The new episodes have a loud annoying voice irritates my head does not put me at ease. Bring back the soothing quiet voice please!
I love this pod cast and have been listening for many years. It helped me get thru cancer, the doctor visits, and treatments, by helping me to acknowledge, to release and let go of non-serving energy. Please bring some of the old episodes back.

I’ve been listening to the Mediation Podcast since the early 2006 . I haven’t heard anything comparable to Jeane & Jesse - their Podcast is the best. How can I get your podcast from 2006? (One- Basic Meditation, Two- Calming The Body, Three- Positive Thoughts, Six -Falling Asleep) These really help me.....a lot. Please keep up the awesome work- both of your voices are so calming and relaxing. Thank you!
Hardly any meditation. A lot of talk about what they will do. Much of their monologue is centered on their site and product subscriptions. I rarely write reviews, but am pretty disappointed with this cast. Would’ve given one star rating, but the woman’s voice is soothing, which eases you into their site and subscriptions. Overall, no value to me.
This podcast got me through some of the toughest parts of my life. Very soothing guided meditation. Love both Jessie’s and Jean’s voices. Thank you.

I’ve been searching for the right meditation podcast for me and now I have found it. The deep state of relaxation achieved with the sound frequencies is amazing. Grateful!
After listening to several of the current meditations, I’m giving up. The electronic hum and ‘white noise’ static are unpleasant and too distracting for the soft tones of the speaker. I had so hoped to benefit from this meditation.
The white noise/electrical humming sound in the background of the more recent episodes if so off-putting and grating that I can no longer listen to this series. Very disappointing as I enjoyed it for years.
I have been using this podcast for the last six + years and still love it. Their voices are more relaxing than any others I've tried. I'm glad I saved some of my favorite episodes from 2007 and 2011 because they don't appear in the available episodes anymore. Any chance all the episodes prior to 2019 can be put back up? There were some great ones.
This is a really first-rate podcast, very thoughtful and professionally produced I use their guided meditations pretty much every day. I have been for several years now. I wish all the old episodes were still here, but apparently the old episodes have migrated to Patreon. Thank you for this helpful podcast.

I find his voice very soothing. I really appreciate the “Resolving Anger” episode, please rerelease? The “Chi Energy Bath” is another favorite! Powerful stuff. I think you guys should create an app once you have enough material. I’d support that!
This podcast has great potential and used to be wonderful. now I find his voice awful (he has changed it since the early episodes). hers is really great so I wish only she would talk. Secondly, it’s only the first 10 episodes max and more like maybe 1-5 that are truly excellent so I wish they’d either post those or consider going back to how the earliest ones were done.

Can you please re release the old episodes? I really liked the episode where listeners were guided to lengthen breath gradually from 1 to 16 beats. I think it had the word “anger” in the title but it’s not the same as the other episode currently available that also has “anger” in title. Thanks!

Every night I put this podcast on and it’s usually if I can’t sleep it calms me into sleeping it’s very calming and easy to learn so great job creators 🤩🤩🤩🤩
I try other meditation podcasts and always come back to this. Beautifully arranged and spoken. I too miss Episode 6 for sleep!! It got me there.
Way too many suggestions and visualizations; this is like watching a boring movie but you have to imagine it happening... not meditating in my opinion.

I subtract 1 star because I honestly have no idea if I’m benefitting from the *meditation* aspect of this podcast... simply because it lulls me into a slumber (or trance?) every time. But I would give it 5/5 stars for relaxation!
I’ve tried several guided meditation apps and podcasts and this one is the best. Even compared to guided meditation in groups with teachers I still prefer this podcast. The basic meditation is my go to and great for beginners.

