Stay hard!   (5/5)

Jamey Jasta is doing big things for the heavy music scene and puts out a lot of great content with this podcast

Love this podcast   (5/5)

This is a great podcast. Love the music business stories and best practices. And the band stories based on who the guest is. Keep up the good work.

Amazing!!🤘🤘🤘   (5/5)

Definitely the best and greatest metal, hardcore, hard rock and all around heavy music podcast out!!

More Ads and Extras than show   (2/5)

This used to be better, but there's so much fluff and extras and "shout outs," that it's gotten unlistenable. Not to mention the quality of the conversations have gotten much worse. Good on Jasta for making his money, but I'm out.

Love It   (5/5)

Great podcast. Hope it continues for a long time.

more Vinnie Stigma   (1/5)

Once in awhile there will be somebody cool on this podcast. Most of the time its boring metal bands/interviews on the festival circuit. Not putting it down to be mean , just is what it is. The focus seems to be on how to be in a boring metal core band and how to make a living doing it,

A++   (5/5)

I didn’t even like podcasts until I discovered this. Always a good listen. I always find myself smiling at Jamey’s humor.

Hi-fives, Rebull, and Hardcore   (5/5)

Best podcast out there for dudes / chicks in bands, or thinking about being in a band. Tons of great interviews with tons of great information. Keep it up!!

metal podcast   (5/5)

we need more artist to step up and start being like jamey jasta! i 100% recommend this to any metal head or hardcore person who wants to hear great content about artists

THE BEST...   (5/5)

Ritual listener since the beginning. Great show. Look forward to every episode. Subscribed to Gas digital as well. My only suggestion would be for more weekly content. Keep it up and stay HARD!!

Jasta show!!   (5/5)

Great podcast

Entertaining   (5/5)

Jasta is a great interviewer. Always fun and entertaining. A must listen for metal fans.

Headbangers ball of podcasts   (5/5)

Awesome podcast I listen to every show. Love the inside info into the music business. I listen to it along with Death metal while doing push ups with load amps in my face. This podcast is Haaaard. It's a ball for Headbangers to listen to

This show is awesome!   (5/5)

This is my favorite podcast. Great way to get an inside look at the music business, and hear cool people chatting about anything and everything.

Best Podcast Ever   (5/5)

And I'm definitely not just saying that because I love metal and Jamey is great

Haaaaaaarrrd.   (5/5)

Hands down, the best podcast for fans of all things heavy. It spans all sub-genres and always delivers a fun interview with some really awesome guests. Andy from ETID is my favorite episode(s). Keep it up, brother.

Best podcast!   (5/5)

Long time listener and subscriber, easily my favorite podcast. Exciting and hilarious stories and conversations with some of my favorite musicians. It's also really intriguing to learn all about musicians I'm not familiar with. Check this show out! Haaaaarrrrrddd! 🤘🏻

Great Podcast   (5/5)

Jasta's podcasts are incredibly good, he talks about things that you don't get to hear very often anywhere else. Highly suggest to check these out.

Killer Pod   (5/5)

Love the Jasta show always great content and guests conversations are always enjoyable and makes my work day a lot easier and helps me get through the day 🤘🏻

Business...   (3/5)

Today's show is brought to you by, pay xxx at gas digital, I just want to throw in a plug, sign up for VIP, etc. Jamie has a great interview perspective because he gets into the business with guests. The business angle makes for great interviews but makes the show overall sound like a bad sales pitch. If you must live by the sword, then you must die by the sword.

Where's the Song?   (5/5)

I don't know, man. To me, when talking with Obituary I would love to hear a song or two from - Obituary. Instead, it was a couple of songs promoting/marekting other bands. I know, there's a business side to the cast I suppose but, come on, man. Also, during Interviews Jasta - less about you reminiscing and and more about them. You're quick to cut someone off to give your take. My two cents. Love the Cast.

Gold Standard for Rock & Metal Shows Right Now   (5/5)

Jasta's experience, insights, and strong reputation in the metal community gives him fantastic access to the important players in the rock and metal community. The consistency and regularity of his podcasts make this a dependable listen. The interviews aren't always necessarily in-depth but they are always engaging. Plus, Jamey has such a great voice for this format/medium. And he's always on the go with his band and various projects, which means there's a great balance of studio interviews and "on location" material from festivals, etc.

Great Podcast!..except   (3/5)

I love listening to the podcast at work. Great interviews with diverse guests. Would love to hear more hardcore interviews, like wisdom in chains, death before dishonor, madball, etc. The album listening podcasts are terrible. Just listened to Dying Fetus and all they do is talk over the album talking about their own tours and experiences. Just stop taking if you are going to call it an album listening party, so annoying.

Jasta's the host with the most!   (5/5)

For a metal or even just a music fan this podcast is the best around. It's the only podcast I've heard that never has a dull episode and every guest is a who's who in the rock and metal world. Jasta himself is an excellent host full of positivity, humor, and heart. And for fans of his music you get to see the charming dude behind the Hatebreed name. Since many of the guest are people Jasta personally knows the conversations are deep and entertaining and the best ones are hearing the hilarious behind the scenes stories musicians encounter out on tour

Jamey rules   (5/5)

Stories are the best and Jamey has a ton. Glad to hear a professional across the board doing his thing in this arena. Totally worth the weekly and sometimes more than that download.

Awesome podcast   (5/5)

Highly recommend

I have been listening for years!   (5/5)

I have been listening to this show since the beginning and never miss an episode. Jamey is great at engaging the guests and the guests are always interesting. Recently, I really enjoyed the episodes with Code orange, Howard Jones, and the Dillinger Escape Plan. Great content to listen to when running errands and walking the dogs.

Best podcast on iTunes   (5/5)

Fantastic, relevant and fun interviews every week. Jamey is a fantastic host.

Jamey knows how to interview   (5/5)

One of the top podcasts out there. Absolutely love it. I will say though, the Nick Diaz episode was terrible. Dude never shut up enough to let Jamey ask questions. What a tool. Not a reflection of the show though!! Still waiting for Cristina Scabbia and the boys from Butcher Babies!!

Jasta rules!   (5/5)

i love this podcast, can't wait for every episode to show up... Fetus Bro!

Jasta show is legit!   (5/5)

Great topics with metal musicians about the industry, family and whatever else.

A must for any metal fan   (5/5)

Jasta speaks with some of the biggest names in the game and asks them the same questions your and your buddies would if you were in the hot seat. Each episode seems to provide multiple interesting discussions and I almost always head on over to the guest's band for a listen or go back and check out some of the numerous acts that were mentioned as influences during the episode. A must listen for fans of heavy music.

Heavy Music Business School   (5/5)

I never knew Jamey Jasta was such a fired up student of contemporary music business. Besides their killer heavy music, I'm seeing why Hatebreed has been such a staple in the Metal community since their inception. Every interview I've heard has been interesting because Jamey never shies away from asking the hows and whys going on behind the scenes in secretive band business and politics. Listening to the podcast is more up to date and informative than any music business "expert" article I have ever read. Jamey somehow gets all these superstar megalomania rockstars to let their guard down, spill the beans, and feel good about it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

🤘🤘   (5/5)

I love everything about this podcast. If you listen to having music you won't be disappointed. Thank you for all the hard work Jasta!

Awesome music podcast   (5/5)

My favorite podcast. Awesome guests, Jamey is a great host, no a**kissing and no beating around the bush. I'm a working musician, so hearing all the inside on the music industry is super insightful, and if you're a fan of heavy music, it's cool to hear how these guys work. Always hilarious, always genuine, always awesome.

Great podcast   (5/5)

Amazing podcast from Hatebreed singer Jamey Jasta. Features conversation with metal musicians and others. Topics include how to succeed in today's music business, lyric police, beefs, and playing new tracks from various artists.

Great guests   (5/5)

And Jasta has the know!

Jasta show is a must for fans of heavy music   (5/5)

Love this podcast. Been listening since the beginning and it keeps getting better!

Best podcast on the planet!   (5/5)

Quickly became my favorite podcast upon first listen. Love the "fly on the wall" aspect of the show and, like Maron, Jamey has a way to get his guests to open up and talk about things that they might not otherwise discuss with other people. He's a master of his craft! Any chance of getting Stef from Deftones or P-Nut from 311 on the show? Keep up the great work, Jamey!

Good listen for Metal fans   (5/5)

Although I dont listen to every podcast Jamey does a great job getting the story behind every guest time on the road. The best episode IMO was the one with Roger from Agnotsic Front, he tells some amazing stories from the early days of hardcore. I think it would be great to get John from Dying Fetus or Jason from Misery Index on this show sometime. Both have a ton fo great stories from the road and both have some great stories about the early days of Death Metal in Maryland.

Awesome   (5/5)

Between Jamey's smooth voice and the awesome variation of guests (it's mainly metal, but I love the comedians and mma fighters) this is probably my favorite podcast. I'm a little late to the party, but being able to binge-listen to 100+ episodes is nothing to complain about. He does an amazing job of being really personable and letting the conversation flow, so it doesn't necessarily feel like an interview, but he still manages to keep it on track, so it doesn't ramble. Great podcast! \m/

Thank you Jasta!   (5/5)

Jastahas one of the best podcasts for metal heads. You have even got me to listen to new bands after listening to your interview or review of their music. Thank you for Amway bringing it HARD!

Killer content   (5/5)

I was turned on to this podcast because it was mentioned several times in another of my favorite podcast Dirtpod. The quality of guests is top notch and Jasta's approach to interviews is very engaging. Thanks for introducing me to new music as well.

Metal to the masses! 🤘🏻   (5/5)

I'm from the Mew England metal scene, so I've know of Mr. Jasta for almost 2 decades. When I found this podcast I was hooked! I kept hearing bands talk about it in interviews, I only started listening to podcasts because of this show. Do yourself a favor if you're a music fan and subscribe, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent Stuff   (5/5)

I like this podcast on and off, It's very high quality and he never ceases to get interesting guests. I'd love if Jamie could get Alissa from Arch Enemy/The Agonist on the show!

My first podcast   (5/5)

Great pod about the music biz with insight and great stories.

yea   (5/5)

good show

Awesome!   (5/5)

Just subscribe!

Insightful and honest   (5/5)

This podcast is one of the best out there. The interviews are fascinating and the listener is the fly on the wall while back stage stories and the story's about the music business are told. Even if your not a metal head this podcast is a rare look behind the curtain into the music industry. Do your self a favor and subscribe now. DO IT! Oh and download the new hatebreed album!

Great podcast!   (5/5)

If you like metal music you need to listen to this podcast. I would suggest going to the old episodes and give those a listen. Need to get Elias Soriano (Nonpoint) Chad Gray(Hellyeah) Lejon Witherspoon and Clint Lowery(Sevendust).

Great Show   (5/5)

Great guests! Thanks Jamey!

Great podcast   (5/5)

Jamey is a great interviewer and gets amazing guests to talk about not only metal, but life in general and any topic that comes up. You really get to know more about your favorite artists plus you get to discover new artists and bands.

I highly recommend that everybody listen to this podcast. He always has great guest and awesome conversations with them.

Best metal podcast   (5/5)

Awesome podcast. Lots of insider info on the music business, from both the band side as well as the business side

Best Metal Podcast Out There   (5/5)

Very informative podcast with all the best metal guests, very insightful for those into behind the scenes business info on the music industry and how its developed. Also intriguing insights into how the guests generate and refine musical ideas and decide where and how to tour and with whom. Jasta is the perfect host, asks all the right questions fans want to hear and provides excellent commentary. I even love listening to episodes with guest I am not familiar with as the conversation is always interesting no matter what.

This podcast is HAAAAAARD!   (5/5)

Came into this podcast expecting to listen to some insight into the world of heavy music. Instead, a new hatebreed track came on and I punched straight through my windshield. 5/5. Would listen again.

Simply awesome!   (5/5)

Best interviews & discovery of music I may not have heard before.

Love this episode   (5/5)

Love the show   (5/5)

Keep up the good work this show is great!

Always great   (5/5)

Jasta always brings it and never has a boring show. It’s one of the few podcasts that actually have interviews with underground metal musicians and mma fighters. Two things I love. Let a cave man talk!!!!!!!

METAL   (5/5)

Love the show. Love the fact you don't ask the same old questions. Would like to hear more interviews with record producers, concert promoters stuff like that. Insider information.

Great show   (5/5)

Metal to the End! Great show Not a MMA guy but very cool interviews with the fighters

Great Find!!   (5/5)

If you haven't took the time to listen to a Cast or 2.... you should. I ran across The Jasta show on youtube & that was it!! He has amazing guests and the talk is real. No BS, No holds barred!! He asks the right questions. Being a dude that has been on SMALL tours & has struggled to pay the bills for the love of music- i can relate & fell the pain AND the love this dude & his guests show in every podcast. NOT TO MENTION..... every show has me crackin' up at stories on the road! Keep it up, Jamie!!

Amazing Podcast   (5/5)

This podcast provides the real "fly on the wall" experience you want. Great in depth interviews from Artists and Musicians alike. Unlike any interviews you will find in the media. Jasta is a great host and very likable guy. 10 out of 10. I would like to see someone from a band crew on the show. How about my pal Phil Ciulo from the BLS crew. He is a great guy who I bet would have some great behind the scenes insight

Here is another 👍🏻   (5/5)

👍🏻 this is the best podcast

Coffee & Death Metal & Pushups   (5/5)

I really enjoy the show, especially the in person interviews. I find the variety of heavy industry, commedians, and fighters to be quite compelling. I really appreciated the Neil Fallon interview, would love to hear from Local H, Havok, and Eric July in future shows! Rock.

Excellent Podcast   (5/5)

I have been a Hatebreed fan for a long time. It's really cool to see how Jamie interacts with fellow musicians and even guys from the MMA world.

