podcast - way too many ads and aggressive ones at that!

Stop interupting guests!!   (3/5)

It is very annoying to hear Oprah constantly interupt her guests, trying to finish their sentences. I hope someone tells her to chill out. Oprah, I dig all that you do, but please give it a rest; you don't need to act like you know it all and stop kissing butt to your guests; you’re beginning to sound inauthentic and it's a huge turn off. Be humble, sit back and take in what your guests are sharing, it might be useful.

My Family My Friends My Ángels Are Here   (5/5)

Love it!!!   (5/5)

I love this podcast ❤️❤️ thank you Oprah 🙏🙏 not only you have amazing speakers that inspire me but also the way you explain their concepts in such easy words for anybody to follow them . May God bless you always 🤗

Healing   (5/5)

Super Soul Conversations helped me when I was severely depressed and gave me hope. There were times when I couldn’t leave my bed and all I could do is reach for my phone and look for something to lift me up and this podcast did just that. I am grateful to have found this of which I’ve shared with friends along the way. I have a list of my favorite episodes that I put on from time to time that give me that boost to commence the day. Thank you Oprah and your team for giving me inspiration to not give up.

Appreciate her guests, let them speak!   (3/5)

I’ve stopped listening to this podcast - Oprah’s constant interruptions, finishing people’s sentences is incredibly annoying and disrespectful to her guests. She needs to find another format to download all she has to say and realize that an interview is not the time to show the world more of who you are, rather to let the audience learn more about the guest.

Love hearing Iyanla and Oprah in conversation.   (5/5)

Please please please record a series of life lesson conversations between Oprah and Iyanla. These two are my most treasured guru’s, and I always feel so full after hearing them speak together. Maybe the topics could circle around Black women and self-recovery? Just a dream I’m tossin’ into the ether. I have so much gratitude for all the SuperSoul content thus far. I’m 24, and I’ve been listening for over a year now, and I feel as if I can credit this podcast for a significant increase in my health and well-being. Thank you!!

Beautiful   (5/5)

Oprah’s super soul conversations have opened my heart, healed me, guided me, and given me hope. When listening, I feel that I am on a journey of personal growth together with oprah. Thank you so much for this gift. But Oprah!! Bring back the woke people!

OPRAH - Always improving & Simply Amazing!   (5/5)

My best memories as a child are watching Oprah with my Mom on our windmill pattern couch with Lays potato chips & a shared Coke (before Coke thought it cool to share a Coke). Of course, we eat better now because we know better, Thanks O!. We shared our most open conversations with Oprah’s lead & choice of topics. We don’t see eye to eye always, but we understand, value & appreciate each other’s opinions because she taught us how to listen to each other. We appreciate each other & coexist happily while still gently challenging each other; Peace as the most important Goal. I did multiple essays on Oprah in elementary school. She has always been an influential public figure in my experiences, challenging my level of empathy, forgiveness & contemplation. We can’t wait to see her in Charlotte January 18th! I have evolved with her ongoing, objective journalism. She obviously can’t help but shine though her work & she is simply brilliantly heart centered.

So grateful   (5/5)

OMG I just listened to yet another amazing interview by Oprah. Lady Gaga amazes and touches my heart. Oprah thanks for all your interviews. I’m 58 and have learned so much about the world from these talks. I’ve never been a tv person but I listen as I drove and when the work I’m doing allows it. Bless you all.

Maria highly recommends this podcast   (5/5)

I absolutely love this podcast. Highly recommend it, because no matter what you are going through this podcast will hit every topic and it will touch you in many positive ways.

The most kind and understanding woman   (5/5)

I love this podcast. Oprah is a wonderful example of who we should aspire to be. She asks the best questions and is a wonderful listener. Such an uplifting podcast!

Journey of internally Search   (5/5)

I deeply appreciate the importance of soul searching. The journey of internally search with soul Sunday has continued to open my mind and soul with the part me that I’m not aware. Thank you!

Phenomenal   (5/5)

I absolutely love Oprah super Soul, it is filled with so much goodness that we can apply to our own lives. It also validated many things that we all go through and to know that we are not alone. I listen to several over and over again. It’s by far the BEST podcast. Oprah is such an inspiration.

Advertisements are not on point   (3/5)

Who's in charge of these advertisements? Does Oprah listen to the podcasts? I would think she'd notice that they're usually contrary to the purpose. The people listening and inspired by these podcasts are making an effort to grow their awareness, be more conscious and grounded. Most of the podcasts here are amazing tools and help move the needle in our planets collective consciousness. A lot of the advertisements are about something completely unrelated to the podcast topic and audience as a whole. Imagine listening to & getting inspired by the podcast with Suzy Amis promoting and teaching about what changing to one meal a day to a plant based meal and all the good it does for your health and the planet, then it's interrupted by an advertisement for some Asian chicken bowl and boars head deli meat ¯\(°_O)/¯ It's like listening to a soothing meditation and right when your fully in it, an advertisement comes on from YouTube, snaps you right out lol. it definitely made me question how much Oprah and the people helping produce these really believe in the ideas they're talking about. I get it these things cost money and the companies promoting the things that are bad for you but your ego will be satisfied with, have the most money so we'll push them👍🏻 "practice what you preach." Love the podcasts though.

Love this except the ads   (4/5)

So nice to have the super soul conversations on the go and. It limited to OWN. Always quality as in everything Oprah does. She selects guests she is truly inspired by. My only suggestion are the ads. Today on the OMD topic, encouraging one plant-based meal to help the planet was an ad for deli meat! What? Also frequent ads for dairy milk promoting its health. Responsible advertising matters too.

Hire a podcast studio to produce this plz   (1/5)

Hi again. I’d love to update this to a five star review. However that’s not the case. I’m trying to listen to the episode with Pema as a guest. I adjust my volume to Oprahs intro to the show. Great. Then Oprah gives another intro to the episode. It’s way lower so I raise the volume. Ok. THEN my ears are blasted because the actual interview is mega loud! Tell your mix engineer to fix your levels and get a peak limiter in that session. Get the LUFFS right so our ears aren’t blasted. This is like podcasting 101. I’m seriously only coming back to this show because it’s Oprah and I love her, but I’m very disappointed in the sound quality of this. I would totally listen more consistently if it was well produced. I would LOVE if Oprah had a well produced show. I’d just love it. Oprah, if you’re reading this, you deserve a better podcast than this. Mix engineer or producer, hi, I’m sure you’re trying your best but please, please, please think of the listener when you make this. Please just make some inspo Oprah content that will gently lull me to bed. Please and thank you. ❤️ My previous review.... I love Oprah so much. But PLEASE add content warnings if there is talk of rape or other violence. I listen to this podcast to relax before falling asleep (Oprah’s voice is so soothing and the spirituality talks are comforting) but the most recent episode about “warning signs” had two stories of rapes not even 10 minutes in. This was unexpected for me, and certainly not what I wanted to hear before bed. Please think of your audience of assault survivors, sleepy people, people listening with children, or other listeners who might not want to hear about violence and near murders. Thanks.

One of my favorites   (5/5)

This is easily one of my favorite podcasts. Oprah and her guests share so much wisdom and insight on life - it’s a must listen! Oprah is one of the greatest teachers of our time, she is a wise and gentle soul. I’m so happy to have this podcast to learn from her and her guests.

A breath of fresh air   (5/5)

As someone who was forced to mature at such an early stage in life, I have applied some of these things to my life that Oprah shared in her podcast such as “When someone shows you who they really are, believe them” My parents divorce affected my childhood a lot to the point where I always applied that saying as a kid (I never liked having a big group of friends) I was always alone in peace and tranquillity and my best friend was a popular girl but we only spoke when she was without all her other friends... And as a teenager I applied this during my high school years, I only had 2 boyfriends, I never had a long relationship because once the boys showed me a glimpse of who they really where I believed them and I didn’t care if I loved them so much and that I was going to be hurt I simply ended the relationship and never turned back. I’ve had plenty of time to think alone and learn from my parents and friends/family mistakes. I wish a lot of people could learn this more and apply it in life and this podcast will give many people that. Everyone deserves a breath of fresh air.

Oprah is my Queen   (5/5)

I love this podcast, I listen to it daily. She has the most amazing guests and Oprah’s voice is so soothing. You are missing out on great wisdom and knowledge if you don’t tune in.

Know my name   (5/5)

As someone who has NEVER said a word about my own sexual assaults, it brought me to tears listening to the story of Chanell as if it was my own. I always thought that i did something to deserve it, but her words at the end cheered for me to speak my truth. Thank you Oprah for interviewing a woman who had just the words I needed to hear so I can process my hurt.

I love the in-sight!!!:)   (3/5)

I believe Oprah teaches a real in-sight on becoming a better person...I’m loving it!!!!especially when eckhardt tolle and Oprah discuss issues on chapter 8 “discover your inner space”he explained an issue using the flower as a metaphor.its was as if I discovered an eclipse...mind,body and soul!!! “No better better than...” thank you for your insight on making this a great day...

Amazing show, just please look at audio levels   (5/5)

In some of the episodes, the audio is very quiet or goes up and down between the ads and the episode content. That’s all. My fave podcast.

Dean Ornish interview   (5/5)

While I loved hearing Dr Ornish’s interview about his decades of proving how powerful lifestyle interventions can be, it is absolutely absurd that the interview was interrupted by a paid advertisements for White Castle fast food hamburgers. Dr Ornish’s program proves the whole food plant-based is key!! Dr Ornish gets a 5 star but the advertising gets a 0!!

Disappointed with Sponsors of this podcast   (3/5)

I love Oprah, but... I’ve only listened to three episodes, but I was disappointed that there was a Boar’s Head Delhi meat commercial in the middle of the podcast talking about going meatless. Also talking about how we should avoid dairy and gotmilk was a sponsor as well as White Castle being a sponsor. Disclaimer: I eat meat and dairy and even occasionally eat a White Castle, but these sponsors seem so hypocritical to me. It was really disappointing that they would in one breath tell you about these things being bad, but then advertise to you that you should buy them.

No meat=Boar's Head??   (3/5)

Your episode about One Meal a Day that suggested people leave animal products behind contained an advertisement for Boar's Head meat!

