Madeleine Shaw: Being Private in Public

Talking Tastebuds

Talking Tastebuds is a weekly interview series in which Venetia La Manna chats to a special guest about their life with food, well-being and conscious living. We'll also be speaking to incredible activists who are making the world a better place.

Talking Tastebuds

This week I'm chatting to one of my favourite people in the world - Madeleine Shaw. Maddy is a three-time bestselling cookery author, a Nutritional Therapist, creator of the Glow Guides, a yoga teacher and an ambassador for Origins. In this episode we discuss Maddy's disordered eating habits as a young teenager, rediscovering self-nourishment in Sydney, building her blog into a business and now, becoming a mother to her baby boy - and the huge decision to keep his face off social media.I loved recording this episode and I'm so proud to be able to call this hugely inspirational woman my friend. You can find all her brand new meditation guide (and so much more) on her website: madeleineshaw.com and follow her on Instagram: @madeleine_shaw_  See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