I usually do not write reviews but I feel compelled to in this case. I absolutely love this podcast! I often struggle with anxiety and balancing my energy as I wear my emotions on my sleeve. Whenever I feel down or anxious I play this podcast and it eases my mind and levels me. I can honestly say I listen to this every day. One of my favorites is the “Self Love” podcast because I struggle with my self image/body. It reminds me to love myself and accept my existence in this universe. This podcast has made a worlds difference in my life and mental health. I definitely recommend it! :)
Peaceful, centered meditations that truly do heal. If you suffer from anxiety or insomnia these meditations are a blessing! I i’ve had panic attacks in the evening and use them to calm myself. If I wake with anxiety in my chest; and that negative voice in my head; simply put on my earbuds and devote 10 to 20 minutes to listen to this amazing meditation. And I agree with the last review I read the DNA meditation has been absolutely amazing for this phase in my life🙏 thank YOU! And please never leave us!!!! ☮️💜

I had used MeditationPodcast for years and had my favorite meditations. Stopped listening when they removed my favorites and was informed that I could only access them by subscribing and paying fees. I do not have the ability to do so in my current circumstances. I recently decided to take another look and see which meditations were available. I'm sad that I do not like most of the current "episodes" especially the man's funky (ie, fake spiritual tone) voice. Can't get into these. Searching again for terrific meditation podcasts, if you have any suggestions. BTW, I am not a beginner. Thank you for your help.

I love this podcast. I really do. But I’m incredibly disappointed in their decision to remove 90% of their content and only make it available for a fee on patreon. They say that part of the reason for making the move is to be more inclusive but charging people is the exact opposite of that. Look I get wanting to be paid but give people the option. That’s what most podcasts do. They don’t take away access to all but a very few episodes. My budget is extremely tight so I’m now limited to the few episodes on here and unable to listen to the some meditations that have really helped me in the past. Stop excluding people and start actually being inclusive by giving people more of a choice.
There was one podcast I listened to for over two years that they got rid of and it was called Sleep. That was the FIRST mediation podcast I ever listened to and it worked! Where did it go!? They have gotten rid of it. I know it’s an older podcast from years ago but it was amazing! Wish it was still on here. There wasn’t a lot of talking on it and the music/sounds were peaceful. It knocked me out quickly. Please bring it back and let me know.

This is actually a great podcast but I'm annoyed that they suddenly got rid of most of their old episodes, both on here, and in other apps like Pocket Casts. It would be different if the old episodes were available for purchase on iTunes like other shows like Hardcore History do, but I haven't seen them...

I have tried many, but this is the one I use all the time, if I have trouble sleeping and relaxing or if I'm very worried about anything, this podcast has helped me through out the years in becoming more mindful and positive. I use each episode over and over again because they are very different from each other and help in many areas. Thank you!
Really disappointed to learn they've moved previous content to Patreon. I can't afford monthly support for the podcasts I wanted to keep and will begin seeking something comparable.
I first listened to The Meditation Podcast in college, when I had trouble falling asleep. This helped me a lot. Several years later, I go back to these ideas and they mean different things to me based on my life experience. Useful widsom and truly soothing. Thank you!

I've battled stress and other un-awesome feelings for years and one day I just typed in the search bar "meditation", looking for something to help. And wow! I downloaded the first one and it really calms you down and relaxes you. Just try it, it really works.

These are few great basic guided meditations. Best I found on iTunes by far.
Have tried many other podcasts and none were as soothing as this. Helps me relax, meditate and helps me sleep better. I would pay for more episodes!

I've had mediation on my "to-do" list for what seems like forever. I just completed the first podcast and finally feel as though I will not have such a hard time meditating since I found this great podcast and am eager meditate again so I can listen to more of them. The voices are relaxing, I enjoy what they are saying, and the timing in which they speak. The background sounds are pleasant. I like the far away waterfall... At times, the birds get a bit distracting though, but at the same time, who doesn't like to feel as though they are in nature?! One of the reasons I want to meditate is because of my heart palpitations, and I feel as though this meditation helped calm them down a bit. I definitely feel relaxed, and rested... cannot wait to do more! I truly feel as though I will benefit from this podcast if I meditate with them regularly.
I'm so moved by this podcast- I've listened to only one episode so far but it was astoundingly helpful. It's also very well produced- it's transportive- truly makes you feel like you're outside- you can hear the sounds all around you. The guided voice is wonderful- very visual - the pacing is great. I have no idea how long the meditation was- it was over at the perfect time... I can't believe how glad I am that I found this. Thank you!!!