Love the content, ads need to be overhauled   (3/5)

Love Oprah’s podcasts and look froward to each new episode. Recently however I have been confused and disappointed by advertisements that are in direct conflict with the message of the podcast. Recent episodes advocating for the transition to a plant based diet such as those with Dean Ornish and Suzy Amis Cameron are punctuated by ads from both the dairy industry and perhaps even more shockingly Boars Head deli meat? You can’t be sending the message that plant based eating is important for health and essential to curbing climate change while also helping these industries to continue inflicting their harms on people and the planet, not to mention the animals. Whoever is managing these ads needs to check themselves.

Life Saver   (5/5)

Super Soul Conversations have literally saved me. Two years ago I hit the darkest place I’d ever been. I found Super Soul Conversations and started devouring the podcasts like life-saving bread. Every morning and sometimes evenings too, I would listen. The inspiration and thoughtfulness from every interview helped hold me up as I was slowly rebuilding my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You have deeply touched a life that you may never know.❤️

A prayer, a meditation, and an ever present gratitude   (5/5)

Every morning, when I make breakfast I listening on Oprah’s conversations with some thought-changing or provoking leader. I don’t always relate to the topic but I always learn something. I always come away feeling more broken open and more aware of the life that I’m living. The spiritual journey in a human existence. I love the references back to such golden nuggets like Rainn Wilson’s definition of prayer and Gary Zukav’s take on when personality serves the soul and of course (!!!!) Ms. Maya Angelou’s definition of LEGACY (le sigh). Devon Franklin’s bathroom moment that brought about my own!! Starting my mornings with SSC is a prayer, a meditation, and could easily always be on my gratitude list. This show, and more so, Oprah has changed my life little by little throughout the years. My only sadness is that I’m not sure what I’ll listen to every single day when I’m caught up on all the podcasts. So because if this I bought tickets to the 2020 tour in LA for my 40th Bday. That should keep me super soul charged for a while. If you haven’t listened, listen. Open your ears and your heart. I can’t think of a better way to start my day.

If it’s not for charity, ditch the ads...   (3/5)

So the advertising always seemed misplaced to me for this type of “soulfull” content coming from someone who is already incredibly wealthy. And yesterday was just too much, when the show went directly from talking about the harm that meat production causes to the environment straight into Boar’s Head advertising - within the span pf 30 seconds. Full on from “I made the change to one plant based meal a day to save the environment” to “Fresh roasted beef from the deli counter is the thing for you listener” in the span of no seconds. Do you really want to be cashing out on this one, Oprah? When in the realm of “spiritual” ideas, topics, leaders we can recognize who is in it for the fame and cash, and who is in it for the greater good of humanity. Your intentions appear blurred, Oprah, and it was especially obvious today. Here’s a “tweetable moment” for you - a person with pure intentions to help others(oh, and happens to be a billionaire) is compromising themselves by selling out to advertising, I’d say, unless that revenue is going to some cause for the greater good. If the advertising revenue is going towards charity, I apologize, but even so it still seems misplaced.

Meat sponsor for a plant based episode?   (1/5)

Extremely disappointed to hear a Boar’s Head deli meat ad during the episode with Cameron promoting a plant based diet. Could it be anymore hypocritical? DO BETTER!

Please stop promoting animal agriculture   (5/5)

I love this podcast, and I love Oprah! BUT I am astounded that Oprah - a woke, amazing, spiritual teacher and communicator - continues to promote the false positivity of animal agriculture. First the dairy industry - horrifically abusive and now directly linked to breast cancer in women - and now the egg industry! Male chicks are still ground alive, and no matter how humanly the hens are raised, they still suffer tortuous transport, mutilation, and death. Just stop, Oprah! Find sponsors who support your values. This is disheartening to say the least

Suzy Amis Cameron: One Meal A Day   (2/5)

Oprah, really a Boars Head commercial in the middle of this podcast? Could you not have chosen more supportive and positive commercial content that would align with the message that this podcast episode is trying to send to the world?!

Awesome Podcast!!   (5/5)

Oprah, host of the Super Soul Conversations podcast, highlights all aspects of authors, wellness and more in this can’t miss podcast! The host and expert guests offer insightful advice and information that is helpful to anyone that listens!

Ms Joy Harjo   (5/5)

Such an amazingly beautiful story. I was listening while working in my yard, I talk to my plants, trees, bugs and all. I feel a deep connection while outdoors and you just brought it all to a luminary light for me. I’m sorry I have never heard of your poetry, I will now purchase your book and I am so grateful to my wonderful spiritual sister Oprah for bringing you to all of us. Oprah truly is a Soul Sister and I am full of gratitude for this beautiful spirit connecting all of us. Sincerely thankful, ❤️ t.simon

More Joy   (5/5)

I just listened to the conversation with Ms. Joy Harjo and it was so amazingly beautiful. Listening to hear speak with the birds chirping around her made this even more special. Honestly, I have never heard of her before this and plan to buy her books. Such a thoughtful woman.

Oprah.... let the guest speak   (1/5)

I get it’s her channel. But she over talks the person and keeps cutting in. It’s SO annoying. Don’t invite people to your space if you can’t let them tell their story. On many episodes, on sensitive subjects (suicide) she just blatantly and almost is desensitized to it & it comes off cold... I can’t listen to this woman.

Bob is impressive   (5/5)

His integrity shines through every decision he’s made personally and professionally. Reminds me of my own dad. I too wish he’d run for President, now more than EVER. Thanks for sharing his story!

Bob for president.   (5/5)

1/2 way through this interview, my husband and I paused this podcast and discussed that this man should run for president. What’s more important than to save the world?

One of my favorites!   (5/5)

Definitely one of the best podcasts out there! Enjoy every episode.

My soul food   (5/5)

Whenever I need a life, this is my go to podcast. There is always something in it that helps me feel good about myself and others. I believe people are basically good but many have lost their way. Here is a way home for all!

Beneficial   (5/5)

Great podcast, I love the variety! And focus on spiritual, mental, relational, and health improvement

Love   (5/5)

Joyful Moments   (5/5)

I listen everyday on my way into work and get a little calmer, more peaceful and focused. The words of wisdom shared on this podcast bring me joy, everyday and great dinner conversation every night. Thank you Oprah! You are one of my heros and a best friend though we may never meet.

Gladwell   (1/5)

Have to echo many other reviewers in how off base Oprah was in happily following Malcolm Gladwell in his summation of the Stanford rape as fundamentally about alcohol. The rapist himself who got off with a slap on the wrist only owned up to drinking too much. I’d strongly encourage Oprah and her minions to reread the victim’s statement- and be prepared to do some more nuanced and better researched discussion on the topic. Guess after so many years you can still screw up royally, Oprah.

Great content, shady advertising   (4/5)

Love the episode with Dean and Anne Ornosh but the “Got Milk” advertisment just seems so off knowing all the side effects lactose has on the human body. Giving this episode one less star because of that. Part of creating high quality content means having smart sponsored partnerships. I know Oprah can do better!

Anti stimulating   (2/5)

This show should be called the Dumbification of the soul

Aging   (5/5)

I loved loved loved Cybil and Ali Talk about their age. And the process. I am not aging well. Not done living yet. ❤️❤️❤️

Malcom Gladwell   (1/5)

His last book is full of insufferable pretentious pauses (audible)and the entire Sandra Bland portion is not about “misinterpretation” or not understanding each other. He attempts to understand and explain- but is not accurate or sensible he has lost credibility with me and others. Took me 10,000 hours to figure that out. Had to stop this podcast 3 min in.

thank you!   (5/5)

Thank you Oprah for Super Soul Conversations. I listen any chance I get. While I’m getting ready to leave the house, on my commute to work and my favorite time of all, a Sunday drive. There have been many guests on the show that have inspired me and helped me to understand the things that I need to do in order to take control of my life and most importantly be happy. So many wonderful books that have struck a chord with me. More so than books I have read in the past. One of them being “Before Happiness”. Highly recommend listening to episodes with Shawn Achor, Joe Biden and the author of “A Stroke of Insight”. There is an episode that can speak to any one of us. Learning how to overcome addiction, deal with grief, get out of a rut, become more spiritual, successful, grateful and as Oprah says what we are all untimately hoping to do, be happy. It is also a good time to listen to Oprah. Hear her feedback, views on life and what she has learned. It’s like sitting down and having a conversation with her directly. Priceless! Super Soul Conversations gives me joy and brings me peace. I can’t explain it but I can’t get enough! Thank you Oprah! I love you!

Malcolm Gladwell - another excuse for rapists   (1/5)

I used to be a Malcolm Gladwell fan. But alcohol does not create rapists. It lowers inhibitions. If a man has a propensity to rape when he drinks, he needs to stop drinking. If a man can’t understand no or recognize a passed out woman when he’s drinking, he needs to stop drinking. I am so disgusted by this.

Volume   (2/5)

The volume is poor. I have it cranked and at times can hardly hear the voices

Beware   (1/5)

This podcast is laced with new Age deception. Oprah pushes the theme of being one with the universe and new Age spirituality. It’s feel good talk. It’s self absorption not self help. There is only one God and I challenge you to beware of this kind of talk Oprah does that Tries to make you yourself a God. Christians don’t listen to this stuff guard your heart!

Know better, Do better   (5/5)

As a millennial I feel I am living in the hungriest generation to have ever lived. We are starved for connectivity, starved for all things authentic and real, starved for meaning in the midst of the sea of vapid, topical, filtered, overload of technology we so desperately want to escape. Thank you Oprah for existing. Thank you for speaking truth and for being vulnerable. Your presence liberates others to follow the path you’ve blazed.

Loving the new style!   (5/5)

Love the new format with flash backs and compilations about a certain topic. Absolutely life changing. Thanks team. Great work!

Show is slanted toward New Age beliefs   (1/5)

It’s biased. Pushes the idea of people being divine. A lot of the content sounds really good, but has a common theme that reminds me of Satan’s promise “you shall be as gods.” Pushes the idea that we are all one and one with the universe. Again sounds nice, but not true- we are interdependent individuals and we are created with unique attributes of God- we are not God. Only God is God! As a critically thinking Catholic Christian, I can’t get on board with this show. Otherwise it’s well-produced, with clear audio and some interesting anecdotes. Just not enough to overcome the ideological bias. There is not a diversity of mentality here; it’s really all New Age themed. So regardless of your thoughts on that, be aware.