ANother Great Source of Metal   (5/5)

Jasta has an awesome array of guests. Metal news, great tour stories, positive messages, and just great down to earth talk. Love to be a fly on the wall for these conversations. Awesome a great way to discover new bands. Would love to hear Arch Enemy, In Flames, and maybe find some actors to interview too! Keep it up Jasta, and most of all...KEEP IT HEAVY!

Dez!!!   (5/5)

Awesome show! As usual!

Jasta Juice   (5/5)

Had yet to find a Podcast I could listen to daily. Jasta's is great because it runs the spectrum of topics with guests: recording, touring, backstage bs, the business side of being an artist, and on top of all that- supporting up and coming acts. Love the show and would recommend it to anyone who appreciates hard rock, hardcore and all things metal. Gimme more!

This is a must have subscription   (5/5)

A can't miss podcast and aways entertaining no matter who the guest happens to be. I only hope that Christopher Volz from Flaw can make it onto the show someday. I would to love to heard this guys story.

I just came across this show a week ago and ive already listened to 37 episodes. I cant get enough of this show its simply AMAZING!! As a former musician and fellow podcaster I can tell everyone this is exactly how a show should be done!! Jamey and his guests truly give you a behind the scenes look at being a musician, tour life, the business end of being a musician building and audience and everything in between!!! THIS IS A MUST LISTEN FOR ALL MUSICIANS & METALHEADS and anyone whos ever wondered what life is truly like for a rockstar!!! HIT THAT SUBSCRIBE BUTTON YOU WONT REGRET IT!! Ray (TheNakedPorch Podcast/FEARcast)

Inspiring, Interesting & Informative...   (5/5)

Jasta has put together a fantastic podcast and has done well to have guests from all ends of the spectrum of heavy music. Even if extreme/aggressive music isn't your cup of tea, Jasta's knowledge and experience in the music industry makes this an interesting listen for anyone. Not to mention he is a naturally gifted story teller. Jasta is a very good, but not great, interviewer. Interjections are fine occasionally, but Jasta routinely interrupts his guests which can become tiresome. Even with that however, I still give this podcast five stars. Some guests I'd like to hear: - Soilwork (anyone, current or former) - Meshuggah (Mårten was great but MORE Meshuggah is always a good thing) - Tosin Abasi (Animals As Leaders - TeaseracT (anyone) - Children of Bodom (anyone) - Any VIP of any music equipment company that's target demographic is fans of metal/hardcore (EMG, ESP, Ibanez, etc.) - Famous athletes who love metal Keep up the good work!

Its the Bees Knees   (5/5)

Love The Jasta Show! Discovered it after 100 episodes were already done and have been catching up on all the early ones. has turned me on to bands ive never heard and other artists and podcasts, books, etc. Great content for everyone, not just metal fans. would love to hear an Evan Seinfeld (Spider Jones, or Mac McGoo or whatever he calls himself nowadays) episode to hear what he has beeen up to. Henry Rollins would be an interesting interview and so would Marilyn Manson even though im not a big fan of his music. Rollins and Manson are very smart individuals. Iggy would be a great episode and you could vacation in miami to meet up with him( let me know if you need a travel companion for that one Jamey!) Any fan reading this review, head over to for awesome merchandise and to support this wonderful podcast.

Come get educated with Jasta.   (5/5)

Great show for fans of music, MMA, and everything that comes out of the minds of the guests. Always consistent with good content and a varied list of guests !

I'm loving it   (5/5)

The Jasta Show is a lot of fun. What I love the most is when I laugh during the episode but the show offers more than humor between great insight and recommended music.

This podcast is HAAAAAARD!!   (5/5)

I absolutely love this podcast. I'm a metalhead, so it definitely speaks to me, but it's also a great insight into the industry and the artists. Jamey Jasta is one of my favorite artists so to hear him every week is a privilege. His interviews are fantastic and he’s had a lot of great artists on the show, some of my favorites and others I’ve now discovered. Some of the memorable episodes were his interviews with Howard Jones, Neil Fallon, Maria Brink, Chuck Billy, Lemmy (RIP), Dino Cazares and Vernon Reid. I was particularly impressed with his discussion with Maria Brink and would love to see some more women on the podcast. Given the gender disparity in metal (which was evident on Maria’s episode), I’d like to hear more from the female perspective like Maria or Mina Caputo. Here’s a few: Candace from Walls Of Jericho (please please please!) Alissa from Arch Enemy Otep Courtney from iwrestledabearonce Cristina from Lacuna Coil Heidi and/or Carla from Butcher Babies Charlotte from Delain Tarja Sharon from Within Temptation Floor from Nightwish Maybe even some of the hard rock women like: Amy Lee Lzzy Hale Taylor Momsen Just a few others who would be awesome: Byron Davis (ex-God Forbid) Doc Coyle from Vagus Nerve Michael from Volbeat Jerry Cantrell James Hetfield Brent Smith from Shinedown I know it’s probably not too feasible, but some of the Scandinavian artists would be amazing (anyone from Finland). Again, such a great podcast and I’m always excited to see who shows up on my feed. Hit the music!

Jamey is the MAN!   (5/5)

Love pasta podcast! Would love to have one of the deftones on your podcast!

All things metal and more \mm/   (5/5)

I recently discovered the world of podcasts. I came across the Jasta Show and I'm hooked. You can tell Jamey has so much passion for the industry and does great interviews. Definitely worth the listen. Check it out. As far as suggested interviewers.....Andy Williams, Steve-O, more Brent Hinds, Trent Reznor, Al Jourgensen, Mike Patton, Jordan Buckley, guys from The Ghost Inside, Chino Moreno and as something out of left field anyone from 3 Six Mafia.

EVERY Metalhead should listen!   (5/5)

Jamey is the greatest host and has got as many stories to swap with a great selection of guests, mostly metal musicians but occasionally other trades. Always entertaining and informative. - @Chainsawprez

Your ears and your iPod will thank you   (5/5)

Great guests, conversations, host, need I say more? A definite must for any metalhead!

Best podcast ever!   (5/5)

I love the podcast! Every guest is awesome! Each interview very easy going and fun to listen to. I have learned so much about my favorite artists and bands and feel like I know them as friends. You cannot go wrong with this podcast, listen now!

Coffee, Push-ups and Jasta podcasts!   (5/5)

Great "fly on the wall" conversations with people you wanted to hear from, or never knew even existed, but we're great to hear, regardless. How about dUg Pinnick (King's X, Poundhound, etc.) and/or Dave Curran (Unsane, PIGS NYC, former JJ Paradise Players Club) in the near future? Keep up the HHHHHAAAAARRRRRRD work, Jasta! -dT

Excellent Podcast   (5/5)

Great guests. Keep it up.

Must listen for any real music fan   (5/5)

Found this podcast from a link on Twitter and have listened to 20+ in a row.

This podcast inspired me to get back into music   (5/5)

This podcast helped me learn so much about the music industry. It made me want to get back into music again. Jamey is so inspirational. Thank you for this podcast, Jasta. I have listened to it so much while driving that it feels like I know Jamey and everyone he interviews. You need to get Phil Bozeman, Phil Anselmo, Brian from Black Dahlia and Eric Rutan from Hate Eternal.

Eye Opener   (5/5)

Funny, smart, goofy, serious at times, and highly informative. Intrigued by the transparent discussions about the industry, idealism across the different sub-genres, and the current happenings of all things metal. Extremely entertaining. Best podcast out there. I'd like to hear from John Tardy, Dallas Tolar-Wade, Steve Tucker, Jack Owen, and Chris Barnes.

Brann Dailor & Blasko   (5/5)

If you are looking for two great episodes to listen to, I HIGHLY recommend that you listen to the Brann Dailor (Mastodon) and Blasko (Prong, Rob Zombie, Ozzy). Both episodes offer completely different things, but are very insightful. I don't want to give away too much, but I promise that you'll love those episodes. Check them out! They'll change the way you think about certain things,

Best podcast   (5/5)

This is the best out there for rock/metal. He talks all the inside info pertaining to the business of music. Always learning from this one.

Guest suggestion   (5/5)

Candace Kucsulain from walls of Jericho would be an awesome guest on the show

Helluva Show!   (5/5)

What an incredible show! Full of such amazing interviews with artists, directors, MMA fighters, and more! Something for everyone. I enjoy the stories from past tours, info on upcoming shows, and insight into the recording industry that you cant get anywhere else! Keep up the good work Dude!

totally blown away everytime I listen, i forget to listen to my music sometimes because I keep listening to all the episodes I missed and am just totally enthralled with all the content...I'm just a fly on the wall listening to a great conversation and it's great!!! Highly recommended!!!!

LOVE IT!!!   (5/5)

I love every single thing about this podcast!!! A great mix of guest everything from metal to MMA.

Great podcast for music fans!   (5/5)

All i have to say is if your into rock and metal listen to just one of his podcasts and you will be hooked, great insight on many different topics, guest suggestions, paolo from trivium, phil anselmo, maynard, jesse leach for round two and ben bruce from aa and ask him why theyre running tape with the new singer lip singing over it

This show is "HAAAARD!!"🤘🏼😈🤘🏼   (5/5)

Jamey is not your traditional interviewer, that's a good thing. The cool thing about this show is that Jamey always seems like he's known these people for years even when he hadn't met them before and with that it makes it more like friends just having a conversation rather than a boring interview, which I love. He always seems genuinely engaged in any topic. It's like "being a fly in a wall" at a backstage show... It's great. ———————————— Guest suggestions; -Ash Avildsen -Dustin Kensrue or any member of Thrice(recent return of hiatus) -Daniel Weyandt of Zao(recent return of hiatus) -Myke Terry ex-Bury Your Dead to speak on solo project and "controversial" exit from BYD.

Great podcast for the fellow metal head   (5/5)

Jasta brings in the best in the metal and rock community. Always good information from the music business as well as good stories from the road. He also gives us exclusives before anyone else. Great podcast with one of the best front man in metal

Best Music Podcast Out There!   (5/5)

I love listening to these podcasts. You can tell Jamey really truly cares about the industry and the fans. He gets into all the details that we often wondered about and I found myself picking up music from people that I may have overlooked because I got to know them better through the podcast. Thank you very much for doing this Jamey. It would be nice to see if you can get Jeff Price from Audiam on your podcast. His team created scanning technology for artists so they can scan youtube for their music and try to Monetize it. Musicians shouldn’t have to feel guilty anymore by speaking out against unauthorized use of their material. So called “fans" can’t just tell a band to “go on tour” to make their money while stealing the music, they can’t afford to get on tour without going into debt!

One of my favorites!   (5/5)

For a long time, I had wanted a podcast that revolved around metal music and the bands, and thank the god for this one! I'm glad you're doing this Jamey and keep up the awesome work, brotha! \m/

Amazing show!   (5/5)

Amazing talks, super funny, very informative, what else could you want in a podcast?! I need to hear Phil Bozeman from Whitechapel, Brandan Schieppati from Iron Son/Bleeding Through and Tommy Vext from Westfield Massacre/Divine Heresy!

Jasta Show   (5/5)

This podcast rules. I've been listening daily and catching up on episodes that I have missed. Keep up the great work!!

Best Podcast in the Industry   (5/5)

Jamey does an excellent job diversifying his guests and keeping it fresh for listeners. He has all types of people in music and sports that keep you engaged. I appreciate Jamey's insight because he has put the work in throughout the years as a local promoter and frontman of one of the hardest working bands on the planet. Keep up the good work.

Greatest metal podcast   (5/5)

I love this podcast, Jamey takes you behind the scenes of the metal world, and does REAL interviews with the metal artists or people that I thought I would never want to listen too. MMA I really didn't have a go to guy, now cause of this podcast I go for Matt brown , or uncle creepy . Thanks for doing this and helping out the metal scene man . Future guests maybe 1. Jason suecof/Mark Lewis 2. Greg puciato 3. Phil Bozeman 4. Oliver Sykes 5. Nick hipa/josh Gilbert Thanks- Austin

Awesome Podcast   (5/5)

This is a great podcast. Jamey continues his great interviews from the Headbangers Ball days. He gets phenomenal guests from not just the music community, but comedians and wrestlers as well. Highly recommend this podcast, well worth listening to from the beginning. I really hope he keeps this up for a long time.

Love all of the episodes!!   (5/5)

First off Jasta rules. From Hatebreed to Icepick to Jasta...Rhis guy cannot be stopped! Now for the show...loved the Rob Flynn episode! Machine Head as we all know rules! But what I also love about his podcast is info for new bands (like my own Murder Earth). I hope to get a track on a sampler Jasta helps creates. Jasta keep it going and remain "Haaaarrrddd!!!". Dominic - Murder Earth P.S. - As a new band please check out our new album "Waiting (For The End Of Man)". Featuring Donnie Steel as guest on three of our tracks! Peace, love and heavy!

Awesome podcast   (5/5)

Great behind the scenes look at the music industry. I'd love to hear OJ from Byzantine on the podcast to talk about leaving labels and member changes. Their new album is hard!!

Love this show!!   (5/5)

Dude, I love the show. I started looking into yinz when I saw your set with Slipknot up in Erie,PA. I've become hooked on your show. You're a great frontman and a great podcast host. You always keep me intrigued to see what you're going to ask next. I'm def throwing down for the VIP in Millvale on June 7th to tell you this in person. I'd love to see you have Trent Reznor on the show. That could be a 3 parter for sure. I'd love to see my favorite host pick that mans brain. Can't wait to see you in Pittsburgh!!!

Love this podcast!! Love the glimpse into the world of metal, rock, wrestling, ufc etc... That the fans get. I recommend David gunn from King 810 as a guest.

