Talking Tastebuds

In this episode, I chat to the wonderful Hazel Wallace. This Irish beauty is a junior doctor, personal trainer and author of her first book: The Food Medic. I was really intrigued to find out just how much our doctors and GPs are taught about nutrition in their training and I was so pleased when Hazel accepted my offer to chat about this. I went over to her house for a cuppa and felt like we could have chatted for hours. She is a beacon of knowledge and every opinion she puts out there into the world is well researched, unbiased and most of all, honest.I really hope you enjoyed listening to Hazel's dulcet tones, you can follow her on Instagram @TheFoodMedic.