Love super soul Sunday; missing Oprah radio!   (5/5)

Healthy listening. When you like honest discussion about real life from so many amazing humans who have wisdom to share, Oprah brings it! I thank God for Oprah, she has brought spirituality and deep emotion into my life. Everyone must experience Eckhart Tolle’s teachings. I love Brenee Brown, and all the guests Oprah introduces. Excellent podcast!

Edith Eger   (4/5)

Always the best   (5/5)

Always inspiring. Always meaningful. Always though provoking. Always interesting. Always the best!

All!   (5/5)

I have never missed an episode of SS. Am ALWAYS humbled, inspired & oh so grateful for your wonderful work. Thank you!! ❤️

Love   (5/5)

Highly recommend this podcast

Beauty   (5/5) is not a blessing. Beauty hinders growth and it is temporary. Beauty is power, if it is used constructively....but beauty hinders the ability to use it that way. We’re all on the same path....the lessons are the same.

Incredible lessons in life on this show but sometimes Oprah talks too much   (5/5)

Oprah I love you to death and always have since I was a child and read your auto biography, you have some amazing and inspiring guests on this show but I think sometimes you answer the questions you ask for them and that takes away from the rawness of it, let them talk don’t guide it, don’t interrupt because they are giving us so much and then it gets thrown off. I think because of your 25 years hosting a show you are used to that but this is so different so much more powerful and sometimes being silent doesn’t mean you aren’t there. Thank you so much for having this podcast and for being you this is just some words of wisdom or my two cents.

Volume Low. Spirits High.   (5/5)

I live for this podcast while I am working out. I love working out my brain while I simultaneously work out my body. My only issue is that the volume on it only goes high enough to cancel out any outside noise during commercials. Oprah and her guests are always very low, while the announcer’s voice is loud and clear. Please oh please activate a louder volume so Oprah’s voice can be heard from the mountains as it should! xx Daniel

Life changing sounds of the universe   (5/5)

The Super Soul podcast is a portal into the life changing sounds of the universe. Just press play.

The BEST   (5/5)

Oprah accompanies me on my morning hikes and brightens my days..

Poor audio   (1/5)

Love the content but couldn’t hear it and so had to pass on this.

Please fix the audio!   (2/5)

The content is great, but the audio quality is not. In comparison to all of the other podcasts I listen to, the audio quality on this podcast is subpar. It is drastically quieter than all other podcasts. This requires turning the volume almost to the max for this postcast alone, whether in the car, through headphones, or through my phone speakers, or through Bluetooth speakers. It is hard to listen to this podcast in the car in particular because the audio is so quiet.

Audio Needs Attention!   (4/5)

I also love this podcast but there are serious issues with the audio. The sound engineer needs to record these awesome sessions with more volume to the mics. I’ve got it turned all the way up to the max on my phone and the excellent audio I have in my new car but I am not able to hear things clearly even with my windows closed. If I choose to listen to another podcast and forget to adjust my volume before I change over, the native volume of the new podcast almost blows out my speakers. Please, please fix the audio output ofthis podcast and then it will be perfect!

Great Content, Poor Audio past few episodes   (5/5)

I loooove this podcast and it has offered so much to me over the years. However the past few live recordings have poor audio quality and it has taken away from the listening experience. Please mic up speakers better so that listeners can more easily absorb these beautiful learnings. Thank you for all your hard work! Keep it going!

Ffygytfyyyyyfur   (5/5)

Soul   (5/5)

I loved to hear their conversation. It takes us closer to our Soul.

Commercials   (2/5)

Way too many

Love   (5/5)

I love this podcast with all my heart. Definitely has changed my life!!!

Great Content, low sound volume.   (3/5)

Love this program. Not sure why the volume level is so low compared with other podcasts. Please fix.

Sound is not clear   (4/5)

For the past few weeks the sound in episodes is barely heard please try to fix the issue

Dog walks   (5/5)

I often listen as I walk my dog in the evenings. As I listen to these conversations, I always feel my soul lifted, inspiration takes root and I have hope for the future. Thank you for these priceless gifts!

Captivating   (5/5)

Thank you for these deeper conversations.

Nurturing my spirit!   (5/5)

This podcast is my “go to“ every day. Listening to the interviews here have helped open my eyes to explore my spirituality, my path, my pain, and my future. I wish I could spread the stories to everyone that I know- to take them in, to grow, to learn, and in the end to make this world a better place. Don’t stop Oprah. This is what the world needs more of!

Volume to low   (5/5)

OPRAH, I LOVE YOU! I listen to the podcasts every morning. But on certain episodes, the volume is sooo low. I’m literally shoving my EarPods into my ears so I can hear, because I don’t want to miss a thing!

Great!   (5/5)

Thank you, Oprah for gathering the best for Super Soul Sunday!

Constant interruptions   (2/5)

I tried to like this podcast, but Oprah constantly interrupts her guests to talk about herself. Especially when they are about to give an interesting insight on a topic, she cuts them off and it’s soooo rude! I just want to hear the wisdom these people have to share, not Oprah’s low level comments and opinions. Like seriously, you don’t have to prove how smart you think you are, just let these folks share their point of view. Disappointing.

Spiritual Healing   (5/5)

I have not heard one episode in this podcast that has not been healing and helpful to me in some type of way. Each of them has brought up layers and layers of things that have been in my subconscious for a ling time. And you can only get better and heal when you face those/your layers 😊

Good content bad execution   (1/5)

The content is Oprah quality great. However it has just been slapped into a podcast without any regard for audio levels. It is a LAZY execution. If you listen to podcasts via headphones then you will hate this podcast. The audio levels differ greatly from very loud commercials, and there are WAY TOO MANY of them, to the volume when they are in a conference in front of an audience. It’s as if they decided podcasts are an extension of TV, it is not. This is evident when they are pointing and the audio listener is left clueless as to what is going on. If this kind thing bothers you then you might want to spend the time watching the video of the same content. Again, the content is Oprah quality great but it was slapped into a podcast podcast without any thought to how it would be received by the podcast listener. It has been many a time I have had to slam my headphones off due to the bad audio.

Transformation   (5/5)

Listening to these conversations help me on my journey in this life.

Thank you   (5/5)

Thank you Oprah for all that you have taught me. You have opened my mind to so much and encouraged my love of reading- guiding me to try books I would have never found without you. You continue to inspire me throughout my journey. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Love the podcast, but please improve audio   (4/5)

I would love to listen more often, but more times than not the audio is too low and I can’t hear.

Golden nuggets   (5/5)

I find that I have to listen to an episode a day to nourish my mental health. Every episode has treasures of learning for me to be a better person. I’m truly grateful for the wisdom shared.

My Soul Thanks You!❤️   (5/5)

Oprah, Thank you for listening to your soul and enhancing your own spiritual journey. Through your journey, my path has been revealed.👁

Spiritual Enlightenment Explained in a CLEAR and Easy To Follow Way For Westerners!!!   (5/5)

Oprah asks the questions that would be on many of our minds, helping many grasp ideas they would have not fully gotten the point otherwise. Oprah is also very considerate about what/who she chooses to share with her audience. Let this listening come out of the love you have for yourself, to be open to the content shared from an extraordinary insightful woman’s incredible work. Credited by I and the millions of beings all over this earth effected by her good intentions! Enjoy my friend, I hope from willingly introducing this to your mind that you’re reminded more of who we really are and what we’re here to do each moment, and that you’re perspective may open to experience a more fantastic present moment each day then you’ve ever dreamed of before.

Love ya Oprah   (5/5)

Since your very first show, Oprah, you have been a wonderful and much needed mentor in my life. You have touched the lives of so many by introducing such outstanding people that share their wisdom that inspires us to know better and do better and to live our best lives. Thank you. Kathryn DeMoss Missouri City, Texas

Second time around   (5/5)

Encountered this book and the author some years ago. Was intrigued with all that was being said. Had four young children at the time so just didn’t have the focus to really implement all of the tools. Now, with the children grown and the owner of my own business and also going through a major relationship shift, I am getting the most amazing guidance and comfort from the podcasts. I am eternally grateful for the work that you both do and your kindness and generosity with taking the time to share with us. Words cannot express my gratitude. Sincerest thank you 🙏🏾

Oprah at her best!   (5/5)

A heart warming podcast that will enrich your life. Oprah finds the most inspirational people to interview. Then she breaks down how we can be better human beings from hearing their stories! I love this podcast!

So inspirational   (5/5)

This was so good for me to hear. LOVE! ❤️

Soul Lifts   (5/5)

I would like to start with THANK YOU!! Thank you OPRAH for bringing this energy of Super Soul sessions to me and others alike. These Super Soul conversations have become my daily ritual. Like Prayer, like church. I listen to them over and over and over! I share them with friends and I practice their principles. Am at PEACE. I have my own ‘soul-versions’ that I dream one day I can share with others to continue bringing Joy and Peace in the world!! I Believe that is my PURPOSE. Thank you Oprah.

Super Soul Sunday   (5/5)

Look forward to new episodes

What took me so long?   (5/5)

What took me so long to find Oprah’s Super Soul Conversations and Brene Brown? The conversation was truly amazing, life changing and incredibly relatable!! I especially appreciated the conversation about being in the game and the Teddy Roosevelt quote as I have been there!! THANK YOU!!

Captivating every time !   (5/5)

No matter the topic, I always find myself learning something from Supersoul Conversations. It’s such a delight to listen to!

The best podcast ever   (5/5)

Honestly I don’t know how many times and episodes I’ve listened. They are all incredible, honest, soul touching.

Love, Love, LOVE   (5/5)

Excellent explorations of what it means to be human. This has brought much joy and inquiry into my own life experience. Thank you Oprah

Toni Morrison’s episode...   (1/5)

When Oprah and the women obsessively use such descriptive words to describe what people might “think” a beautiful black woman is, this sounded like they are making the idea stronger, even though that’s not their intention. That having light skin straight hair etc is what is considered acceptable. They actually invoked new negative ideas in my head I didn’t think before about black beauty. I love Oprah’s podcasts, not so much this one.