Jasta Show Rules   (5/5)

The Jasta Show podcast is one of the best. Entertaining guests and I love the discussions about the business side of the music business. It is interesting to hear how the musicians make their living in an era where people steal all the music they listen to. BUY THE MUSIC YOU LISTEN TO!!!

Killin' it \m/   (5/5)

Great podcast! The Rob Flynn episode was killer well worth the wait! It's so cool to hear in-depth, intelligent interviews with such a wide selection of metal artists. Look forward every week to the new episodes. Waiting to see Dez Fafara, Chad Gray, show up on the podcast sooner than later, a few others I'd love to see on the show would be Max (part 2), Tony Campos, Shannon Larkin, Mark Rizzo, and I think Gloria Cavalera would be cool as hell . Keep killin' it!! \m/

Can't get enough   (5/5)

Love this podcast! Wish there was more like it. You should get fronz from Attila on the podcast.

Listen and Enjoy   (5/5)

Legit listen to the Howard Jones episode I was dying from laughter.

Best Hardcore/Metal Podcast!   (5/5)

I've been listening to The Jasta Show sicne it's early episodes and I'm never disappointed. Jamey does such an excellent job of interviewing the guests and asks thoughtful questions that can be helpful in anyone's life. My favorite guests have been Jesse Leach, Randy Blythe, Ivan Moody, Howard Jones, and Brian Stann. I'd love to see any of the boys from IN FLAMES on though! Much love Jamey! Love your work!

Awesome   (5/5)

This Podcast is Haaaaaaard!   (5/5)

Best metal podcast around, especially if you are in the Northeast metal and hardcore scene. JJ keeps it great with awesome guests, lots of inside jokes (I'm talking to you Lyric Police & Riff Beasts) Get you through the work day. First you must SUFFER then you RISE! Stay Heavy! -Pete E

Great Show!   (5/5)

I enjoy this show greatly! Thank you for your time!

Great Metal and Music podcast   (5/5)

Never boring! Even the artists that I don't know or like are interesting. Jamey makes you feel like your his friend just talking music. Keep up the great work! Let's have three a week.

Finally, a great music podcast.   (5/5)

A great roster of guests and an easy going interview style makes for an enjoyable listen. Also, he plays tracks from other heavy bands that really help you hear what else is out there. P.S. What is a SHED show? (SHED tour? S.H.E.D.?) A term that is commonly used, but never explained. Google is no help.

Great Show   (5/5)

This podcast goes Harrrd! Great guests and conversations. Suggestions for guests: Laura Jane Grace from Against Me!

Love it!!   (5/5)

Can not wait for Mondays and Thursdays episodes! Robb Flynn episode next week?

Great show for all kinds of interests   (5/5)

I love how this show flows and how every person interviewed bring a unique view and mindset to the conversations. Business talk is always great, but the peak inside how people perceive the world around and how they experience them is amazing.

Excellent Podcast   (5/5)

Jamey, thank you for the excellent podcast. My wish list of future guests include Chino from Deftones or JD from KoRn. Can you make it happen?

Heavy   (5/5)

Awesome podcast! Great artists and funny as hell! Suggestions for a guest: Free Dominguez from Kidneythieves.

You gotta get Power Trip on the show!! If you don't already know about them, they're from Dallas,Tx. & they're your new favorite're welcome. Catch 'em on tour with Lamb of God & Anthrax !!

Best heavy music podcast   (5/5)

Two things that make this the best podcast 1. Every episode is good even when I don't know the guest 2. No phone interviews - all face to face conversations One of the Koller brothers would be my guest request

Best Metal Podcast   (5/5)

Jasta doesn't discriminate when it comes to hard rock and metal guests. I love that. It may be all about metal but he leaves no stoned of sun-genre unturned.

JASTA   (5/5)

This is my favorite podcast. I listen every week. He knows many of his guess personally so he is able to get more out of them then a normal journalist. Thanks for the great podcast Jamey!

Good music business insight   (5/5)

Great podcast, gotta get Richard Christy in!!

Best Podcast of all time.   (5/5)

I love heavy music. Have been a fan of Hatebreed since the late 90's I love the industry talk and the behind the scenes stuff.

Review of Podcast   (5/5)

I absolutely love and highly recommend this Podcast!!. It's a must for all metal fans. Jamey Jasta is an exceptional interviewer. Each and every show is entertaining and brings new insights into the artist, band, business and metal music. I'd love to hear from the following artists sometime in the future: Chi Moreno/Deftones, Nikki Sixx/Motley Crüe, Jonathan Davis/Korn, Sonny Sandoval/POD, Ryan Clark/Demon Hunter, David Draiman/Disturbed, Lzzy Hale/Halestorm, etc...

love me some jasta   (5/5)

I'm not a hardcore metal fan but i love hard rock and classic metal. Recently found this podcast. Jamey is soooo cool. I'd probably be more into Jasta than Hatebreed but Jamey is so positive and seems like a cool down to earth person. His questions on the podcasts are awesome. He is always ready to learn something about the music industry, whether it be publishing or that John 5 is the Tony Hawk of TF. Hahahahaha. Mr. Jasta you rock, that's just one 46 year old fat guys opinion. Continued success.

Thank you Mr.Jasta   (5/5)

Great podcast for heavy music fans, Jamey brings on a wide variety of music industry icons, MMA fighter and all around interesting folks. Great stories and brutal honesty from Jamey and guests in a friendly conversational way. Appreciate his dedication to the pod twice a week it makes the work commute seem less of a hassle. Best regards, David Z

Jesse Stand Hard   (5/5)

I know he's not in any active bands but you need to have Jesse Stand Hard on the podcast.

🤘😁🤘   (5/5)

The Jasta Show is the main podcast I listen to. Music education from production to merchandise. You realize how much work that is involved in the music industry and the hard work the bands and all involved go through. Great show, great guest. Perfect execution Jamie. Keep it up!

Jasta Show is always a must listen!   (5/5)

The Jasta Show provides a wide range of guest from hard rock/metal to MMA fighters to filmmakers, comedians and more. Each show comes off as a conversation instead of an interview, covering all kinds of topics. Bottom line: this podcast is HAARRD! Would love to see Marilyn Manson, Fred Durst, David Ellefson, Burton C. Bell, Al Jourgensen, Les Claypool, or Wes Borland on a future episode.

Jasta: King of Podcast   (5/5)

The Jasta show is Hands down the best podcast out there. He gets in deep with artist from all genres and you really get to know the people behind the music. I work as a police officer so I spend a lot of time driving and I constantly have the show on when I'm on patrol. Looking forward to the show possibly going to 3 episodes a week, also for future guest Is there any chance of Ghost,Kyng or Coheed and Cambria either would make for a very interesting conversation, Keep it up Jamey!

Keep it up!   (5/5)

Great podcast - loyal listener here. I think it would be great to hear what Vinnie Paz from Jedi Mind Tricks has to say on your show. Haven't really had an underground hip-hop artist on the podcast yet. I know he's into metal and wears Slayer and Obituary shirts on stage. Would be cool to hear an industry perspective from someone in another genre who has persevered over a long career.

Mujahideen   (5/5)

Will someone please tell him that Mujahideen lyric from that Lamb of God song he likes so much is a reference to the Islamic/Freedom fighters who fought the Soviets when they invaded Afghanistan in the late 70s you'd think if he liked it so much he'd just google what it meant. And hope he has Chad Gilbert from New Found Glory/ Shai Hulud on eventually

The Jasta Show = \m/   (5/5)

i Love THE JASTA SHOW! hands down best podcast! almost every episode has at least one laugh out loud moment (i.e the alex skolnick episode) Jamey is honest , down to earth, insightful , intelligent. His conversations are never lacking regardless of the guest. i love learning all the inside goings on of the music business, i learn something new all the time. i find it fascinating, Jamey is a genuine guy , the perfect working mans musician ( to steal his own words) You will not be dissapointed! Oh yeah almost forgot! Tom Hunting , Rob Caggiano , Michael Poulsen , Rob Dukes would be great guests.

Killer Podcast   (5/5)

Love the Podcast, with Jamey’s great attitude and openness to just talk to everyone about everything makes the show very welcoming. Seems more like just sitting around with old friends and BSing with each other. Got to say it… Jamey = New Version of Eddie Trunk (much love to Eddie, still not in HD)

This is a must listen for any person involved in music!   (5/5)

I absoluty love this show, I tell and make as many as my friends listen to this podcast as possible, so much content, so many great questions and guest keep it coming jamie.

Sully Interview   (5/5)

Check this one out! Great interview Jasta!

Best Podcast if you like Hardcore   (5/5)

Definetely one of the best Podcasts out. good interviews.

Great podcast Jamey!!   (5/5)

As an early podcasting fan, I'm a huge fan of the Jasta podcast...definitely can sense his passion for what he does and he's not afraid to ask tough questions, while bringing along some of the most relevant and interesting guests due to his connections and touring..keep killing it Jamey!!

Entertaining and informative   (5/5)

Love hearing the music business talk! Stuff that the fans never heard before or understood until now. Thanks for being transparent

Not just for metal heads   (5/5)

Jamey Jasta does an excellent job of getting a diverse array of guests, both metal and not. The conversations are good, taking the listener on a journey that feels honest and sincere. The content spans tour stories, music industry knowledge and how bands really feel about fans, the Internet and their own music. The one downside is Jasta's need to self-promote. To keep the podcast free, this is a necessity but it gets a little old (rebel 8 makes the softest hoodies, etc). Other than the promoting I am killing a ton of time catching up. I dig the music spotlights also. Keep it up!

Listen Now! Lots of Great Guests and Discussion Topics.   (5/5)

This podcast is awesome. You get to know your favorite artists in a seemingly intimate way and also get a better sense of the music business. As a musician it is an inspiration to listen to what Jasta and his guests have to say during their discussions. Jasta also engages with the fans by answering questions via twitter, email, or fan base. Plus tons of music to hear from signed or independent metal/rock artist making a great opportunity to discover new bands. Pick an episode to listen to now!

Excellent   (5/5)

I love this podcast. Great interviews/conversations. Some of my favorite episodes: Brent Hinds, Keith Buckley, Brian Fair, Steven Adler. Thanks for doing this show, Jamey!

The Jasta Show   (5/5)

The Sully podcast was great!

A great podcast one of the best new ones this year.   (5/5)

The Jasta Show is a great podcast featuring Jamey Jasta, (Hatebreed, Kingdom of Sorrow, Jasta) and gives funny, honest, and wise interviews with everyone from athletes to musicians. Definitely a must listen and let's hear from Zeuss, Jesse from Stick to Your Guns, and Chino.

Awesome Fun and Informative   (5/5)

The Jasta Show is one of the best podcasts out there for music in general, and for heavy metal especially. Jamey Jasta is an excellent dude who knows his stuff extremely well, from the old school hard rock stuff all the way to recent heavy metal and hardcore. I especially like the inside info you get on touring, making music, and the record industry. Jamey is also very respectful of ALL genres in hard rock and heavy metal. I have listened for about half a year now and have not missed a single episode since. A must for any metal fan!

Love the Jasta Show   (5/5)

I love the in-depth conversations and interviews with people in the music industry. Can’t wait to hear more business talk.

Finally took the time to start listening and now I'm terrified of the day I catch up and have to wait for new ones to com out! Absolutely terrific podcast that sheds light on all things heavy metal. There is a great diversity to his guests and I even enjoy the interviews involving musicians that I may not care for their music/band. Would love to hear interviews involving Life Of Agony and Type O Negative. Get Mia Caputo!!!!!!

Awesome podcast   (5/5)

Listen to it every night on the way home from work. Makes my 45 min commute almost enjoyable. Love the variety of guests, if you like metal and hard rock, check this podcast out!!

The Jasta Show Podcast   (5/5)

There is no easy way to put this, Jasta is the absolute best when it comes to his interviews! The stories, the memories, the advice, and most of all the catch phrases! Just finished the Neil Fallon, Maria Brink, and Chris Kael episodes. I've gotten to meet both Maria (48 hour fest, Vegas) and Chris, both of which were extremely nice. You usually can"t go to a metal concert in Vegas without running into Kael, and the man will always have time for a handshake and quick chat. The fact that Jamey has all of his music projects going and he has time to put out his podcast with these amazing guests proves he is the hardest working man in Metal!! If I can suggest future guest, I would like to hear from White Trash Rob Lind from Blood for Blood, anybody from 100 Demons, and if you could ever sit down with Zoli Teglas of Ignite to talk of their start and success, and the fact that Jamey once said they would sleep on his couch when in town! Love this podcast and hope it keeps going forever!!!! Diehard!! Chris in Vegas!

Best Podcast!   (5/5)

As a diehard metalhead, I love this podcast! Jasta does a great job interviewing his guests, his guests are a wide variety from all the different genres that fall under the metal and hard rock world and I have enjoyed every episode I've listened to, and look forward to every new episode. Some suggestions for guests I would like to hear from are: Matt Pike, Kurt Ballou, Andy Williams, anybody from Cephalic Carnage, Josh Homme. Great job Jasta Show!

Great podcast!   (5/5)

Love your show Jasta! You and Joe Rogan inspired me to start my own podcast where I promote local bands, and artists in my area! Thanks for the entertainment!

HARD!   (5/5)

This podcast is for all fans of music. I really can't say enough about how great of a job Jamey does. U really get the "fly on the walk" experience when listening to his conversations w some of the biggest name n music, movies, mma and entertainment. Although the spotlight is on the particular guest, it's Jasta the makes u keep coming back. Try it, your gonna want more. Plus, it'll make u HARD!

Metal!   (5/5)

Another podcast found by association. Great interviews of guys from heavy bands, from a guy in a heavy band. How bout an interview with Lou from Sick Of It All.

