Thank you so much for downloading this episode. I am so thrilled to have my ultimate #fitspo on the podcast this week. Shona Vertue is a London based personal trainer, yoga teacher with a background in gymnastics and dance. I met Shona a few years ago when she had moved from Sydney to London and was working as a PT at my local gym. Her career has since gone from strength to strength. She is now an ambassador for New Balance and has also published her first book The Vertue Method, a 28 day reboot plan to lift your soul and your butt. There's even a quote from David Beckham on the front cover, who she counts as one of her clients - the dream! In this episode, we chat about the backlash against clean eating, being a woman in the fitness industry and ethical food choices. Keep up to date with her on all social media platforms @ShonaVertue.  See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