Friends Leading   (5/5)

I have seen all help coming from even former acquaintance or help appearing on Oprah Winfrey Shows. The shows are amazing and enlightening....I know so much and did not miss any episodes until cable. Cheers to her for great years of sharing love, friendship as well as advice. I have to say thank you. And I return to podcast...I remember her strong show on cable...Iyanla is good too... Thanks, Ophrah, for the introduction. Your magazine great too. I am glad to listen attentively and see the world this way again. You are a blessing. Pleasure working for you and meeting you. Pearl

Love the content; hate the sound quality   (3/5)

Is there any way to fix your podcast so that the sound is at a normal level?

Seemingly-harmless deception.   (1/5)

I urge any listeners to use discernment and be very careful. For anyone who would consider themselves Christians, I encourage you to read Jesus’ words in Matthew 16:24-26. Don’t settle for meaningless spirituality, instead repent and believe the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ! John 3:16 is a great summary of this good news.

She’s a snake   (1/5)

How can anyone still listen to Oprah after she endorsed two proven liars in their pathetic financially motivated lawsuit about Michael Jackson? The whole “soul” thing is just an angle that’s proven lucrative for her, as I now know she’ll sell hers for career advancement.

Oprah Winfrey is a Cancer.   (1/5)

Oprah is responsible for Leaving Neverland - the fraudulent “documentary” that was debunked as total fiction a month after it aired. She produced it alongside David Geffen. Her reward was her huge contract with Apple announced last March. That’s right. Oprah will be getting into 1 billion Apple pockets soon. All she had to do was kill Michael Jackson in order to get the deal. Oprah is a fraud. Oprah is a liar. Oprah is a cancer.

Retract Oprah   (1/5)

Unable to take this podcast serious until Oprah retracts her support of Leaving Neverland.

The Best Relationship Advice   (5/5)

I’ve preached the mantra “When people show you who they are, believe them” for years (I guess I heard it from Maya and Oprah). Today this episode resonated so deeply for me that I believe that my life will change because of it! Thank for this podcast, it is my saving grace many days. I am inspired to be the best version of myself and am determined to get there. Thank you, Oprah, for being part of my support team. Much love and gratitude to you.

Oprah, you ARE my religion;)   (5/5)

Thank you for helping me find my footing in life again after I lost my mother to cancer. You and your guests played a significant part in my journey to heal. I love you so much and my mother also very much in love with you, your show, and the phenomenal woman that you are❤️❤️❤️😘😘😘 ooozzz kindness, selflessness and unconditional 💕 💖💖💖 xoxoxo

I love super soul!!!   (5/5)

Thank you Oprah for making such awesome podcasts that I can learn and grow from them so much💗💗💗👏🏼

Louder audio please!!   (5/5)

Please get the audio louder! I absolutely love all of your episodes and find you, Oprah super inspiring, however, I cannot hear well in public or on the bus! I hope you can fix this problem a.s.a.p. as I noticed I am not the only one experiencing this.. thank you!

Short & Sweet   (5/5)

I love this podcast! I do short 30 minute walks in the morning and this is my go-to podcast! Highly recommend! ❤️

Please get the audio louder!   (5/5)

I’m obsessed with this podcast up and obsessed with Oprah for most of my life. I love to listen to this podcast in the car and at the gym. The only problem is the audio is not loud enough. Definitely cannot listen in the car with the windows down while trying to enjoy some feature and get my super soul kicked in. Also at the gym it’s a struggle a lot of times two with my headphones to hear this podcast and I love to do body mind soul all at once. Now as far as content for this podcast nothing but the best A+ A+ I have heard so many different people talk so many different things some I agree with Sam I don’t know but every single person there is something I can take out of that conversation in my life to be a better person and to work on doing better and definitely on helping others. The show was amazing the podcast is amazing Oprah your work is amazing love you always.

Her teachings are priceless   (5/5)

I was worried all of these teachings would be not relatable . But I was sooo wrong! Everyone she interviews and even just her solo podcasts on her own life events are like she is speaking like me or to me. Her show was a huge part of my life so I love these podcasts!!

These newer episodes!!   (5/5)

I love them so much!!!! It’s so amazing to hear Oprah synthesize the lessons she’s learned throughout her life. I like the interviews but to another persons point: they’re hard to follow at times. These new episodes are so soothing to my soul. Keep them coming please.

Best teacher there is❤️   (5/5)

I love anything Oprah, but I especially love the newer episodes where she talks about what she has learned most from those on previous episodes of her talk show. It’s so relatable. A lot of the interviews with the authors and such are hard to follow and sometimes are so deep I can’t relate. I still listen because I am always looking to grow and learn and I definitely am growing.

When you know better you do better   (5/5)

Thank you! You can’t even imagine how that quote changed my life!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Knowing not to allow being taken to another location   (5/5)

I listened to my instinct years ago with out knowing this valuable advice, when a man approached me as I was getting into my car he asked if I had a light (years ago when most people smoked it was common to ask this) I sad no and turned to get in my car, he was in between me and the door as I attempted to close it before I knew it he pushed a gun in my side and tried to push me over. I looked at the parking lot lights in the dark and saw people several feet away I instinctively laid my hands on the steering wheel and held them blowing the horn and he left, I felt he was going to kill me there in front of witnesses or take me somewhere there were none My instincts saved me Listen to your instincts

I Had No Idea   (5/5)

I just have to say, I had no idea how critical this information is!! Until today I have never heard this advice. This is for sure a message that I will pass along to my children, especially my girls, and pray that they never have to use it but thank God that it is there.. in the back of their mind. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Oprah, for sharing your wisdom and helping us process our discernment. You are truly a blessing to anyone within an earshot!!

Guide Personal System   (5/5)

Gut is the voice of your higher self.......This is your Personal GPS System. Respectfully,

Such a moving podcast!   (5/5)

Wow this was extremely eye-opening and even humbling in the sense that I’d like to be more aware of how I’m presenting myself. Am I authentically expressing my true self to others? I don’t want to convince people I am something that they can’t see with their own eyes. And in return I expect that from others. Also going with your gut instinct is so important!!

Thank You   (5/5)

Oprah speaks with one voice and encompasses the voices of all listeners when speaking to her guests. Her empathy and compassion are unsurpassed by anyone else on air.

Im not sure   (3/5)

Idk, it seems weird to hear Oprah talking about not identifying with what a person has or how much money a person has when you know she's a billionaire. It's easy to say that when you are where you are... I like Oprah but some things just don't work on this podcast...

Amazing   (5/5)

Listening to this podcast makes me a better human!!! 😃

Phonemnal   (5/5)

So many great life lessons shared in these episodes 🙏🏾

Binged like it was Netflix   (5/5)

I’m really enjoying this thoughtful podcast and telling everyone I know about all the a-ha moments and takeaways. It’s become my best friend on my work commute.

I’ll be changing the world with this information   (5/5)

Eckhart Tolle? A New Earth? YES! The people in power are running scared. When the majority of the population get this information it will be the end of Fake News and Deception. We Will Wake the People Up with this Knowledge. The media preys on our conditioned thinking No More!

So inspiring, so practical and so effective   (5/5)

Well it's undoubtedly the Most interesting influential podcast program ever I've ever seen in term of life living and how inspiring it could be as we promote our vision by elevating our knowledge of most life simple facts that have been put off. I really find it a brilliant maximizer regarding a humanbeing. Thanks to Oprah for such useful and perfect podcasts.

Themes that really matter   (5/5)

From experts and people who have lived great experiences give teachings to help us understand ourselves and the world to be better.

Love   (5/5)

We all know Oprah is amazing, and this podcast is the best of Oprah! She curates the best and brightest of spiritual thought leaders to help listeners create greater awareness and deeper connection in our own lives.

Soul food for the Soul   (5/5)

In a world where the news floods us with all the negativity going on. This podcast is so uplifting and this type of content is what I choose to fill my brain and thoughts with. I LOVE all the conversation and uplifting messages!

The Bridge   (5/5)

Chile John Gray is a whole fool. He had y cracking up but I understood what he was saying. He delivered the message with a high note. We needed more time with him.

Changed my life   (5/5)

Oprah, there are no words to describe how your podcast touched my soul. Having lost my father, I was asking the universe for spiritual guidance, and I came across your podcast. I listened to it every single day until I felt like I got tools to face the world! Ever since I haven’t missed an episode- thank you for doing this!

When you know better you do better   (5/5)

I really loved this podcast especially!!! There was so much wisdom on all levels. Thank you Oprah for always bringing the light. Namaste

Oprah is a hero of goodness   (5/5)

I never write reviews, I’ve been an admirer of Oprah’s for years since she’s been doing the SuperSoul Sundays. Given that I’m 50, I’m sure I must’ve watched her TV show or a part of it at some point in my life, but I am not a big TV watcher. Of course I’ve always known who she was. But when Oprah became a superstar to me was with her SuperSoul Sundays. Oprah, I can’t thank you enough for spreading goodness and elevating the world! You are such an amazing inspiration! I have had Maya Angelou’s quote at the bottom of my email for many many years. When you know better you do better. Thank you Oprah for who you are and all you do for the world! 💗

Inspiring, deep and necessary listening   (5/5)

What can I say? I love Oprah. I deeply admire, respect, and value this woman’s voice and positive energy in my life and in the world. Her guests, conversations, books, advice have long been a gift to me for decades now. Super Soul podcast is another gem. 🙏🌷❤️

Oprah’s Self-Reflecting Episodes   (5/5)

I am a regular Super Soul listener and really enjoying Oprah’s “self-reflecting” episodes: “Oprah on the False Power of Ego,” etc. Because of the public life Oprah has lived hearing her go back and evaluate her own experiences helps me learn (I can remember exactly what she is talking about)! Please make more of these episodes. It also takes a lot of guts on her part. Because I am very familiar with her experiences this episode was an especially great learning tool because I could visualize and apply to my own life what she was describing that she did - perhaps more so than some of the guest speakers.

Favorite   (5/5)

My favorite episode is Discovering your soul signature with Panache Desai. Thank you Oprah for being such an open soul. I learn so much from you and your guests. Keep it oming. 🙏🏼💫

Sanctimonious   (1/5)

I wanted to like it, some compelling guests. But really tired of being invited to Oprah’s sacred spaces. Ciao Bella.

Please help us find another Obama!   (5/5)

Oprah, I appreciate your ability to find and share amazing people. Please help us elect someone like Barry in 2020.