Very entertaining   (5/5)

Jamey is very easy to listen to. Even if you are not familiar with the people he is interviewing it still is highly entertaining and very informative at times. My favorite parts of the show are the crazy stories and all the music business talk. The business talk is fascinating to me and the only person I have ever heard talk so open about it is Jamey. Would like to hear Henry Rollins , Erik Ratan, Freddy from Madball, Doc Coyle, Dallas or Karl from Nile, David Vincent, James Hatfield, Dave Mustane and I like when you mix it up with the comedians and the MMA fighters.

Highly recommended...   (5/5)

Excellent podcast!

The BEST Music Podcast Hands Down!   (5/5)

Title says it all! Would love to hear the rest of the guys from Mastodon, Clutch, Ghost, Max Weinberg on playing with Slipknot, and MORE DRUMMERS! Thanks for making my work day easier Jasta!

Give me something real!   (5/5)

Awesome and honest interviews by one of metals best lead vocalists.

Type O!   (5/5)

Love the podcast, Jamey is very enthusiastic and knowledgable when conducting his interviews. I would love to hear from Johnny, Kenny, or Josh from Type O Negative. I am a die-hard Type O fan and have not heard of many interviews with them since Peter’s passing.

My new favorite podcast   (5/5)

Deep natural conversations that allow you glimpse into the lives of bands. Funny, deep, entertaining and capturing.

Fantastic Podcast   (5/5)

J Jasta does a killer job with the podcast as is to be expected. This man should be the official ambassador of heavy music. He and Ice-T have the best podcasts I've stumbled upon by far. Been a Hatebreed fan for the last 10+ years. I would like to see Ben or Greg from Dillinger Escape Plan make an appearance or possibly Scott or Dan from Zao.

love every episode   (5/5)

For any fan of metal or hard rock this is the podcast for you. Jamey is great at bringing us closer to the musicians we enjoy. He is "our" fly on the wall. Also, it is obvious from the onset that Jamey is not only a well established musician but also a fan of the music we all love. Thanks for all the great episodes.

Love the show!   (5/5)

I just recently started listening to the show and absolutely love it. Only a guy like Jasta can get the caliber of guests that are on the show. Coffee & Death Metal & Push Ups!

Best podcast   (5/5)

I really love this podcast. Great guests, fantastic questions and just all around entertaining. Jamey really knows how to work an interview. I'd love to hear Justin Beck and/or Daryl Palumbo from Glassjaw on the show.

Very informative and entertaining!   (5/5)

Great job on the podcast! I hope you can one day reach out to and get the following on the show: Mark or Rob of Chimaira, Chino or anybody from Deftones, Jeff from Poison the Well. Keep up the good work!

Great metal podcast!   (5/5)

I have been listening to this podcast for over a year now. I love it! Jasta is a great interviewer and he gets really cool guests. He has turnned me on to some bands I never would have given a chance to before. He interviews people that I never thought I would like and by the end of the podcast I am telling my husband about them and seeing if he has their CD (which he usually does). It is a great listen if you are a metal fan! \m/

Yesssss!!!!   (5/5)

Great show, Jamey! I love your style, just a conversation that doesn't feel contrived or like you're asking a list of questions. I love the way it's just a flowing conversation. Thing I appreciate most is that you clearly care about the metal genre as well as genuinely interested in your guests. I'd love to hear John Schaffer(Iced Earth), Speed(Soilwork), Gavin Rossdale(Bush, I know he isn't your typical style of guest, but I'd love to hear him on the show), and Chad Gray(Hellyeah, Mudvayne). Keep up the great work, brother!

Great podcast   (5/5)

Want to get turned on to great music and listen to killer interviews with your favorite musicians? Listen to this podcast! Jasta is great at what he does! Whats even better is that most (if not all) the interview are in person, so there is non of the problems other people have from interviewing via Skype. Very well done. Also Jasta, i would love to hear an interview with Dan Marsala (story of the year/F*** off and dies).

This podcast is HARRRRD!   (5/5)

I typically don't like to listen to conversations when I could be throwing karate kicks and flailing fists while listening to blast beats with amps in my face, but this podcast is highly entertaining. I highly recommend this podcast for any fan of heavy music. Even the non musical guests have been a pleasure to listen too. I appreciate Jamey allowing me to be a fly on the wall during these interactions. I've laughed, I've cried, I've been motivated to do push-ups. Horns up! Stay heavy! Stay true!

Fantastic!   (5/5)

Jamey is a first class interviewer, I really enjoy listening even if I don't know the artist. He makes it very entertaining. Since I like Guns N' Roses, I really enjoyed the Duff and Steven interviews. My request for an interview would be Izzy Stradlin. I know he's done thousands of them, but it would be nice to here from him again. Come on Jamey...make it happen! ps: Slash would be a good one as well.

Listen too every episode. Always good and helps me pass my work day. Even if it sounds like something you wouldn't listen to give it a try cause it will surprise you.

Awesome podcast   (5/5)

Love the interviews Jamey!

#1 Metal Show   (5/5)

This is the best podcast that exists. Thanks! Also, Slayer rules. #riffbeast

F'n poop podcast   (5/5)

Love this podcast! Big watcher of headbangers ball when it was on! Jasta about 3x a week gets me & my buddies out at Cessna rocking!!! Being a big mma fan as well, love it when he has fighters on as well!!!

Amazing podcast   (5/5)

All of these are fantastic. Jasta never dissapoints

Smash this in your face RIGHT NOW!   (5/5)

I only recently started listening to the show, the first ep I jumped in on was with Maria Brink. I swear to god this is one of the best podcasts ever. It’s so awesome to hear how passionate all the people Jasta interviews are; including Jasta himself. Not just only music, but other aspects of life. A must subscription definitely.

Jasta show   (5/5)

This is my alltime favorite podcast. A must for true metalheads. It's like listening to a conversation between all your favorite people that you won't get anywhere else in the metal media. You really learn a lot about the music business and some great sponsors including record company's and cool clothing lines

Lunch time is now Jasta time   (5/5)

This podcast is awesome. Hilarious, informative and great for all. I'm alittle upset it took me so long to hear about it. But now I'm hooked. Hope it continues for a long time. Would love to see Jeff loomis, Michael amott, Chris Broderick or someone from shadows fall one of my favorite bands ever!

I love this podcast and I can't wait for more episodes!!   (5/5)

I've been listening to this podcast since the first Randy Blythe interview and I've been loving it ever since then and so far my favorite episode has to be with Howard Jones. You should try to get an interview done with Adam Greene and Joe Lynch from the movie crypt, you could talk about films, music and share some Dave Brockie stories. Also, Fat Mike from NoFX and Fat Wreckords discuss the early punk scene and his label as well. Thanks for all the free podcasts it's fun to learn things from all my favorite bands and other guests about how to take care of certain business aspects.

Really Informative   (5/5)

I have learned so much about the inner workings of the music business from this podcast. Awesome job Jamey, keep it up!

Awesome and then hit or miss   (5/5)

Personally, I enjoy when Jamey interviews people from the smaller metal scenes like Danny Leal or Danny Worsnop etc... He has a huge variety of guests and that makes for a very interesting week of podcasts. Sometimes though..the guests are "eh". Like, I've heard plenty of Motörhead interviews so another one didn't really interest me. Anyways, The Jasta Show is a great listen at work or in the car. Jamey is a really interesting guy who gets some really cool stories out. He isn't too PC which is great because that's annoying as heck! He loves his music and does a lot for the fans; tell me who can't respect that? I love this podcast and I just hope he gives the warped scene a little more love so it can expand. Like Jasta says, "High tides raise all ships!" If I could request guests they'd be: Sam Carter from Architects (UK) Anyone from Stray From the Path Mike or Jeremy from The Devil Wears Prada Ben Bruce or Dennis of Asking Alexandria Anyone from Fit For A King Shane Told of Silverstein The guys from Amity Affliction again Ice T again (more SVU questions!!) Any of the Veil of Maya guys Landon Tewers of The Plot in You Jonny Craig (would make a super interesting interview and get you on AP again!!) Ronnie Radke (especially after the rape accusations) Craig Mabbit of Escape the Fate Beau Bokan of blessthefall Parker Cannon of The Story So Far (not metal but killing it now) Jordan of New Found Glory Jake from Front Porch Step (guaranteed huge downloads because this guy is a news magnet) The guys from Neck Deep who blew up this year

Awesome podcast!   (5/5)

The Jasta show is the best rock/metal podcast out there. I really enjoy the stories from the road and all the people from bands that I wouldn't normally listen to. Keep up the good work!!! I would like some more I depth gear talk about guitars, amps etc!!!

So metal!   (5/5)

Wonderful show! can't wait for the new Hatebreed and see what you are up to next! Got to try and get Fat Mike at solundwave!!!

Love the podcast!   (5/5)

This the only podcast I consistently listen to. Jamey asks the questions other people are afraid to ask but can get away with it because of his great conversational skills and his legacy in the industry. Always a great listen. Would be awesome to hear some interviews from producers such as Jason Suecoff or Mark Lewis from Audio Hammer or some well known rock vocal teachers like Mellisa Cross.

Great show   (5/5)

This is one of the best music podcasts on the net. You dont have to be a "Metal Head" (although I am) to like this show. Great variety of guests from the music business and if you're a gear head like myself than you will love it. One of the only podcasts where you can hear some of your favorite musicians talk about what gear they use on tour and in the studio. And obviously, some great stories from life on the road. Any musician or non will appreaciate and enjoy. Keep holding that torch high for heavy music Mr. Jasta and please keep up the great work.

Best guests around.   (5/5)

I’ve never really been a Hatebreed fan, I enjoy a couple of Jasta’s solo songs, but I find his podcast is great. Because of who Jamey is, he gets some of the most interesting guests in the heavy metal scene. I would love to hear a chat with one of the Ghouls from Ghost!

Best Guests   (5/5)

I love the rock guests the most. Recent great guests were Matt from Trivium, Maria from in this Moment, Jacoby from Papa Roach, Buz and Ken from unearth and Chris from 5FDP. I would love to see Jamey get Lajon from Sevendust and Dez from Coal Chamber/Devil Drive.

Jasta podcast is sweet!   (5/5)

love the podcast. always hear at work. shout out from Long Beach, CA. wanted to know if you can get Ice T again or Dave Mustaine and or Gene Simmons (Craig Gass) lol. thanks man. \m/

Great listen!   (5/5)

If you love hard rock and metal, you must subscribe to this podcast! Jasta gets great guests, and is always informative, conversational and often funny!

Best podcast for the true metal fan   (5/5)

Just wanted to say that I am a huge fan of Jamey and his Podcast. I have not listened to all of the episodes but I've probably heard @100. I hear things from people he has on that I would never hear anywhere else. Even listening to episodes with people I may not be familiar with, it has definitely opened my eyes and ears to lots of new bands. Thanks Jamey! With love and respect from CT!!!

Great show   (5/5)

Jamey brings great interviews with great guests consistently. Listened to every episode, and don't plan on missing any soon! Keep up the great work Jamey!

Love this show !!!!   (5/5)

Dude is really really cool and gets great guests that are willing to tell him anything. He is respected in the biz and is a super positive guy that inspires. Jamey - can you get Lady Gaga? Not a big fan of her music, but has an awesome voice, and she claims to love metal. I think it would be interesting to say the least. Metal guys I would like to hear is Brian Johnson from ACDC. Thanks, Robby Severns - San Diego

Great conversation, with GREAT guests!   (5/5)

I have not only become addicted to The Jasta Show…Jamey has turned me on to Podcasting as a whole. I never realized Jasta's reach in the music industry, but i know now and it’s legit. The Jasta Show is the best part of my Monday and Thursdays!!!

Great   (5/5)

The only podcast you need.

Greatest Podcast Ever!   (5/5)

Every episode is awesome and Jasta does a fantastic job.It would be awesome if Jasta can get an interview with Bobby and DD from overkill, don't wait and subscribe to the podcast. .....Coffee,Metal,and Push Ups!

Great listen   (5/5)

Awesome podcast that really delves into every area of music as well as other forms of media.

The Jasta Show is HARD!!!!!   (5/5)

Super sick podcast from one of hardest working realest humans in heavy music! Down to earth, real talk on every episode. Always great interviews and really great great questions. Interview suggestion: Bill Steer and/or Jeff Walker of Carcass!

Very Solid Inside Podcast   (5/5)

All I can say is this podcast well done and well constructed. Jamie obviously takes the time to get good sounding mic's, intro's, Interview's Outro's etc. I can dig the fact that the questions aren't your typical 1,2,3,4,A,B,C stale questions and topics. Whether you're a fan of the industry insider type stuff or just a fan of the artists on the podcast this is where it's at. As far as who I would like to hear it's Lorenzo ex S.E. Yes I know it's not a heavy hitter name but that dude is stupid funny and interesting. You know how Jericho or Austin have their homies from back in the day on their podcasts to break things up a little bit? Well, that's what I'm saying. I'm sure that would be an easy one to line up too. Thanks again for the solid podcast and keep it moving. You know what time it is.

Love it   (5/5)

Show is amazing. Great gusts and band stories. Would love to hear you interview the singer of life of agony mina caputo.

Jasta Show is AWESOME.   (5/5)

Always great guests and conversations on this show. I'd love to hear Jamey talk with Tim from Vision of Disorder!

My favorite podcast   (5/5)

I listen to this all the time at work and on the way to school. It's hilarious, insightful and entertaining. I get to hear new bands I like. Suggestions for guests- Willi Adler and John Campbell and the rest of LOG again, Dez Fafara, Tom and Kerry from Slayer, Ozzy, Tommi Iommi, Taylor Momsen.

Current Favorite Thing in Life   (5/5)

This podcast is the highlight of my life. It makes me look forward to mundane things like work and exercise. Thanks for bringing us the best guests, Jamey! It means a lot! Would love to hear you talk to Eric A.K. From Flotsam and Jetsam.