Boring   (1/5)

Bromides abound.

My favorite   (5/5)

This is my favorite podcast. I love you Oprah! I wish it was released Sunday morning so I could listen when I wake up.

AM meditations   (5/5)

I listen during my morning commute, so that I start the day in a frame of mind that reflects my values and helps me live those values (and so my head doesn’t explode as the day progresses).

Thank you, Oprah!   (5/5)

These podcasts are a gift from the gods! They areWhere I go whenever I’m looking for spiritual sustenance and uplift. Yesterday, as I was driving from Albany New York to Philadelphia, I had a sacred joyful and uplifting time listening to Richard Rohr’s June podcast with Oprah, as well as the extraordinary podcast with sister Joan. Wow! Thank Gifford’s the gift of these podcasts and these antra ordinary beings!

Gone downhill   (2/5)

These WERE great episodes until recently. As of March, she has stopped interviewing people and almost all of the episodes are recorded from “live at UCLA’s Royce Hall.” The talks are fine, but I’m here to listen to Oprah have discussions with people. Feels like she got tired of doing the podcast and gave up. :( very disappointed.

Inspired and Uplifted   (5/5)

Love every episode I’ve recommended so many of them to friends and family. Oprah thank you for what you do.

Working on myself   (5/5)

I listen to at least one every morning on my way to work

Interrupts guests   (2/5)

It’s hard to follow when the guest is unable to finish their thought or sentence because Oprah interrupts them constantly.

A “must listen” for the soul   (5/5)

There are a few “must listen” podcasts in my podcast bank and this is one of the top 2. Oprah brings insightful conversations with authentic, compelling guests to my work commute. With all the noise of an increasingly chaotic and unkind world this podcast reminds us of our higher purpose and a calling to rise above the madness. Thank you, Oprah, for having the courage to represent our “better angels”!

Paulo Coelho   (5/5)

I love the alchemist and read it when I was 16. A question I always had - if every human being has her own personal calling or personal legend, why do so many people live their lives in sadness and mediocrity; finally meeting their end so unfulfilled? Did they not get the universal guidance that is so abundant for every breathing soul? Where is the calling if you haven’t found it yet?

Podcast   (5/5)

Super soul podcast in its entirety has brought a renewed connection to careful listening which I experienced as a child before television was popularized. Oprah brings thoughtful discussion, soulful, provocative, subjects to ponder. Whether you agree, are moved into action or reflection in the least freedom of thought is offered. At times Oprah can over interview but apart from that minor annoyance this podcast is full of much needed informative and unbiased uplift for everyone. So enjoy the ability to quietly listen to the resonances and nuances of each speaker. High marks for what Oprah brings to the public consciousness!!

Trauma   (5/5)

I wrote down several notes from this podcast that really hit home for me. I know they will help me through as I process my trauma and grief. I am trying so hard to rebuild and restructure and trust again and stay true to myself. ❤️ thank you for These podcasts ❤️

Hijacked   (1/5)

When a single episode (Neiquist) kept loading on my iPhone daily, I unsubscribed from this podcast, but it still kept happening. I’ve deleted Super Souls from my phone and podcast library repeatedly, to no avail. It keeps loading onto my phone against my wishes. Please have IT fix this.

Was captivated until..   (3/5)

The story was related to illegal immigration and the false narrative. It has been well documented that these young children are NOT with their parents in most cases and conditions are no different than under the previous presidents

Episode with Dr. Edith Eger   (1/5)

This is a review for this particular episode. I normally love Oprah and this podcast, but I was horrified and disgusted that Oprah kept talking over Dr. Eger and dominating the conversation and using phrases like ‘your family was going up in smoke.’ Clearly, Oprah has not studied the Holocaust and doesn’t have the faintest idea about how to speak about it respectfully and LET. SURVIVORS. SPEAK. Listeners want to hear about this amazing woman’s life and thoughts, not Oprah’s. Then, Oprah went on to compare it to slavery (an important topic but this was not the time to discuss it). Stop making everything about you, and if you can’t interview people about the Holocaust respectfully or intelligently, please refrain from broaching the subject at all.

Great content BUT PLEASE cut the dairy sponsor/ad   (3/5)

I am forever grateful for the amazing experiences and words that have been shared thru this Podcast. It has been nothing short of life-changing for me. My feedback: I am VERY disappointed with the dairy ad in the break especially since this podcast is focused on mindfulness and creating a more peaceful, aware world. It’s contrary to what is advocated on this show since it’s hidden agenda is about money and big business, certainly NOT health and wellness (and i have a hard time believing Oprah would allow something on her program that would be in conflict with everything the program was about). Thank you.

Elizabeth Gilbert   (5/5)

Having recently walked with my mom as she passed through this life this podcast was so raw for me. I was very close to my mom and knew to the depth of my soul that she loved me and she knew I too loved her. So much in this segment that I wasn’t able to articulate in her passing until now. Clarity, strength, grace and being a proud daughter and loving my mom to her core and missing her like crazy. Thank you thank you thank you for your words of wisdom and your delight in life. I’m totally enlightened. Side note; can’t wait to read your latest book.

Enlightening   (5/5)

Each guest that speaks on this podcast has a different message but each message is important. You are what you listen too, and by listening to this podcast I feel amazing.

Gold   (5/5)

So amazing

The choice. Embrace the possible   (5/5)

Week after week Oprah continues to inspire the world by bringing heart felt messages and leaders. This was a discussion that gave me chills of both sadness and joy. May the all those inspired facilitate someone’s healing. Thank you thank you !

Amazing soul-enlightening podcast   (5/5)

This podcast is exactly what the doctor ordered for anyone searching for spirituality and depth. I LOVE this podcast and very much look forward to listening. I always enjoy Oprah, but this is Oprah at her finest-delving into the most relevant of topics.

Cosmic   (5/5)

Better than church! Real spiritual stuff that feeds my whole being....Thank you Ms. OW!!!!

I PRAY   (5/5)

I pray that you will forever sustain this platform which has given others the opportunity to deliver life changing messages to me. Messages which have fed my mind and spirit. Because of Super Soul I understand true passion, I am evolving into my true Self, and most importantly I now know my true purpose. Oprah, I will be your Super Soul guest. Some day, some way, some how. I speak this into the universe daily, and I will ensure that my vision manifest. Forever in Gratitude, Arianne

Great Messages, Poor Listening Quality   (3/5)

Messages are great, medium needs work. I can’t hear the guests during important parts of their talks. How beneficial is a podcast if you can’t hear it well?

Simply Extraordinary   (5/5)

Just listened to Sister Chidister (sp). How does Oprah continue to being these soulful, emotional, profound, relevant, urgent conversations to her listeners week after week after week after week? How does she find the energy, the time? This podcast with the sister (after my mind was blown by Eckhart Tolle & When They See Us part 1&2), my heart bursts open again. I cannot express enough gratitude nor can I urge listeners enough to hear these extraordinary podcasts.

❤️   (5/5)

Exonerated 5-Part One   (5/5)

After watching the Netflix show it was days before I wasn’t thinking about these men. The first episode brought pain and panic in me that truly caused me to pause. Loved this interview and look forward to Part 2. Bless you all.

Thank you   (5/5)

Every single one I listen to leaves me thinking deeper. Your guests are all amazing and a good mix. Just like your talk show, you don’t disappoint.

Auntie Oprah!!!!   (5/5)

This podcast has awakened so many beautiful things in me. It’s provided me with answers to questions that I didn’t know I had. It’s given me direction when I wasn’t looking to go anywhere. It’s given me light where I’ve only known darkness. For the longest time I’ve felt like I was a fraud. An intensely negative human being outwardly appearing fairly kind. The selfishness that existed in me. The need to live in misery just to play victim, while also appearing strong & forgiving. I was that whoever I needed to be whenever I needed to be it, but completely lost on who I really was. So whenever I feel pulled by something negative, I know I can find my way back by the mere thought of what I’ve gained from this podcast. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My go to Spiritual nourishment   (5/5)

Thank you Oprah for having this podcast!!! I have always been interested in cultivating my spirituality and your podcast feeds me the Spiritual nourishment that I have been seeking for in years! I have enjoyed All of your speakers and many I have listened to it again and again, specifically the ones with Eckhart Tolle, every time I gained new insights from it. Thank you for helping us to grow and be more in tune with the spirit that is in all of us and help us to be more connected with our humanity. I can’t get enough of your podcasts.., I wish you produce a new one every day!

Elizabeth Gilbert   (5/5)

Such a fascinating interview. Liz has never been inspiring to me, only interesting. My disdain for her incredible authenticity makes me look deeper into myself to understand why I don’t believe her most of the time. For that I am grateful, even indebted to her. Self-discovery is the first step in this process we’re all experiencing called life. Thank you for existing.

No to big dairy!   (4/5)

I missed hearing Oprah's wisdom nugs and find this podcast empowering and enlightening. I do wish that it was not sponsored by the dairy industry, which is one of the biggest contributors to climate change and animal suffering. Please reconsider your advertising!

Being True   (5/5)

Thank You Oprah for always being you. Your the best!

The most honest conversations   (5/5)

Enjoy every new podcast. Always learning new lessons and encouraging words. You never knew your soul could grow from other people’s words and experiences.

Simone Julian   (5/5)

Oprah, you have been a part of my life since the 1980’s... And now, thanks to technology, your wisdom, warmth and help is even better! I love your stories. I, (along with anyone else),at times needs a step- stool. Words to remind me that the answers to most things are already there, right in front of me, and inside of me. Somehow, at certain points in our lives, we forget who we truly are. How capable we are. Your talk helped me remember. Many thanks and blessings to you!🌺

Mercy.   (5/5)

The conversation between Oprah and Elizabeth Gilbert is going to stay with me for quite some time, if I am lucky. Thank you both for sharing your words with me.

Gabby Bernstein   (5/5)

I somewhat fell of the spiritual wagon today. I was accused of something i didn't do and sent negative vibes out to my accuser. I came home frustrated and couldn't find the words for prayer. This podcast, the words of Gabby, are exctly what I need to handle this situation. Always in gratitude. Xo

Phenomenal   (5/5)

Thought provoking conversations that I really enjoy

Truth!   (5/5)

Loved this! Could listen for hours.

Father Rohr and Sister Chittister   (5/5)

There aren’t enough words to express how touching and thought provoking these interviews are. Thank you, Oprah Winfrey for sharing the way you do. These two interviews reminded me that I am not alone in my thinking and beliefs. Everything we do as individuals affects the collective. If only we would remember that and do accordingly. So much of what is going on in our world that destroys would be saved. Keep using your platform for good. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Thank You   (5/5)

Oprah I smile as I write this. Newly I want to say Thank you for introducing many of us to Eckart Tolle. He is Amazing, his soul, his innocence, his heart, his mind. You offer so much to us, bigger than money can buy. Keep doing your work because it is a tool for many of us. ❤️

Tears moved me to Action   (5/5)

I’ve listened to many of the Super Soul podcast over the past month. And have experienced a shift in my life. Listening to so many guest to the show, who seems to have found their place in spiritual awakening, has helped me to understand that I am not crazy and I am on the right path. While others around me, don’t understand my journey; I find comfort to know that there is a community of others just like me. As I type through my tears, I’m moved to action in finding something in this world that will help me not only connect more intimately with spiritual self; but that will connect me to a movement that make a difference in my community. Thanks to Oprah and your guest, Joan Chittister. “If not me, then who? If not now, then when.”

The Universal Christ   (5/5)

I am grateful to Oprah for giving Father Richard Rohr space to talk about Christ, the Divine DNA of everything, everyone, all nations, all races, all denominations, all of creation, ALL! I am grateful that we heard the holistic Wisdom bits that came out in the interview...Love like water runs down to the lowest places, seeks the lowest places! Christ is threaded threw all things! May we let go of our tribal Jesus and know the inclusivity of the Christ message that the historical Jesus was reflecting, that all of us reflect! Thank you for the space that this podcast provides for all these Universal messages of Love!

Awakening   (5/5)

Oprah, thank you for awakening so many of us and for guiding those who are awake by connecting those who have awoken with us. We are all one, we are God! Filomena Correia

Just the BEST   (4/5)

Absolutely the best podcast with the best interviews! Thank you, Oprah!

Spiritual explosion   (5/5)

Oprah’s Super Soul conversations are just that ^ A TOTAL SPIRITUAL EXPLOSION! You can turn on any episode and absorb the high conscious energy instantly. Everything resonates so deeply as Truth, and every conversation, regardless of the speaker, has common themes that just become more and more cemented. To say it is inspirational or motivational to listen to Super Soul conversations is a vast understatement. It is my spiritual and personal development bread and butter, and I could not be more grateful to Oprah and her team for putting these tasty soul nuggets in such a accessible place! THANK YOU!!!

Sister chrittister   (3/5)

I truly believe that we are at a turning point in America. However, I don’t like how she did not not recognize that we live in the freest country in the world. Sure we need improvements but I don’t want to hear that everything has gone to crap. I like the hear perspective but the last few episodes has not lifted me up I am kind of done with the political angle!

This podcast is everything ...   (5/5)

The gift that keeps on giving ..educating your mind, body and soul ❤️

Advertisers   (3/5)

I love the show but the sponsors are contradicting the message. Buy Mac lipstick and high-end jewelry and bags?which you can do and still be spiritual, but it’s weird to hear the message of “buy this and that” when you’re trying to find something deeper. And lord knows she doesn’t need the sponsors.

A lovely way to grow   (5/5)

Finding this podcast has been the sweetest gift I could've ever received . Getting insights from people who grew from their suffering & are trying to help us all feel important & connected. It has made me a better person tuning into these podcasts . It's worth every listen

Sister Chittister   (5/5)

POWERFUL!!! My insecurities keep me from speaking up because of lack of political knowledge. We need to hear more from her. Thank you.

Sister Joan   (5/5)

Excellent! Everyone needs to listen to this....

Love this Podcast- rejuvenation & meditation   (5/5)

Often listen to This while cleaning the house, doing dishes, getting dressed and stretching- I’m often stopping to write down great quotations and ideas shared by Oprah and her fabulous guests. Thanks for listening!*

Listen every day   (5/5)

This is what helps to ground me. Every day I listen to one of Oprah’s episodes. Usually while taking my daily “spiritual bath” I’ve been a fan of Oprah since I first saw her. She has enriched my life tremendously and I consider her a friend I just haven’t met... yet! One day that would just thrill me. Her interviews are very informative and each one inspirational. We learn to live better, be stronger, listen more, love more, and forgive so we can free ourselves. Thank you dear Oprah for making this possible. Deborah Strano from Connecticut

So Insightful!   (5/5)

Please keep these podcasts coming. They helped me through difficult times!

Tears...   (5/5)

I just listened to Your Own Truth. Not only did the vibrational energy raise up in my body, but the tears of limitless gratitude welled up inside of me. ‘Be yourself’ means so much more to me now than when I first read it on a bumper sticker decades ago. I am grateful for the reminder of my truth and the gratitude for EVERYthing in my life. From the devastating loss of my first husband to cancer, to the joy of watching my children grow up, to finding new, amazing love, to discovering deeper layers of myself, I praise God for ALL of it. Thank you Oprah to saying YES to you, your beautiful, magnificent self❤️. The world is so much better for it!

Dr. Shefali Tsabary - The Awakened Self   (1/5)

I generally enjoy Oprah’s Super Soul podcast but Dr. Shefali Tsabary’s “Awakened” episode was disappointing in that she mocks families who sign up their children for activities such as Sign Language. As a mother of a hard of hearing child who needs ASL to communicate, I would very much appreciate more parents signing up their children for ASL classes at a young age. It would make the whole Deaf community feel more accepted and it is precisely a testament to conscious and awakened parenting, not the opposite. Dr. Shefali Tsabary should be more careful with the examples she chooses. I wonder why she thinks helping a child discover a beautiful language is a mistake. PS: the one star is only for this particular episode.

Life changing   (5/5)

Listening to this podcast made me realize how important it is to invest in yourself and educate yourself on topics that may not be taught everywhere. Oprah and her guests discuss a lot of important things that we face in our everyday lives. Being able to reflect and connect with others on an intellectual level through this podcast is a very good feeling. I’m am forever grateful for this podcast!!

God save the Queen   (5/5)

Oprah has always changed and enriched my life! This podcast FINALLY got me into Eckhart Tolle and I I’m filled with gratitude

The Path Made Clear - whew!   (5/5)

This episode, I thought, would be a good way to be reminded to take more time for myself. What I was not prepared for was that this was so incredibly moving, so much truth, so real and opened up things inside my spirit I now see I’ve been tucking away and suppressing. It all cane out in these short 30 mins and helped me feel alive again. Thank you Oprah and the team that makes this podcast possible.

Oprah is still raising me.   (5/5)

She has been teaching me to hear myself since I was a little girl and I listened to this episode with ferver and heart. Love you, Oprah and everyone who helps create this show.

Yes   (5/5)

I like all the speakers and it really works for me that it’s more of a lecture than a discussion with questions etc. Really like the episode with Marianne Williamson

Yes worth it   (5/5)

Okay so I must admit I was hesitant to start this series. But a friend turned me on to one episode. Then I listened to another. And each time I doubt that an episode theme would “apply” to me or think I don’t need that topic, I realize I get something—at least one good tip, one take away that I learn from and use. So thank you Oprah (and your producers and staff) for bringing this together in one place. It’s like Life 101.

Don’t listen and drive   (5/5)

It seems a little overblown to call a podcast life changing, but I’m feeling reckless, so I’ll go there. This. Is. Life changing. I started this podcast because I felt lost, heartbroken, unfulfilled, and lacked purpose and courage. I’m still working on the courage part, but the others are coming along quite nicely. I do have to stop listening in the car though because I constantly want to “write that down.” Thank you, Oprah and guests for helping me on my way to find my life.

Love it   (5/5)

Just love it!

The Best   (5/5)

It thrills me that people are listening to this "stuff". Awareness, the present and consciousness are my new best friends.

Food for the soul   (5/5)

Oprah brings such wise souls who have uncovered truth into one spot. I wasn’t sure how much I’d like it at first. a friend recommended I listen and it turned out to be one of my very favorite podcasts. There is wisdom in every set. And I need this constant reminder in my super busy schedule what truly matters. Another a Wise friend told me “ when the student is ready, the teacher will appear”. I think it’s great for everyone but exactly right when you are ready for this

Life Changing!!!   (5/5)

I feel that I found Super Soul at the perfect time. I find so much value in every single episode I listen to. Each guest opens my mind up in a different way. If you are searching for more meaning to your life, this podcast it a great start.

New age-wake up!   (1/5)

This is new age through and through...wake up people!

Gratitude for Chapter 7, A New Earth   (5/5)

Oprah, and Eckhart, I hope you’re reading this ☺️ 🙏 Sharing a deep, physical sense of gratitude for the series on A New Earth; I have been vacillating in and out of a sense of aloneness in my own shift in consciousness and what I have begun to understand as a global energetic shift for our world. Chapter 7 has reminded me that this state of feeling separate from those who may not experience this shift in precisely the same way, causing ME to feel angst or maybe even sadness, is yet another construct with levels I needed to recognize. I am forever grateful to your bringing light, literally, to this topic and to an ever-changing world, that is by the way quite a magical place. Thank you ❤️

Way too New Agey for me   (1/5)

It distresses me that people are falling for this stuff. Very silly.

Life changer 🙌🏼   (5/5)

It was a regular conversation with a good friend from high school that ended up changing my life in ways I could never imagine. We were sharing what our favorite podcasts were and she said that Oprah’s Super Soul podcast was by far her favorite. I’m pretty sure my favorite at the time was Up and Vanished but I told her I’d give it a try. Unbeknownst to my friend, I was also dealing with drug addiction and depression due to a sexual assault by a friend’s husband, thinking I could fix myself alone. Oprah’s Super Soul podcast helped me see that we are here on this earth to help one another and to support each other. This podcast saved me in more ways than one. It gave me courage and gave me the tools to start the journey to sobriety and healing and now I’m here today, almost 6 months sober and feeling the most present I’ve ever felt in my 31 years of life. Thank you SO much Oprah, for helping me give myself the chance to be my best self and for shedding light on what it means to self love ❤️

Gift to those who are breaking free   (5/5)

I wasn’t part of any religion most of my life. I personally experienced the love of God when I started to seek my life’s purpose in my late 30s. Then I jumped into a religion because I thought that’s where I find others who went through the same experience, only to realize 7 years later that it was a trap for my soul. I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels this way. Oprah is a gift to those of us who are breaking free from religious shackles.