Great podcast   (5/5)

This podcast is for everyone, I mean if you are a heavy metal/ hardcore fan is amazing, but even if you are into pop, there is so many interesting conversations with people from music and business even porn one time. But he always speaks from the heart and Jasta alway work to get the best conversation on the podcast… like being a fly on the wall… so so so many interesting conversations go lisen now

The best metal podcast   (5/5)

Every podcast I listen too you can't help but like the guy. He asks great questions and gets lots of details. It's almost like he's reading my mind when I used to listen to other interviews on radio etc and think "ask this question, talk about this subject". Jamie nails it and I can't help but want to support the cause more with buying merch/music and supporting the artist your a fan of. You can tell he's really concerned about this generation(s) of music lovers simply stealing it and not caring at all that their doing it.

Awesome insight into the metal world   (5/5)

This is one podcast that I can get into. To be able to hear musicians talk about their craft and not listen to the same canned questions you have heard a thousand times over, is refreshing. It is kind of like being a fly on the wall. Quality entertainment.

Guest Request   (5/5)

I really love this podcast. Not only does it give a deeper look into the world of metal, both on the stage and behind the scenes, but Jasta has an excellent personality and the quality of the podcast increases with each episode. The guests are superb and very varied. I'd LOVE to hear Chris Motionless from Motionless In White back on the show, and perhaps Ricky Olson, their rhythm guitarist, as well. The Chris Motionless episode is my favorite episode, and it'd be rad to have him back on the show. Love the show, Jasta. Keep it up!

Carry the torch, bring on the Riff Beast!   (5/5)

Jasta and his work got back on my radar after he appeared years back on VH1 TMS. Revisiting his music catalog and listening to the podcast has added depth to the music I collect and opened the doors to listening to other bands. I love Jasta's humor and his interviewing ability to drill down with the questions and getting his guest to open their vest. I jumped over to and ordered up a couple of things to help keep the podcast running- pay the bills for him. Metal is family and we need to keep this train rolling!

Amazing!   (5/5)

Have listened to Jasta's Show since the beginning. Never a boring moment. Also love that he doesn't push ads during the actual conversations like most podcasts do. Keep em up!!! \m/ \m/

Great Podcast!!!   (5/5)

Thanks Jasta for the podcasts!! They are very inspiring and up lifting!! It also makes my days at work go by quick and easy!! Keep up the good work!! Ideas for guests Mike Ness, Lou (Sick of it All), Rob Dukes, somebody from Linkin Park, Ozzy, Children of Bodom, Dave or David from Megadeth!!

Great Show   (5/5)

I’m a huge fan of Jasta’s music…from Hatebreed, to Kingdom of Sorrow, to Jasta, to all his appearances for every band he has graced. This podcast is a religious activity for me…I’m chomping at the bit while waiting for every next episode. I’ve seen Hatebreed many times, and I’ve met Jamey a few times, and he was the coolest every single time. Awesome podcast. Not enough stars for this rating.

This podcast is Haaarrdddddd   (5/5)

Absolutely love the podcast, look forward to every show. I want to hear Rob Flynn on the podcast.

Great!   (5/5)

It's so nice to hear interviews that aren't actually interviews. Jamey sitting down with people as a friend chatting has really opened up a side of many artists that most people don't get to hear. It's also great to peak into the backstage world of the music business. Guest suggestion: Alice Cooper. Just saw him and was blown away at the quality of the show.

SO GOOD   (5/5)

Jasta is the man!

The Jasta Show   (5/5)

I've been listening to the podcast for a little over a year now and I highly recommend it for any fan of heavy music. He provides great insight to the music industry on both the personal and business level, with more than enough comedy to keep the conversation interesting. I hope Jasta keeps up the good work and keeps getting me through the work week.

Great show! \m/   (5/5)

I love this show I look forward to it every Monday and Thursday. I really enjoy hearing the business side of the music industry. It really opened my eyes to some people. I always had a negative perception of black veil brides and atilla. But to hear how business oriented "fronzilla" is and how smart and hard work jake and jinx are changed my mind completely. Thank you Jamey. If I could suggest some guest, I'm sure you have tried and its hard but ; a7x, Myles Kennedy, Jonny Hawkins from nothing more. Nothing more is a very hard working band. I've seen them 4 times and they never disappoint, they come out and meet the fans at every show I've been to and they want to meet everyone. They have a lot of good personal stories, I think it would be one of your most popular shows. Again thanks Jamey!

Great insight and guests   (5/5)

Jamey gets some great guests from the metal scene and music industry, plus adds great insight into the life of a touring artist. Not to mention he always plays kicks new music! Keep up the great work Jamey!

Best Podcast Ever   (5/5)

If you enjoy behind the scenes stuff in the music industry and heavy music, This is the podcast for you. Thanks Jamey!

Awesome!   (5/5)

Jamey is super down to earth and relatable. Great insight to the music industry. Plays up and coming bands. Keep it up!

Man, if I wasn't already 42 years old, by listening to this podcast, I'd have recipes to make my own musical food tasty enough for the masses! This show is SO metal, and SO real... SO informative, it's ridiculous! All of the bits of knowledge and experience from Jasta himself, and from EVERY guest he interviews... it all just makes you want to listen, support, and be alive within the metal community. I love it.

Must listen for fans of heavy music.   (5/5)

Jamey's a great host and always has wide variety of guests so every show is interesting. The "interviews" flow more like a conversation so it's a lot more interesting and engaging than a lot of other podcasts out there. Some of my favorite episodes have been ones from guests who I am unfamiliar with because I learn so much about a band/artist that I probably wouldn't have checked out otherwise. He also features songs from metal labels that sponsor the show, so this podcast is a great way to re-connect yourself with the current heavy music scene, as well. I look forward to listening every week.

A must! Do yourself a favor.   (5/5)

Jamey is a long time friend and put out my first 2 albums on his old label, he's one of the best in the business. This podcast cast is such a great source of business information, motivation, new music, good laughs, and of course an amazing array of guests! Great job brother.

Simply my favorite podcast   (5/5)

Great info for independent musicians or fans of hard music. It’s such a great way to start the week, and Jamey is a fantastic host. I really appreciate the hard work and the amazingly free podcast. Keep it up!!!! \m/

Great show, Great host, great guests   (5/5)

It's all here. Jamey talks to his friends and plenty of other talented people from the music & entertainment business and he gives you great interviews that are revealing, enlightening, hilarious and fun. Great show, great host, great guests. Support the show. Love you guys.

Favorite podcast   (5/5)

Jamey's guests are always a good listen, plus all the new music is great. I would love to hear Papa or one of the Nameless Ghouls from Ghost.

A must for metal fans   (5/5)

The Jasta Show is unquestionably the best metal podcasts on the net. Jamey Jasta interviews up and coming metal artists along with legends and icons that are significant in the heavy metal community. From Lemmy to Jim Florentine to Corpsegrinder to John Bush or Chris Adler, he crushes the interview! He talks to his guests from a position as a fan and a peer. He asks questions and starts discussions with these icons and they are conversations that we want to hear. I can't tell you how many times I have said to myself, that's the type of conversation I would have with those people. Jasta is a man of the people and this podcast gives us an inside look into the minds of the people in the heavy metal community that we respect and love. Thank you Jamey! Keep doing what you do!

Great work Jasta   (5/5)

Awesome podcast, makes the work day bearable. Would love to see some of the guys from Machine Head, or even Chad for Hellyeah/Mudvayne

Been listening to The Jasta Show since it began and it just gets better and better, week after week. Love it! Some interview requests: Tommy Victor, Page Hamilton, Jaz Coleman, Choke (Jack Kelly), Paul Bearer, Dave Vanian, Biff Byford, Bob Mould or any of the surviving members of Type O Negative. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, JAMEY!!!

Podcast Supremacy   (5/5)

Few podcasts have the authenticity of The Jasta Show. The flow of the conversation feels like you're in the room with the guys, regardless of the guest or topic. Wether it is spirituality with Devin Townsend, gear talk with Monte Pittman or venue security with Randy Blythe - the discussion is always engaging, thoughtful and genuine. In addition, you constantly pick up on industry knowledge. Jasta discusses how first week album sales impact tours, the ways tours are booked and routed, contracts, guarantees, publishing and so much more. The Jasta Show is often informative and always entertaining. Jamey - you gotta get the guys from Deftones on when their new album comes out. Keep up the great work!

Love the Jasta Show!   (5/5)

Awesome podcast Jamey! Helps me get through my work day. This is my favorite podcast to listen to, I look forward to every Monday and Thursday. I'm a michigan diehard an hope to see you guys comeback to harpos in 2016! Any chance you could get chino or anyone from korn on the podcast?

Great podcast!   (5/5)

You should be listening to this.   (5/5)

The Jasta Show quickly became one of my favorite podcasts. Great guests with great stories. Plus some haaaaard music, can't go wrong!

A must listen for metal fans   (5/5)

The Jasta podcast is fantastic. Jamey has a great casual interview style honed from his time on Headbangers Ball. Plus, being in a notable band himself, he has access and relationships with a ton of great musicians and industry people. Not afraid to ask a tough question but in a respectful way. Overall, the best podcast out there for fans of metal. Guest wish list: Dave Mustaine, Joey Belladona, Bill Steer, King Diamond, Arjen Lucassen, Tomi Joutsen and Tuomas Holopainen from Nightwish because I just gotta hear you ask him about writing a Scrooge McDuck album.

LOA   (5/5)

Love your podcast and how real you get on your podcast....any chance at getting all or some members of LIFE OF AGONY on for an interview

Awesome   (5/5)

This has to be the best metal podcast that there is. I've enjoyed every episode that he's put out. Hope that he gets some of the guys from Whitechapel soon

For the metal fans this show is "As Diehard as They Come"!   (5/5)

This show has provided me with hours and hours of entertainment, it's awesome to hear interviews of the biggest guys in metal and hear them let loose and talk about whatever and not have to worry about censorship. Future guests I would love to hear on the show are 1. Sully Erna (Godsmack) 2. Chino Moreno (Deftones) 3. Chad Grey (Mudvayne & Hellyeah) 4. Edsel Dope (Dope) 5. Wes Borland (Limp Bizkit)

Jasta Show   (5/5)

Great podcast

Got Jasta???? The Best!!!   (5/5)

Best music podcast in the market!!! My only wish is for it to have video in the future I would love to see the interactions with the guests! Keep it up! Big fan since 99... Any chance you will have Tony Morse from H2O or Lars/Tim from Rancid any time soon? Also, being a music/concert photographer videographer myself I would love to hear more about photo/video in the music world, how important is for musicians and how to find a good balance to make a living from it. Thanks man! Great job!!! Luis

Haaaarrrrddddddd   (5/5)

This podcast is awesome, Jamey Jasta has been a force in hardcore and metal for a long time. He has awesome guests, highlights haaaarrrrdddd music and its always a good listen. Great info for fans as well as those who may ever want to get in the music business. I wish this podcast was out when I was grinding.

What a great podcast   (5/5)

Took me a while to discover this one, as I'm not such a huge Hatebreed fan. Found it when Anthrax linked to it for Scott Ian's interview. The Jasta Show is awesome. Candid, frank conversation with the musicians, and an inside look at the business that most metal fans don't really have a lot of time to search for. Quickly became my favorite podcast. I would have asked for Matt or Corey from Trivium but looks like Matt's interview is up today. Maybe Dave Lombardo?

Fantastic   (5/5)

Great. That's all you need to know.

Just excellent.   (5/5)

Rock and metal need more Jamey Jastas. Great host, great guests and great delivery. Love the fact that you spotlight new/unknown artists as well and have a variety of guests. What about Nick Hipa or Shane Blay? (Wovenwar/ex-AILD). Keep up the good work broski.

Perfection Jasta!   (5/5)

Been listening to the podcast for months now. Really helps me get through the workdays. Would love to hear some young guns on the show. After the burial, Born of Osiris, Jason Richardson, Tosin Abasi, and BTBAM. Also maybe some sound guys. Jonathon "Twan" "Johnny Knobs" Jarrell. Cannibal and Exodus' sound guy. Would make for a very informative episode. Keep up the great work Jasta. Thanks for the show!

Great Podcast   (5/5)

Excellent podcast for metal and hardcore fans!! Makes Monday and Thursday a lot better!!

Classic!   (5/5)

Jasta is a true journalist. Time and time again guests derail and rant, and he gets them back on track with an intentional agenda. Jasta captures great story telling, but also intriguing insight to the structure and "business" side of the ugly world of "show biz." Some great tidbits about the history of Hatebreed make themselves prevalent which is always fun for a true long time fan. But this is Jasta talking to the working class, often mentioning the battle with the 9-5, monday podcasts kicking off the "grind" of the work week, and the already infamous mantra of "coffee, push ups, and death metal." Jasta has always been very clever and smart by lyrics and prose alone, now he cements himself as a true pioneer with one of the best podcasts and radio shows I have ever heard. I hope this lasts for a long time. New comers should start with Barney's interview for some great intellect and Andy's download rant about how festival headliners are born.

Listen to this podcast now   (5/5)

Best music podcast by far. This show is great for heavy music and great way to be a fly on the wall for these conversations.

If your a heavy music fan subscribe now!   (5/5)

Jamey Jasta pisses excellence! This is a very informative podcast on the history and current state of hard rock/heavy metal. It's awesome because Jasta is very knowledgeable about many different genres of rock and also the business side it as well. He gets great guests and does a excellent interview. I've been waiting for something like this for a long time. Subscribe to this immediately!

Recently Discovered   (5/5)

I just recently found this great podcast. The interviews are very informative and the laid back style helps the guests relax and share great stories and observations. I just have to find time to binge all the prior episodes.