A tender mercy during a difficult faith transition   (5/5)

This podcast has helped me thru many difficult moments over the past several months as I have been navigating my way through a very difficult faith transition. Growing up in a very Mormon culture and being deeply converted to and devout in my religion for 43 years, marrying in it and raising my three beautiful daughters in it, and then making the choice to leave has been very painful, in so many layered ways. This podcast as well as several others have been my saving grace during my darkest moments. I feel light, I feel hope, I feel so spiritually awakened and enlightened by so many of the episodes here. I thank you deeply for this gift. I have even shared several of them with my three young daughters, and they have brought us so close during our storm. Last weeks episode with Elizabeth Gilbert (one of my favorite authors) about curiosity vs passion was one of my favorites to date. I am a deeply passionate person, but passionate about a lot of things. As of lately, I have been passionate about my curiosity.😀 Curious about truth, curious about humanity, curious about deep spirituality. I recently finished Eckhart Tolle’s book and your book club podcasts on each chapter and that uplifted me so much. I am forever grateful. Thank you, God bless you. ❤️

Elizabeth Gilbert’s podcast   (5/5)

Excellent! I didn’t post that letter to her on her FB page, but I feel like I wrote it! What a great and new perspective on passion vs curiosity which I deeply needed. Thank you more than I can say!

Extreme inspiring and a great teacher   (5/5)

This podcast does an excellent job of inspiring me to listen to my soul and purpose, then go out and live that purpose. I've learned so much from Oprah and her guests. This is my favorite podcast!

Spiritual journey   (5/5)

Thank you Oprah, for sharing the most infinite soulful conversations. LOVE LOVE LOVE 💗🙏🏼💗

Melinda Gates   (1/5)

Intention is everything and I am positive yours are astounding, but vaccines aren’t safe for all and the Melinda Gates episode was a punch to the gut as well as hugely inauthentic. Even Oprah’s need to remind her of her financial privilege within the first two minutes was unique to all the other episodes. This episode felt politically timed. I unsubscribed :/

Becoming   (5/5)

Even in not the highest of spiritual moments Oprah and Melinda Gates open ones hope and how I see the world and choose to engage for not someone else’s lift but empowering my own and aligning common shared beliefs. What strikes me as a truth is part about contraption and how the males view the women using them. When science meets hope and the ability to see how important the delivery and the access becomes key to a working solution that takes the power of choice and when to conceive through planning with the aid of science lenses cultural stigmas truly does change the dynamic on such a fundamental level I can now see how the whole playing field shifts and gives rise or LIFT to women and as you have said that when you invest in women you change EVERYTHING and EVERYONE profits! Still reading Moment of lift or listening but I needed this shot in the arm. Thanks!

Just. Getting. Started.   (5/5)

Just Gettng Started. Great Frame for all phases in our Life. Thoroughly enjoyed this listen. Thanks for the heart and soul fuel. And the reminder to fuel what I want, value and love. The rest is not important.

Thank you Oprah   (5/5)

I have been your follower since late 80’s but this is my favorite series and I was watch so regularly. I loved your podcast with Melinda Gates and last year her word was Grace and This year her word is Shine.I truly believe this source of light is every person and not only they can shine but influence their family, neighborhoods and community. Which is what will bring change.I know you have the power to bring this light which is there in themselves to make a change. Would you experience Heartfulness meditation? There are two books called Heartfulness way by Kamlesh Patel and Joshua Pollock and Designing Destiny. Please read and experience and your heart compels then share with world.

Aha moment   (5/5)

Dr Brene Brown clarifies the concept of trust clearly and concisely in this podcast. The concept that trust is built in small moments is simple and true. The opposite being true was an aha moment for me.

Thank you Oprah   (5/5)

Interesting conversations with amazing and inspiring people- thank you Oprah, for sharing this with us! Listening to your Super Soul podcasts has been a joy. So many wise minds........ I feel compelled to add that I hope Rob Bell will expand his knowledge of Florida. After three years of living here, we continue to be inspired EVERY day. We are surrounded by people in their 90’s and up, who are active- physically, mentally and socially. Living here is the exact opposite of what Rob described- “old” people here are actually enjoying their (our) lives! We’re 58 & 64, and thrilled to be living in a community that offers so much for the “aging population”. It gives us hope for enjoying many more decades of life.

Rob Bell discriminatory comment on Florida   (5/5)

I just want to clarify that there are plenty of people in Florida contributing immensely to the word whilst enjoying the natural beauty of the state. These types of generalizations drive discrimination.

Life changer   (5/5)

This podcast has changed my life and I have learned so much from this podcast. Oprah is my guru and I’m looking forward to learn more from her.

Robin Roberts is a Great Role Model   (5/5)

Robin counts her parents as the best role models, and I’m sure they were because she has such personal & work integrity, ethics and leadership that she blesses all who watch & know her. The best is at the end. But, the journey is worth the ride.

Shawn anchor   (5/5)

Very funny and uplifting! I thoroughly enjoyed listening.

Happiness & Super Soul Conversations   (5/5)

Oprah’s Super Soul Sunday conversations fill up my cup. They pull me out of the most difficult ruts & they light up my life. Oprah not only has a way with words but is an expert in holding space for others to bring forth knowledge & joy.

You matter!   (5/5)

I love Iyanla! She sees people and helps them recognize themselves! Thank you so much! God Bless You! You matter to me!

Iyanla - you matter   (5/5)

Every one of these is life changing. I love the intro and Oprah’s voice but this specific podcast is amazing. Keep bringing us content O!!!!

Eckhart Tolle New Earth..Awakening to your life’s purpose   (5/5)

I have just learned about being able to listen to podcasts via my iPhone and this is the first one, I downloaded. Thank you so much for this series breaking down the book, chapter by chapter, with the author: Eckhart Tolle. A couple of year’s ago I read the book; however, listening to this pod cast has awakened so much inside of me and I thank you so much. I have listened to chapter 4 and 5 about three times! I am sharing, sparingly and appropriately, to those who are ready to “Awaken!”

I am grateful.   (5/5)

Dear Oprah, You may not know it, but we hang out together on a pretty regular basis. You are like a dear, dear friend who asks the right questions, and truly helps me from place of deep generosity. I feel your passion to share and your belief in learning from each other. You really see that we are all in this together. Thank you for being such a beautiful teacher. I am one, so I can spot the real deal. I am forever grateful for the many years of grace that you have given me. These conversations are illuminating.

❤️👏🏽   (5/5)

I love what you’re doing ❤️👏🏽

Very very helpful and insightful   (5/5)

I’m very thankful I came across this podcast.

Life changer   (5/5)

This is the best feel-good podcast that I’ve found. Thank you, Oprah, for bringing on guests that speak to my and everyone else’s soul.

You Matter - Really Oprah?   (4/5)

Even the unborn matter. Iyanla Vanzant was great to listen to. Thank God her Grandmother had a chance to life so we could hear her granddaughter Iyanla give her message. Oprah - you do so much good, but what is this #shoutyourabortion nonsense about? The unborn matter. Please tell me you aren’t about women bragging about this awful experience?

WOW   (5/5)

AMAZING. Feeling great after listening to this ! I matter , YOU matter, WE ALL MATTER! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I’d like a little less Oprah, and more of the guests   (3/5)

I’d like a little less Oprah and more from the guests.

Grateful   (5/5)

These podcasts are magnificent! I have learned so much about myself and look forward to even more depth!

Profound   (5/5)

The love from every voice in this podcast sinks deep & the light grows in my heart listening. I want every set of ears on this planet to hear these words. I can’t wait to read The Path Made Clear, Oprah! ♥️

Your own truth   (5/5)

Thank you Oprah for continuing to be a voice of reason, love, acceptance and TRUTH.

Hits every nerve.   (5/5)

Hits every nerve. Very impactful content.

Love this gift!   (5/5)

This podcast is my church. It’s opening a plethora of spiritual growth for me!

The New Earth Series   (5/5)

My family and I listened to the series.. couldn’t wait for the next one.

The most uplifting podcast!   (5/5)

I listen to this in the mornings as a boost of inspiration. The discussions are profound, the guests all have incredible stories from which you can take away nuggets of wisdom.

Amazing   (5/5)

I love super soul Sunday. I stumbled upon it one day and found it truly eases any doubts or anxiety I may have at the moment. I love how Oprah has people of many different walks of life and listens to how their experiences have shaped their world and views. I also respect how she doesn’t necessarily agree on everything. I respect that realness. My favorite thus far is The New Earth chapters. Thank you, Oprah for creating this podcast!

Good podcast bad hostess   (3/5)

Oprah has great guests and topics, but she always talks over them and her commentary and questions are often asinine and out of touch. She should really learn to listen so we can all receive the message. Silence her ego

Life Giving Podcast   (5/5)

Thank you Mama Oprah and the OWN team. I listen to Super Soul Sunday everyday. I have re-listened so many episodes and I always get something new and a “aha-ha” moments. Please continue doing this incredible work. Your mission has helped me pay attention to my life and mostly to remember to course correct rather than dwell on things. Thank you and sending you, your guests and team love and light. Nonny Mbathane from Johannesburg South Africa

Podcasts   (5/5)

I’ve been listening to all the podcasts and I’ve enjoyed every single one of them. I’m thankful and grateful for what Oprah has to share with all of us and I can’t wait to hear more of her podcasts. I’m excited to read her book. God bless you Oprah!

This podcast will change your life   (5/5)

I started listening about two years ago during a serious bout of depression. While I don’t recommend using podcasts in place of therapy, this podcast has become one of the tools I use to keep perspective and change my mindset when I find my thoughts racing.

You changed my life with your show years ago. Nobody was talking about the things you were willing to talk about. Thank you for being you and for telling people that all we have to be is ourself. Many of us did not get that message as a child, but I will take that message gladly. Thank you.