A metal head must listen. Even the interviews with bands I'm not necessarily into are entertain gas hell. Well done!

Like no other podcast   (5/5)

Jamey and his guests have given me a completely different perspective on the music business. I have been learning so much and I have been turned onto music that I never thought i'd listen to. Cheers!

A must for heavy music fans   (5/5)

Spectacular   (5/5)

I knew very little about Mr.Jasta until I saw him on That Metal Show. It was a great interview and someone called him the hardest working guy in metal, well that peaked my interest. So I looked into what he was about and the kind of music he put out. I've gotta say I'm impressed. His music, podcast and passion for metal is so intense and infectious, I look forward to each new podcast. Listen to his podcast and listen often.

That Metal Show for Podcast   (5/5)

Great Podcast! Jasta is a great interviewer and ask relevant questions to the guest and keeps you wanting more. Im stuck in Fairbanks AK and the radio is crap, so this fills in that gap perfect. Recommend any metal fan to subscribe to this podcast. Would like the guys in, In Flames to come on the show!

Jamey Jasta’s Podcast is excellent! I really enjoy it because he connects with his peers and shares some awesome conversations with the fans. Jamey is a great host, is well respected by his guests, asks great questions, and he comes up with some really clever ideas that are applicable to the music industry and business in general. Jamey’s podcast is as educational as it is entertaining and it is definitely worth subscribing to! I always look forward to downloading the newest episode on Monday’s and Thursday’s because they are always so much fun to listen to. Great job Jamey, keep up the good work!!! Would you ever have Frank or Terrence from Suffocation as guests? #coffeedeathmetalpushups

Phenomenal   (5/5)

An awesome podcast. The j man is an awesome interviewer and is def a joy to listen to. I'd love for him to have Clint lowery or lajon Witherspoon from sevendust on. Can't wait for the buzz from unearth episode.

Coffee, death metal and pushups FTW   (5/5)

I think it's obvious I love the show, I'd love it even more if you could get Brent Hinds and Matt Pike both on the show.

Just found out about this about 2 months ago. Have been furiously catching up. Great content, great interviews. Love hearing about the business side of metal and hardcore. Keep 'em coming Jamey.

Always awesome!   (5/5)

Suggestion: John Baizley of Baroness. With a new album cycle starting and an amazing backstory, he would be an excellent guest.

Best podcast out there!   (5/5)

This is hands down the best podcast out there.Jasta covers everything rock/metal related.even dives into some MMa and movie talk.this won't disappoint

Best Podcast Ever!!!   (5/5)

One of my favorite singers interviewing great people. Lots of insides of touring life and personal life of bands. My favorite so far. Thanks Jamie for a great podcast!

So good.   (5/5)

Love the podcast. The lineup of guests is off the chart, the production is great, and of course Jamey does an incredible job hosting. Would love to see Andy Williams from ETID on the show Jamey! Keep up the good work.

HAAAAAARRRD!!!!   (5/5)

For me the BEST metal podcast out there! Insider music business info from the cream of the crop metal musicians, great questions and sense of humour! And it's twice a week! All the best Jasta, awesome to see the show grow!

Awesome   (5/5)

Great interviews, Excellent range of guests, insightful information pertaining to all aspects of heavy music. Doesn't shy away from asking questions that listeners want answers to. Interviews have great flow.

Easily the best podcast out   (5/5)

Every episode is great. So many different guests i learn alot from each episode. Jasta rules! I would like to see some more hardcore bands in the future like wisdom in chains madball terror cromags H2O ect..

Boy was I missing out...   (5/5)

I am up to episode 76. I have been listening for about 2 month & I DON"T EVER WANT IT TO END!!!! Can you make Drandall Blythe & Cory Taylor your co-hosts? Bring HATEBREED, Jasta or Kingdom of Sorrow to Phila. ASAP!!!!

HAARRRD   (5/5)

Jamey's variety of guests and candidness of the interviews make this podcast one of the most interesting shows to listen to. There's something for everyone. \m/

Truly for the metal heads   (5/5)

Great podcast! Jamey is always willing to ask the tough questions yet he does it in a way which is respectful to the guest. Some guests i'd like to see on future episodes would be - Jeff Walker (Carcass) - Dave Chandler (Saint Vitus) -Scott WINO Weinrich (Spirit Caravan/ Saint Vitus) - Eric Wagner (TROUBLE/ The Skull) - Matt Pike (High on Fire) - Bill Ward (Black Sabbath) - Al Morris (Iron Man) - Karl Willetts (Bolt Thrower) -Gaz Jennings (Cathedral)

Even The Guests I Don’t Know Are Interesting!!   (5/5)

Love this show! Jasta does an awesome job and asks all the need to know hard ball questions. The best part about the show is, even when the guest is someone I have ZERO interest in ( Cough cough Jacoby Shaddix cough cough) Jasta still finds a way to make the show super interesting. The backstage stories, insight into the industry and how things work are the best parts of the show and what keeps even the episodes that seem as if the would be uninteresting really entertaining! I highly advise to even go back and listen to the older episodes. Always able to find an awesome nugget of info there. KEEP IT UP!

ADDICTED   (5/5)

everyweek i look forward to the new podcast. listen to & from work. great for any heavy metal music fan.

The Best   (5/5)

It’s so easy to fall in love with the interviews Jamie does. I’ve been making plenty of time to lay down and listen to an episode a day. He’s such a good interviewer and always brings up the best topics to talk about and knows how to talk really well. It’s always more of an interesting conversation than it is an interview and you learn so much from it. I would like to see him have Adam Gontier on the show because I think it would be interesting to hear what he would have to say about his new group Saint Asonia and about leaving Three Days Grace.

this Podcast is "HARD!!!"   (5/5)

One of my favorite Podcasts to listen to. Jamey knows alot about the music scene and he's one of the best at interviewing the guests.

Finally!   (5/5)

Waiting for a show like this, Jamey is great, awesome interviews and stories. The mix of guests are great as well. Listen to one show and you'll be a fan! Guy I'd like to hear interviewed Phil Anselmo.

Rad!   (5/5)

Stumbled across this from Dean Delrays podcast. Love all these conversations with musicians I dig. Good stuff man!

Best podcast!   (5/5)

I've been listening to jasta podcast for awhile now and hands down is my favorite. It's really great to feel like you're on the other side of the rails and get to know to know these musicians. This podcast is a must for my daily commute to work. It would be awesome if you could get some members of deftones on an episode.

Awesome & hard   (5/5)

This podcast is HAAAARRD. I listen at work and I get so juiced. I get a lotta work done. Great guests and candid convos. Very stoked.

Killer podcast!   (5/5)

I think it's an awesome podcast. Great insight to the life of musicians and independent artists of all sorts!

A must listen for any metal head   (5/5)

I've been listening to this podcast since its conception, and let me say, it just keeps getting better and better. Let me say this before I continue my review- I never really listened to Hatebreed until after I listened to this podcast. But I've become a huge fan of not only Jamey's music, but a fan of him as a person. Jamey just has a way of getting the best, most candid conversations out of his equally amazing guests, which make each podcast unique and hilarious. This isn't to say that there aren't serious moments (because there definitely are), but even the most poignant conversations tend to end in a genuine chuckle between friends due to Jamey's charisma and undeniable positivity. As a diehard metal head, I love that Jamey asks his guests the questions that I would want to ask them, and he tends to approach each interview as more of a fan than a friend. All in all, this has become my favorite podcast (I'm currently subscribed to 10) and I always find myself clambering for the next episode. Make sure to drink your coffee, listen to death metal, and do your push-ups everyone!

Excellent Podcast for Music Fans of all Genres!   (5/5)

This podcast primarily interviews metal artists. However, I think that anyone interested in music and how the music industry works will find this podcast very engaging. I have found myself listening to every podcast despite my personal interest in some of the artists being interviewed. The interviews are so engaging and interesting that the listener will find that even though they may not like the artist or band being interviewed, they will find some common ground or new found respect for said artist or band's contribution to their respective scene and/or genre. Jasta is a fun and engaging host that has a knack for keeping the interviews flowing smoothly. Would love to hear interviews from artists of the following: Faith no More, Coalesce, Slayer, Rex and/or Phil (Pantera fame), and Biohazard to name a few.

Amazing! And Recommendation   (5/5)

This is legit the best podcast there is. So much great inside the business info. As a suggest for a guest to Jamey, how about a member of Rage Against The Machine? Their vocalist Zack used to be the singer for the popular underground hardcore band Inside Out so that would make perfect sense. Plus it's super rare to see an interview with him.

Great Podcast   (5/5)

One of the best music podcasts available. I would love to hear someone from Sevendust on the show as a guest.

Great Podcast!   (5/5)

I listen to this podcast all the time while working. Love to hear the guests Jasta gets! It's entertaining and a lot of times informative.

Metal podcast for everyone   (5/5)

Jamey is killing it always and gets the best interviews, this is for anyone fan of hard rock/ metal and beyond. Great questions great stories and I've even gone through people I didn't know enjoyed the podcast so check this stuff out #support Jamey you've gotta get CJ from thy art is murder or Winston from parkway drive it could be pretty great

My favorite podcast   (5/5)

As a Hatebreed and Icepick fan, I love hearing Jamey interview members of some of my favorite bands. This podcast is very entertaining. Who I'd like to see on the show as a guest: David (Havok) John (Dying Fetus) Smier (Destruction) Tom (Sodom) Peter (Vader) Sal (Sworn Enemy)

Great podcast! Thanks Jamey!   (5/5)

Great podcast revolving around heavy music, business, marketing, and classic tour stories. I guarantee there is something for everyone. I would love to hear a show about some of the Victory years with some guests like Scott Vogel, Karl Crisis, Tony Brummel.

Golden   (5/5)

I thought I had podcast fatigue and was resistant to getting into this one for a while, but it's a great show. It reminds me of being on tour and just sitting on the bus and listening to the veterans swap stories and talk trash and whatever else. If you have any nostalgia for heavy music from the 90s and 2000s it's especially good for name-checking bands you'd completely forgotten about, which is always fun. Good guests, good interview style (he lets them talk, doesn't talk over them), good production - no scratchy phone lines. Future guests I'd like to hear would include Ben and Greg of the Dillinger Escape Plan, anyone from Faith No More and Glen Benton. And maybe some people from the black metal world.

\m/ Great show   (5/5)

Jamey is awesome, love the interviews, and his Twitter q and a's! Great show for metal and hard rock fans! Please Get Life of Agony on or Pro Pain love them fu#Kers!!!!!!!!! Rock on Brother! Hope you come near Philly or South Jersey soon!

You wont find a better Podcast!   (5/5)

I listen to podcasts 3 to 4 hours of the day. Lucky for me I have a job where I can have headphones on for most of the day, and when I drive I listen to Podcasts or music. I'm 35 years old, married with 2 sons. I'm a Wildland Firefighter. The other podcasts I listen to are SModcast, Talk is Jericho, Jay & Silent Bob Get Old, Common Sense w/Dan Carlin, Dan Carlin's Hardcore History, Mysterious Universe, SQPN: Secrets of Star Wars, SQPN: The Break (Catholic Podcast), Paranormal Podcast and The Jasta Show is my favorite! Fan of any music that is HAAARRRD! I would like a multi part podcast on how a band is managed. From hiring a roadie, running a merch tent, who is in charge of buying air plane tickets, who books the hotels, who books the bus/van? Do you get an itinerary every morning of where you have to be at what time? How is the ticket money split between the bands on tour? How do you get 3 meals a day? These are the questions I ask myself when I'm waiting for the bands to play at shows. Keep up the excellent work! Your strength gives me the strength to be successful.

Amazing podcast!   (5/5)

If you like metal you will LOVE this podcast! Get hank 3 on here Jamie \m/

Amazing!!   (5/5)

Look forward to this every Monday. Hopefully you get to do a part two with Ivan moody

Amazing   (5/5)

Great podcast!!! Hilarious interviews I drive for a living so it helps me through the day!! I have been a hatebreed fan since 97!! I would love to hear Brandon scheppati on the podcast!

One of the best!   (5/5)

This is a must listen for fans of conversation style podcasts that involve all sorts of great people from various forms of media. I especially love the ones with people from bands I enjoy, but often find myself just as interested in the people I don't know at all. If I was to pick a band for future shows that haven't been done yet, I would say the guys from Avatar! Loads of people that have been done already that I'd like to hear more from, and or other members from their bands. Keep up the good work! P.S. Hatebreed has been one of my favorite bands since I first heard Satisfaction!

very interesting   (5/5)

this is a good podcast for a metal/rock lover. very interesting information about musicians I love and fun talks on there too. I have watched almost all of the episodes on iTunes. check out an episode with an artist you love and if you like it check out the rest. I listen while I am at work and it is quite entertaining.

A great listen   (5/5)

Really dig listening to this podcast. I've always wanted a inside of the music industry. And this is it! And to hear some of my favorite bands on here. And learn some new ones! Any way you could get some oi bands and black metal bands as well? If not, I'll still support ya! Cheers!

Love the show   (5/5)

I have been listening to the Jasta Show for several months now. I look foward to the podcast every week. Great interviews. I want this show to keep going strong! Congrats Jamey on your success. He is kind of becoming the Marc Maron of the metal world. He show is metal therapy.

Highly Recommended   (5/5)

Good interviews with interesting people. A must for metal/hardcore/punk/rock fans.

HAAAARRD podcast!   (5/5)

I got hooked around the Duff McKagen episode and have been a loyal follower since. Very Informative and interesting music industry talk. Jasta knows best Coffee, Death Metal and Push-ups...HAAAARRD! Guest Suggestions: Life of Agony,Wilson & Sebastian Bach(I'll go ahead and say, you will need a part two for him as well)

Great podcast   (5/5)

I never miss this podcast! If you are ever in the same country, you should get Johan Hegg.

Guest Suggestion   (5/5)

You should get Andy or Keith from Every Time I Die!

I listen to this podcast everywhere!!   (5/5)

Thank you for this podcast! It's a great way for me to kill time and to get informed. Wheather it be about the band that you're interviewing or just music biz in general. The Andreas Kisser ep was HARD!! haha I would like a second ep with him but this time more about his other band De La Tierra. I'd like to know more about that band cuz it's interesting to me how they came about Mr. Kisser from Sep. Alex from Mex that plays in Mana n the singer from A.N.I.M.A.L from Argentina. To get that ep, I want ears from here to hear what Latin Metal is apart from Sepultura. Again thank you Mr. Jasta.

Jasta Show is THE BEST Podcast around   (5/5)

Jamey Jasta has the most interesting guests around, and makes it to where you don't have to be a fan of metal, rock, MMA, to like the show. If you're a fan of interesting conversations and a deeper look at some aspects of music, THIS IS YOUR SHOW. Love the podcast, I tune in every Monday and Thursday. Much love, Steven Ray

Amps in your face!   (5/5)

I've been a fan of Jamey Jasta for years and was so stoked to see his podcast. Like all Jasta endeavors this is super awesome and full of positive energy and insight. Absolute must listen if you have even the slightest interest in music or heavy metal.

Jasta's Podcast Is Addictive and Awesome   (5/5)

Besides singing in the best band, HATEBREED, Jamey loves metal and always has talented people on his podcast. With his friendly personality, he gets guys to relax, have fun, let their guard down and answer fun/interesting questions. I swear, he's the hardest working man in the music business. Always worth listening to! Horns up Jamey!

Great show   (5/5)

If your into metal and looking for a podcast I highly recommend this. Jamie is a great host, and I'm sure you'll find guests from bands your into. Plus he plays music from a lot of underground bands so you might find something new you like. Jamie get Phil Anselmo and anybody from deftones on the show!! Also Mark or Willie from LoG would be awesome

Love it   (5/5)

Awesome podcast

Thanks Jasta for the awesome podcast. I listened from the first pod cast to now. I may have missed some episodes but have gone back and caught up. I listen to the show everyday at work and helps me get through the day. Thanks alot and keep up the good work.

Great podcast!   (5/5)

One of my favorite podcasts and i really loved the episode with Brent from Mastodon. I would love to see future guests include Steev from Skinlab, anyone from Ekotren, King Diamond, Leroy from War of Ages, anyone from Diecast....the list goes on and on.

Really great stuff   (5/5)

First off, been a fan of Hatebreed since 96, followed their career since. This podcast is very entertaining and gives the listener a look behind the scenes, more of the business aspect of what it takes to be in a band for a living. Hopefully this podcast stays up for the foreseeable future.

Can't get enough   (5/5)

This is some great conversation. Feels more comfortable then most interviews. Jasta keep it coming. Great stories from great artists you don't usual hear in depth stories from.

Holding it down for the underground   (5/5)

Love the show best podcast. I've listened to every show. Love how many different kinds of guest he has. Not just metal & hardcore but from every facet of life. I wanna hear Tech N9ne on there soon tho.

Hit the music!   (5/5)

This podcast is absolutely amazing. So much info on the music industry and bands that I love. I've always had so many questions on what it's like to be in that world and Jamey is very candid with that life.

Why arent you listening to this already?   (5/5)

This podcast has been great since episode one. As a now 16 year fan of Hatebreed I quickly jumped for joy at the thought of Jamey Jasta having his own podcast. Since listening I've enjoyed the stories of the road from Jamey himself and all of great guests from the metal/hardcore scene. It's great. Now, If only Jamey could get Tom Araya from Slayer on the show, that would be great. He doesnt seem to do as many interviews as Kerry does, and I would love a long form sit down with him and Jamey. Keep this show going. Thank you Jamey and Paragon Collective!

Best. Podcast. Ever.   (5/5)

This is my favorite podcast. Jamey is a great interviewer. Love the diversity of guests throughout the metal and hardcore genres. Would love to hear an episode with Alex Erian (Despised Icon, Obey The Brave), Jonathan Vigil (The Ghost Inside) or any of the dudes from Parkway Drive. Great listen. Coffee. Death metal. Push-ups.

Best Poscast   (5/5)

Probably one of the best podcasts I've listened to. No typical interview questions, tons of great stories. Also has a lot of great insight into the music industry from the business side. A lot of people could benefit and enjoy this podcast. Everyone needs to subscribe to this.

Awesome podcast for metalheads!   (5/5)

Not really into podcasts but this one is great for those into hard rock, metal, and hardcore. Great interviews with interesting musicians and Jamey is a great host and musician himself.

LOVE IT!   (5/5)

Going to bed, break time at work, driving, EVERYWHERE! I love listening to the Jasta show. Any time I have spare time I try to listen to it. Hands down best podcast on Apple Store.

Fantastic!   (5/5)

Jamey you should try to get the singer/screamer from iwrestledabearonce, Courtney Laplante, on the show sometime. I think she’d be a cool guest.

Rock is not dead!!   (5/5)

Great metal podcast! Jamey gets great guests and is always entertaining. If you want some inside, funny stories check this out. Great way to find more bands to check out. Awesome listen!

Awesome Show!   (5/5)

Jasta is a very interesting host. He asks all of the questions that we would ask! He gets some very awesome guests of many genres and professions. I would love to see guests from Machine Head, Tool, Alice in Chains, Deftones, Brandan Schieppatti, WINDS OF PLAGUE, Whitechapel, Metallica, Slayer, Frank Mir, Bill Burr, Norma Jean, Rammstein, DOYLE, Stray From the Path!!

Thanks for the great content and can't wait for the upcoming episodes! Everyone check this podcast out and subscribe! Jamey, please have Phil Anselmo, Erik Rutan, Sherwood Webber, Bjorn Strid, Chris Barnes... There's just too many to name!! Thanks!

Wicked Awesome!!   (5/5)

I'd have to say it's the best podcast out there. I never miss one episode. So many great bands interviewed. And Jamey who's an awesome singer/songwriter/ interviewer. Reminds me of the days of headbangers ball but this is even better! It's totally a must check out! It's what metal needs! Thanks Jamey for all the great interviews, looking forward to so many more! (Ps. If possible could you get Parkway Drive, ILL NIÑO, or Straight Line Stitch on the show? )

Awesome podcast   (5/5)

This is a great podcast with intimate interviews with the best artists. Long live Hatebreed!

Great show!   (5/5)

Love hearing all the different views from across the metal spectrum... Keep up the good work

Proper Representative of Metal   (5/5)

It's really refreshing to hear that some of the legends in the metal community are just as down to earth as so many of the fans I've met in my years... Jasta does a great job of varying guests, having great natural conversations vs. interrogations, and doesn't constantly push any agenda other than the stoke that we all feel when it comes to music; and I stress ALL music. Awesome dude. Awesome cast. Check it out.

Great podcast   (5/5)

Glad I found this. Great podcast not just for metal fans but for fans of intelligent conversation.

Love this podcast, keep doing what you do Jamey. Very insightful interviews.

Awesome Show   (5/5)

Jamey talks with some of the coolest people in metal and hardcore. The conversations are easy to listen to and interesting even if you're not a big metal fan. I only wish I found out about it sooner.

Motivational Podcast   (5/5)

Honestly when I first encountered this podcast I was really disappointed. The guest who I won’t mention was super boring and I gave up on it. But then I heard Jamey Jasta on Ice-T’s podcast and I gave his podcast another shot. If he has a good guest to bounce off of this podcast can be super interesting. Also just like a Hatebreed song, listening to Jasta talk about how he hustles will make you want to up your game and try to figure out ways to better your art, business sense and personal life. Also if you are a musician looking to get into making a living with your music this is a MUST listen. Jamey drops gems constantly on the aspects of the music industry that most people don’t even think about.

Heaviest podcast!   (5/5)

Jasta has done it again. I love this podcast. The variety of guests is great and it's always something entertaining. Jasta is right it's like being a fly on the wall and listening to two friends talk about music touring etc. I can't get enough man and keep em coming. The podcast is hhhhaaaaarrrrdddd

New face of Metal   (5/5)

IMO Jamey brings a new face to the Metal/Hardcore/Whatever scene. By that, I mean a more sophisticated and logical aspect to the music. A more of a behind the scenes look of not only the music, but the people and the lives of those that we admire. He brings real issues to light behind the scenes of the music world that allows us to understand some of the BS these artists have to deal with. I appreciate everything Jamey does and look forward to listening every time. As far as a suggestion for interview, I'd pick Jim Root. Dude is AWESOME

6 Stars!   (5/5)

Jamey Remains Heavy on and off the stage! Great Podcast!

The best!!!   (5/5)

This is the best music podcast there is! Helps me get throught the work day. Jamey, please get David Silveria, former drummer of Korn, on the podcast. I think it would be a quite interesting interview.

Love this podcast   (5/5)

This podcast is for any music lover. The stories and the behind the scenes talk of the music business is fascinating stuff

Great Voice Jamey!   (5/5)

In both your music and podcasts. Loved nearly all your intervies from likes of Corey Taylor-Jesse Leach-Bonnie Rotten. Always opened minded discussions with no bias. Just straight up truth. Keep it up!

Motivational   (5/5)

I've always appreciated Jamey's mind for business and his love for the music. Listening to him is like hanging out with a favorite cousin. Guests like Andrew W.K. and Chris Jericho are great complements to his energy. C&DM&PU

The best!!!   (5/5)

Arguably the best podcast out there!! Keep it Jamey! \m/

Jamey is a Natural   (5/5)

I started listening to The Jasta Show probably a year or 2 after it started. I needed a good podcast to listen to, and being a metal/hard rock fan and a big fan of Jamey’s band Hatebreed I figured it would be a good listen. I’m very impressed with Jamey’s ability to host a show. He’s a natural whether he’s by himself updating the listeners on upcoming shows or talking with his guests. One of his greatest qualities as a host is his ability to connect with everybody that comes on the show. I find myself listening to episodes of artists I don’t listen to and I’m fascinated with the conversation. Jamey is able to bring to the listeners artists personalities, behind the scenes of what bands go through, and other content that fans don’t normally have access to. I also really like Jamey’s openness to opinions and other types of music. One of his messages he’s constantly pushing is to not judge a band based on looks or what metal “category” they’re labeled to, but to enjoy the music for the music. I think this message shows how much passion Jamey has for music in general, something that rubs onto me as a listener. Jamey is also very good at connecting with the fans. As I stated earlier he’s constantly updating fans on upcoming shows, while also giving shout-outs, and asking listeners to provide feedback on the podcast and who they would like on it. It’s something that as a fan I enjoy hearing. My favorite part of the show is when he’s about to go into his conversation with guest and he goes, “Hit the music!” and it comes in with intense vocals and instrumentals. It’s a great segue and hilarious. The negative side of the show doesn’t include much for me, if anything. I’ve been trying to come up with something and the only thing I can think of is his advertisements. The thing about that though is he needs the sponsors so he can do the show, so I have no problem with him doing it. In fact, even then I think Jamey does a great job of providing info on the sponsors and who they are. As for guests I would like to see on the show; I’m a big fan of Sevendust so that would be cool.

Superb   (5/5)

Awesome. Best podcast ever.

Best metal podcast   (5/5)

This is a great podcast Jamey! Would love to hear a convo with you and Adam Duce (ex-Machine Head)

Simply awesome   (5/5)

This is a fantastically entertaining podcast. Jasta is a fantastic interviewer, gets the best guests, and each episode ends up sounding like a fantastic dish session among friends. I've been introduced to metal/hardcore acts I would've never found otherwise if not for this show. Great stuff.

Hardest working man in Heavy Music   (5/5)

Great interviews and insight from the hardest working man in heavy music. I commend Mr. J for the diversity of the guests he has been able to get on the show. Some of the interviews have even made me interested in guests I wouldn't have been otherwise.

Awesome   (5/5)

Even if there are some bands I don't like, Jamey makes the podcast more interesting! I hope to hear him interview Otep and do a song with her. That would be...AWESOME! Wwhen he does his book it should be called " I probably shouldn't print this but..." Keep up the great work, Jamey!!!

Check it out   (5/5)

You don't even need to be into metal or hardcore to be entertained he interviews everyone from comedians actors and even pornstars. Do yourself a favor listen to it you won't regret it.

Podcast Gold!   (5/5)

Awesome guests and great insight of the music business! This podcast has made me a bigger fan of Hatebreed and other hardcore bands. Thanks for the great material!!!

New Podcast Fan   (5/5)

I found this podcast while surfing through podcasts. I've never listened to a full podcast before, due to time and no interest, but this changed it all. I enjoy the candid conversations he has, and doesn't pull punches. It's a great inside look into the world of music. This is for all types of people, "Die Hard" metal fans to those who just have an interest in the music scene. Great job!

Incredible !!   (5/5)

I love listening to this show!! Such a fan and so much information/incredibly hilarious conversations!!! If you are a fan of loud amps in the face or rock music in general the Jasta show is a MUST listen!

The best source to hear legends and new comers as the people they are.   (5/5)

Absolute Awesomeness.   (5/5)

Hands down the best podcast I listen to. The whole"Fly on the Wall" concept is what makes this podcast worth the listen. Jamey is the Howard Stern of Podcasts. At least for us Diehards.

Amazing!   (5/5)

I have listened to every episode and this in fact made me open to podcasts. Jamey's interviews are unique and every guest is great even if I'm not a fan. His interviews are great because of the relationships he has previously established with the artists so it it more like 2 friends talking. I'd love to see him interview Alice Cooper, Cannibal Corpse and Manson.