What an incredible undertaking   (5/5)

Every single episode is incredible. Oprah asks all the right questions and continues to engage the audience throughout the conversation. I’m positive this podcast has changed the world- It has changed my personal piece of this world, as well as members of my family. I’m beyond grateful for the work this team continues to do and I send episodes to as many people as I can in hopes that it will inspire them as much as it does me. It has become a wonderful part of my morning ritual and when I run out of episodes, I re-listen to some of my favorites. The Eckhart Tolle 10-part series was of course groundbreaking. Another favorite of mine which had a profound impact on me and my mother, and healed many wounds for us, was her talk with Byron Katie. Brilliant work, forever grateful!

Don’t Miss an Episode!!   (5/5)

Do not miss an episode. If you want to live a life of purpose, you must carefully choose what information you are inviting in on the daily. Want inspiration, hope, and connection? This podcast is a must!!

So good ❤️💕   (5/5)

I try not to miss an episode - but there were so many animal noises (dog?bird) in the Steven Pressfield interview that I couldn’t listen to it at home. My dogs just pace around and whine and bark - they can’t figure out where the animals are 😂

Angelic   (5/5)

Oprah is an angel!!! She descended from heaven to bless us and increase our livelihood in infinite ways 🙏🏾 thank you

Love this podcast!   (5/5)

Such a blessing to have Oprah in this world sharing her gifts, and creating space for so many others to share theirs.

One of my favorites!   (5/5)

Uplifting message starting from the first second on. Everyone can benefit from Oprah’s words here.

Incredibly awakening!   (5/5)

I love this podcast. I have been awakened, and joy filled, and challenged by these episodes and I love them so much. I share as much as I can with as many people as I can because these stories are life changing!!

Know your own truth... thanks sistah O. So resonating!!!   (5/5)

Thank youuuuu!💙

Oprah Stop   (3/5)

I loved listening to this but I can’t help but get a little annoyed that Oprah keeps interrupting. It made it a little difficult to focus on what was being said. She tries to finish his sentences and speaks over him. It would be so much better if just one person speaks at a time.

Wonderful mindful podcast!   (5/5)

Listening to this podcast really keeps me tuned into the importance of presence and continuously opens up my soul to living more consciously and aligned to the source, God. 🙏

Super Souls   (3/5)

I was recently introduced to these and am enjoying them. Starting from the beginning but I have one request. Ms Oprah. Please stop interrupting the person you are interviewing. They are in the middle of making a major point , eureka etc and you interrupt them and we never get to hear them. We only hear you. Sorry. Please

Oprah @ Eckhart   (5/5)

Oprah, thank you so much. I play this podcast over and over again whenever I feel like I’m anxious nervous scared which is a lot but this podcast reminds me how to come back to the presence God bless you & Eckhart.

@FitLife_Mama   (5/5)

This podcast feeds my soul. If I’m ever feeling lost or down or not sure of my sure of my direction in life, I head over to super soul Sunday. The conversations always tough my heart & make me feel whole. So greateful for Oprah. She’s an inspiration.

Screw Oprah   (1/5)

I used to like and respect Oprah. But ever since she threw Michael Jackson under a bus by supporting and interviewing those two frauds and giving them a platform to spill their b.s. I automatically lost all my respect for Oprah and I immediately stopped supporting her, her shows, and this podcast. Monique was right about Oprah when she called her out of her b.s. Oprah is truly a SNAKE. If she has no problem screwing over her former good friend like Monique by inviting and interviewing her brother (who molested Monique) and her parents without her knowledge and her permission, it shouldn't have come as a shock to me that she would screw over Michael Jackson and his legacy by inviting and interviewing those two frauds on her show; especially since he's not alive to defend himself! So SCREW Oprah, SCREW her shows, and SCREW this podcast!

To truly find the best of you everyday!!!   (5/5)

I have truly loved both Oprah and Eckhart Tolle for MANY years, but the both of them on this podcast is a blessed gift! I have come to thoroughly enjoy listening, and was sad at first that there were only 10 episodes of them together...but then my heart smiled at the realization that i can replay them😁

Always Educational and Inspirational!   (5/5)

I am a podcast junkie, but Oprah's SuperSoul Conversations is one of my all time favorites. Every episode is educational and inpsirational! Since we haven't had a television for the pasat 20+ years, I especially appreciate all the old episodes that I never had the chance to watch the first time around. Thank you for this gift, Oprah and Team Oprah!!

Thank you Oprah   (5/5)

This podcast is a transformative one that has led me on a path of inner awakening and growth. Thank you

A new earth is a constant companion   (5/5)

I've loved SuperSoul Conversations since Oprah first launched the podcast and the TV series on OWN. I'm captived by every conversation that is had. However, the 10-session series with Eckhart Tolle is beyond my expectations! When his book was first published, I picked it up but could not internalize the messages. Now, with this podcast and nearly a decade later, it finally hits home for me. As Oprah and Eckhart say throughout the learning, it may have not been time before--but it is now time for awareness. I listen while I am on business travel and before I doze off to sleep. Many episodes again and again as I glean new insights each time.

Oprah + Eckart   (5/5)

Two of the most beloved beings together, sharing themselves, inspiring others in awareness, to be conscious within, awaken and vibrate truthfully.... Thank you, thank you for this opportunity, may We be worthy of your efforts and unify with others, may you gain trust as you both widen the circle of awakened souls.

YOU ROCK!   (5/5)

Thank you Oprah for having strength & perseverance to journey towards enlightenment so publicly. I feel you have provided tools to obtain freedom and understanding to many who do not have time to invest in deeper work. This helps so much collectively. My question is a biggie - after predominantly attaining an active & awake consciousness what do we do? I am blessed & fortunate enough to have financial freedom & sustained support. I struggle with where/how to channel my energies so that it can be of the best use for society. I’ve been on this journey for 20+ years. Philosophy BA from UCSB, graduate studies in nonprofit at Harvard, UCLA marc student...studied bible, Torah, Koron, & Buddha dharma. I am currently in Hue, Vietnam spending time at Tu Hieu Temple with Thich Nhat Hanh & his disciples. My husband & I have opened shelters throughout orange county, help build school in Mfuwe, Zambia, sat on boards and created nonprofits. It still is not enough. There is still some void where I want to scream “wake up & stop pillaging GOD/Earth. and your brothers & sisters” It shatters me to witness what is happening to our planet as a result of “sleep walking in the ego’s dream.” Mindfulness and what all spiritual prophets have brought forth is all the same. Semantics & perception twist wisdom into religious business. However, when it is broken down the message is simple - LOVE IS GOD. Many artists are clear on this, most businesspeople are not. Future meditations for consideration: God IS Mother Earth ~ must be treated as such. She provides unconditional love, forgiveness, presence, truth. Same as our dogs - baby buddhas! Thay’s “Resurrection & the Stranger.”

Amazing!!!   (5/5)

Her topics are always fascinating and her questions are thought provoking. I LOVED the New Earth series!!!

Really enjoyed!   (5/5)

Great interviews, great subjects! Looking forward to listening to all.

Deepak Interview   (5/5)

I loved the podcast with Deepak! Oprah and Deepak are so comfortable with each other making for a deeper interview! Awesome

New age hogwash   (1/5)

Oprah is deceiving the masses with her message of self centered “enlightenment”. Beware- it’s a trap.

Inspiring   (3/5)

I like this podcast a lot. There are some interesting guests and a good variety of topics. I like her focus on spirituality. It is audio recordings of tv interviews, so keep that in mind. Sometimes they refer to things you can see on a podcast. Some guests are a little out there in my view though.

Learning   (5/5)

Oprah does a phenomenal job of bringing in people that will make you see the world in a more positive and uplifting manner. This podcast is truly soulful.

Right timing for me   (5/5)

The conversations with Elkhart Tolle has really resonated with me. I had heard him before and have his Power of Now book, but I never truly got what he was saying, until now. I think I was always being present some of time without realizing it. But then things would happen and it would not be there anymore. I remember feeling really happy all of a sudden without anything happening around me. That spontaneity went away but I got it back after listening. It really is about being the right time to have this sink in. I have financial pressures and it is immensely helpful to know how to not worry and just move forward. I’ve heard this before but I only really got it now. Taking moments during the day and night to be present has helped me so much. It also feels really good to do this ! I almost never leave comments but I felt compelled to do this in heartfelt thanks for this podcast to Elkhart and Oprah. Oh and when I started listening, I thought I should buy the book and was going to get it but was hesitating because of money. Then that night I happened to be at last hours of a white elephant sale, and there it was among the books! It was almost a little creepy. Lol. So it was meant to be. Thank you again.

I’m a Republican. My beautiful spouse is a Democratic.   (4/5)

We’ve been married for 15yrs. Our conversations about politics can be heated. Nevertheless, we always respect each other’s views and most importantly feelings. My wife suggested to me one day, to read Dr. Brené Brown book Rising Strong. Simply put, it changed my life forever. “ Mind The Gap: Cultivating change and closing the disengagement divide” A quote directly taken from her book page 276. I will always be a republican and I will always keep in my mind to “Mind The Gap”.

Let them talk   (3/5)

Very interesting topics and guests However I wish Oprah would stop interrupting someone who is answering her question. I find it odd that she cannot let go of the spotlight during her interviews

Question about sound   (5/5)

Is anyone else’s sound really low? It only happens with this specific podcast. Andrés

Enlightening, amazing, inspiring   (5/5)

This is one of the best, if the not the best, podcast I have listened to. The series with Tolle is particularly unveiling if you're open to seeing the craziness of our egos. My only suggestions would be to improve the science and healthy skepticism at certain points. For example Larry Dosser's claim of evidence for intercessory prayer was quite a stretch by scientific standards. And Oprah's comment on Ep 6 of Tolle saying that psychiatrists and psychologists just want to medicate you and that people shouldn't be on medications is a bit dangerous. There are cases where mental illness is so severe (i.e the pain body is so strong) that sometimes a medication is needed to take the edge off and allow the growth to happen. But honestly, these few caveats aside, what Oprah has done here is remarkable. You are giving the world such a gift, the gift of seeing oneself and each other

Inspiring   (4/5)

Love all these great messages!

Anthony Ray Hinton   (5/5)

Thank you for sharing his story it soften and opened my heart.

Oprah....blah blah blah...   (1/5)

I just don’t find Oprah as insightful as she thinks she is. I do remember when she interviewed Trump asking him if he was running for president though. Funny how the world forgets.