The New Podcast of Jose Mangin   (5/5)

I been listening to this podcast this has to be one of my new favorite episodes I have a new respect for him. I am a latino myself much respect to him. I cant wait for more. I like the XM stories he told. This is such a great episode. Still looking forward to you getting some In Flames guys on the podcast I look forward to every episode This show is AWESOME. ROCK ON JAMIE.

Game changer   (5/5)

A while back I saw that Jamey interviewed Scott Kelly from Neurosis on his podcast so I downloaded the episode. After listening to that excellent episode I downloaded three past episodes and subscribed to The Jasta Show that same night. Jamey Jasta is a great interviewer and is always very engaging with his guests, so much so that I even thoroughly enjoy the episodes even if I'm not necessarily a fan of the guests' work. Now it doesn't even matter who the guest is, every Monday and Thursday I look forward to listening.

Rad podcast!   (5/5)

Absolutely love listening to this podcast. Perfect for listening at work to help make the time fly by! It's definitely exposed me to some bands from a different generation that I may not have known about before. I love the guests and hearing about the business side of the music industry and all the technical stuff. Would really love to see an episode with Caleb Shomo from Beartooth.

Love it   (5/5)

Jamey's podcast really gives fans a great look into the lives of their favorite band members and shows how the music industry can be. Future guests I'd like to see are: Chino Moreno from Deftones, Dave Peters from Throwdown, Matt Heafy from Trivium, James Hart and/or Keith Barney from Eighteen Visions, Tom Araya from Slayer, Shannon Larkin from Godsmack, Brandan Schieppati from Bleeding Through, Howard Jones from Devil You Know, any of the members of Type O Negative, Papa Emeritus from Ghost, and Tim McIlrath from Rise Against. Keep up the great work!

Awesome show for any metalhead   (5/5)

If you're wondering whether to listen to this podcast, DO IT! Jasta's a great host and the podcasts are just laid back, cool conversations rather than scripted interviews, so you get to hear him and his guests talk about things most interviewers wouldn't think to ask. Drink some coffee, listen to some death metal, do some push-ups, and listen to this podcast!

Outstanding Podcast   (5/5)

Jamey is one of the most influential and hard-hitting vocalists of his genre. Met the guy twice and it was the most awesome experience and he is such a humble and down to earth guy who appreciates his fans. A must subscribe to podcast for fans of rock, metal, punk, and/or hardcore. Keep up the good work Jamey; my recommendations for the podcast are Rex Brown, Mike Portnoy, Andy San Dimas, Christy Mack, Robb Flynn, Kerry King, Sam Dunn, Don Jameison, Phil Anselmo, Triple H, and Gary Holt.

Gives listeners what we like   (5/5)

wow - awesome podcast   (5/5)

I was never a Jamey Jasta fan until I started listening to this podcast. Totally likable and genuine, Jamey keeps things moving, never gets boring, and asks most of the questions you're hoping for. Even if you don't think you're going to be interested in the interview subjects, Jamey hooks you in. Favorite interviews: Tom Gabriel Fischer (Tom G Warrior), John 5 and Bonnie Rotten.

Excellent   (5/5)

Your favorite new podcast   (5/5)

This is most definitely my favorite and go-to podcast. As a huge metalhead I really dig all the in depth questions and entertaining story telling there is on a regular basis. I would love to hear Brandan Schieppati from Bleeding Through and Bjorn "Speed" Strid from Soilwork on the podcast. My favorite vocalist of all time Jesse Leach has already been interviewed so I'd love to hear my other favorites share some killer stories.

A view like no other.   (5/5)

I've been a musician for as long as I can remember. Networking and linking bonds with different national acts was always something I cherished the most. Especially when we all shared similar interests or backgrounds. Picking the brain and sharing stories with good people. Most fans don't get that luxury of befriending artists and getting to hear and partake in some of the stories. You do the artist and yourself honest justice in creating the backstage environment on this podcast. We've definitely hung out a few times and you're a great ambassador of heavy music. And I raise my horns to you and to a good podcast \m/ Few future suggestions... Upon A Burning Body God Forbid Peter Dolving

Amazing Podcast   (5/5)

I am a huge fan of this podcast. Being a metalhead, I appreciate Jamey's dedication to his craft, sharing his insights and interviewing a variety of musical and non musical guests from all genres and backgrounds. Thank you Jamey and keep cranking out the great episodes. #AmpsInTheFace

Awesome Podcast   (5/5)

I was looking for a good metal podcast and this was exactly what I was looking for. Keep up the great work Jamey.

Nothing better   (5/5)

Best podcast out there for fans of heavy music. Great guest with tons of truthful and straight forward interviews.

Jamey is the best   (5/5)

Jamey is the reason why I listen to podcasts. His was the first I ever listened to, and the only i have listened to them in there entirety. I look forward to Monday's and Thursdays. I think having Phil Anselmo, Rob Flynn, Kerry King, and The Clown from Slipknot would make for some great future shows.

HE. IS. AS DIEHARD AS THEY COME! The Jasta Show Rocks!   (5/5)

I love this podcast and think it's great for many reasons. For one, I've been a huge Hatebreed fan for a long time and I love that Jamey has found different avenues to survive in an industry that tends to chew up musicians and spit them out. In each of his different ventures and projects, he's always tried to spread positivity and help out the heavy music scene, so I'm glad he's found a new platform to stand on and continue that because he's a great role model. secondly, for a guy that came from a very aggressive and sometimes selective scene, the New England Hardcore scene, he is incredibly open minded and accepting of other musical styles and genres and he constantly promotes that on the show. He encourages the listeners to expand their musical tastes and listen to more than just what they know and their preferred style. So it's awesome to have a show that touches on all the different styles and subgenres of heavy music, rather than just focusing on one particular style, which basically alienates a lot of listeners. This is great for the scene, bridging the gap between the genres rather than keeping everyone segregated. Thirdly, the show is so informative in ways that no other program has been, to my knowledge that is. He talks about the ins and outs of the music industry and business, but does not talk trash, he just tries to help inexperienced bands and musicians avoid compromising situations in their future. As an aspiring musician myself, this show has been more than just entertainment, it has been a How-To-Guide for someone trying to break into the music industry and not just get tossed in the trash after stepping onto the scene. I hope this show continues for as long as Jamey cares to do it. I love the guests that he picks and the interviews he conducts. All of the interviews are specific and personal. Not one interview has generic questions because Jamey always seems to know everyone and has some unique relationship with them that brings a special quality to the interview. I hope he gets Brock Lindow from 36 Crazyfists on the show! He's the man and does a podcast as well and has a unique perspective on metal being from Alaska. This show is legit and needs to keep going. Everyone listen and please keep funding his show sponsors! Thanks for everything Jamey. Stay Metal! \m/

Thank you!   (5/5)

As a HateBreed fan and metal head I love this podcast. I think Jasta is getting better as an interviewer as things progress. However sometimes he brings up his projects and bands in spots where it seems almost forced. However, keep up the good work!

Thanks bro.....   (5/5)

Jamey this my favorite podcast, I can tell your a true fan and friend of those that you interview. Plus you talk highly of sober living, I'm new to the sober lifestyle. So it's nice to know you can be sober and still Rock and be great dude as well. Thanks bro.....

Worth it even to a non metalhead   (5/5)

Great podcast highly recommend it even if your not a "metal head". Awesome insight into the music industry and will make you respect just what these guys go thru to put on a great show. I'd love to hear some SoCal punks I.e. Jim Lindburgh of pennywise, Tim or Lars from Rancid and Jay from bad religion. Keep killing it Jamey!

I fell off the Hatebreed fan wagon after Supremacy, and it wasn't because I stopped liking Hatebreed, I got really involved with my own writing and music so I just haven't took the time to catch up. But now Podcast listening is what I do most at work and coming across The Jasta Show one day because I searched Max Cavalera and Jamey did not disappoint!!! The interview was amazing, and I couldn't stop downloading other past episodes! Every episode literally makes me want to seek out new music and whatever Jamey talks about. Love this Podcast and will be a Forever Subscriber!!!

Awesome show   (5/5)

Hands down best podcast ever!   (5/5)

Loving it Jamey! Keep up the great work! I like how you mix it up and not just have musical guests. I would love to hear from the guys from Iced Earth and Amon Amarth. Two of the most underrated bands in metal. Thanks!

The only music podcast worth listening to.   (5/5)

This podcast is a must if you are a musician or just love hard rock music. Lots of interesting interviews with people in and out of the music biz. I actually love hearing the inside business talk that Jamey get into all the time with other musicians. I subscribe to a bunch of podcast but this one I never skip an episode.

Great Show!   (5/5)

Awesome podcast. Jamey presents a unique perspective as a fan and an insider which leads to truly informative and entertaining conversations. My only complaint is that I’ve already listened to every episode!

10 great episodes   (5/5)

One of my favorite podcasts, Jamey puts out so many episodes, my biggest problem is trying to keep up. I find gold in almost every episode. The best of the more recent episodes was Craig Gass, featuring Jamey’s great Peter Steele voice and a hilarious story about the now late, AJ Pero. The Jim Norton episode was probably not only the best Jasta Show I’ve heard, but maybe the best podcast ever made. The Riki Rachtman episode was awesome to hear the two former Headbangers Ball hosts discuss music today, and Riki had a great Dave Mustaine impression. I loved honesty from Aaron Lewis. The Stix Zadinia was one of the funniest episodes, the guy just doesn’t break character. Ice T is always brilliant, and proved it again on his episode. Other highlights were Rob Zombie, Eddie Trunk, Jim Florentine and Bonnie Rotten. Keep it up Jamey

Hell Yes!👍👍   (5/5)

What a phenomenal podcast! Jasta is a wealth of knowledge and so relatable to each guest that comes on the show. Every interview keeps it informative and opens up a new facet to each guest that the listener may not know about. Jamey reminds me of MTV's Matt Pinfield and gives great recommendations for new and obscure bands. You won't be disappointed listening to this show. Keeping it Posi every week :)

Great multi faceted podcast   (5/5)

This is a great podcast. While I started listening because of the ties to heavy and metal music, this is NOT just an extreme music podcast. Have enjoyed every episode. Guests have included athletes, actors, comic book reps, and more. Would love to hear interviews with Huntress, Amon Amarth, Skeletonwitch, Arch Enemy, Ghost BC, Mastodon, Clutch, and High on Fire.

No BS   (5/5)

It has been great to get interviews without any of the fluff getting in the way. Jasta gets down to business and delivers great info from great dudes in the rock and metal industry, give it a try everyone.

Worth Every Second   (5/5)

This is the best, most down to earth show available. Jasta has real unscripted conversations and I can't wait for each new episode.

Open your mind   (5/5)

The Jasta show opened my mind to being tolerant of all types of music, especially under the "metal" category. 5 stars all day long.

The Man, the Myth, the Legend: Jamey Jasta.   (5/5)

The lead singer of Hatebreed has a podcast? Go figure right? Well Jamey Jasta scores a huge pinfall victory with his podcast. From Chris Fronzak from Attila, to Sam Roberts, to Mick Foley, Jamey, hands down, makes this podcast one of the most entertaining podcasts on the planet.

Killer Podcast   (5/5)

Jamey is really bringing the hard-hitting questions to a range of hard rock and metal musicians as well as actors and comedians. I really appreciate honest feedback and the behind the scenes story-telling happening between him and his guests. Potential new guests I’d love to hear from: Jonathan Davis, Phil Anselmo, Pepper Keenan, Maynard James Keenan, Aaron Turner, Mike Patton, Billy Graziadei. Keep up the great work! \m/

Veil of Maya?   (5/5)

Love the show! Long time listener, i’ve been with you since episode one. I think it would be awesome if you had either Lukas of Marc from Veil of Maya on the show in the future. Keep up the good work Jamey!

Great Podcast   (5/5)

I love to hear Jamey have real conversations with musicians completely uncensored. A couple people I'd like to hear on the podcast: Anyone from Deftones, Clutch, Mastodon, Sevendust. I also think Tony Hawk would be a very interesting guest. His videogames were always a huge outlet for music for me as a kid. Stay Diehard!

Jamey has an amazing approach to podcasting. Metal heads, comedy fans, and MMA... This podcast is for you! It's the best way to start the morning for me. I use it to find out about new bands and Jamey lays to rest the metal media buzz with the right-to-the-source information. So much respect for Jamey and all of his guests keeping it real!

Best Podcast there IS!   (5/5)

It's refreshing to hear a podcast where the inside truth of the music industry is told as well as funny and real stories about the bands travels and expirences. Would love to hear you play some Green Death on the podcast as well as maybe a coversation with Gumby from Battlecross! or maybe Sammy from Goatwhore!! Keep up the great work Jamey!! \m/

Great show   (5/5)

Jamey seems like he genuinely has a good time on this show, and his guest as well. I like the story telling aspect and the behind the scenes view. Not just the typical questions every guest has been asked a hundred times, and the same regurgitated answers. JASTA!!!!!

Great Podcast, great introduction to new bands!   (5/5)

I've always loved Jamey's positive outlook on life and have been a huge fan of all his music. This podcast does not disappoint. He consistently starts the podcast off with new and upcoming heavy bands, bands that I would not hear without this outlet. His interview skills are top notch. Long live Jamey!!

A Must Listen!!   (5/5)

Positive Mental Attidude   (5/5)

Jamey Jasta’s talent has no limit; high quality content, really good guests from different backgrounds. A breath of fresh air! Jamey, it would be nice to have Candace from Walls Of Jericho, the guy behind HATE5SIX, any of the guys from Deftones, Vinnie Stigma, Hoya and the Madball crew, wisdom in chains …. (the list could go on!)