I swear by it - the only way I can calm my overly active mind and relax my stressed out body at the end of a hard day. Amazing for long bus/train rides, or just at home in bed. I highly recommend the "Falling Asleep" podcast for anyone with insomniac tendencies.
I've tried several different meditation podcasts and I keep coming back to this one. Their voices are perfect - relaxing, restful. The music/background sounds are the perfect volume. They don't chitchat too much at the beginning. I wish there were more podcasts from these folks!
I've tried guided meditation before, but combined with the binaural beats it is amazing! I have had incredible experiences while listening to this podcast. I noticed it relaxed me immediatley but after six weeks it has definitely made a positive impact in my life and is affecting everyone around me. Thank you Jesse and Jean for offering your podcast. Yes, this helps me relax so much, and yes one of them can help get you to sleep. Has anyone tried the breathing one? It's number eight, I think..anyways I listened to it and did what it said and had an emotional breakdown. It helped me relize what I had buried over the years. Idk if these work for you, but for me I have changed since I first started this.
These podcasts do what it says on the tin. I used to work at a very stressful, high-speed job, where mishaps and rude customers were pretty much the rule. On my break I would listen to one of these and it would help me to calm down and bring my work back into perspective.
The sleep pod is amazing. I used to take meds to sleep. Now I plug in and begin yawning before the first visualization. Bravo! Do more sleep pods.

I use th first podcast, A Basic Meditation, several times a week. It helps me focus when I'm having trouble meditating on my own. I have also referred it to several freiends who didn't think they were capable of sitting and meditating for 20 minutes and it's worked for all of them. Great podcast!

This was my 1st Experience with any form of Meditation... but it was very good. Although there was a slight issue with the Falling Asleep Epiisode( I couldn't stop laughing) I think that was my fault.

This has got to be one of my favorite podcasts hands down! Both Jesse and Jeane has perfect calm voices and are extremely talented at relaxing and calming the listener. My favorite so far has been the beginning meditation and the falling asleep meditation. I am a law enforcement officer and often have problems sleeping (with odd shift times). These podcasts really help me fall asleep peacefully. Anyways, highly recommended and thank you to both Jesse and Jeane for all the hard work making this available to listeners. Cheers!
The falling asleep meditation seriously works for me every time I use it. It does not become repetitive, but rather it becomes an effective systematic process to help me fall asleep. Great work from Jesse and Jeane Stern! Add more please!!!

I get a different experience each time I use these meditations, but all positive. And sometimes I get into a altered state of consciousness that is just amazing. I find their voices very soothing and the overall podcasts excellent. And the concept of binaural sounds is facinating to me. I am hoping that they will make more of these at some point. This is absolutely the best. If you have any problem sleeping, getting to sleep art all, just download their 20 minute sleep podcast. I am telling you, soothing, nice female voice, relaxing, music and beats are right on cue to zone you out. I do it every single night, I must tell you, I do not get past 3-5 minutes or so. I can't tell you what is at minute 10 or 15 for instance. It is so soothing and relaxing. My hats off to these people. I routinely take melatonin and ambien when necessary. Have not had to for over a month. This natural process is awesome. Maybe it is just my brain and it is in tune to their selection, but, it works for me in an incredibly reporducing way. Belive me, they are probabl;y selling these things and rightfully so, Best download on my ipod other than my music. Great job!!!!!!

Podcast #6 to help w/sleep is amazing! After years of fighting insomnia, this podcast lulls me to sleep often before it finishes. I sleep through the night and wake up rested. I suspect they use something similar to EMDR, but with sound instead of eye movement. I only wish I could get it without the 3 minute commercial/intro.
I have a very hard time relaxing and i have tried other meditations before but i just focus too much on the voice spikes or annoying/loud music. These meditations are done so well that before i know it im out like a light ; ) Keep up the great work

This collection of episodes has been wonderful as a launching pad into guided meditation.
These meditations incorporate the best of any I've heard, both content and delivery. After I listen to them, the energy of the meditation stays with me for hours and hours. Wonderful, healing, encouraging, restful, energizing - all in the same moment.
I am one of those people who unless I have worn myself out all day has lots of problems falling asleep. I downloaded the falling asleep podcast and now I don't even make it 5 mins into the show before I am out. The nights that I use this show I get the best sleep of my week and wake up feeling like I can take on the world.
I always believed meditation was impossible for me. I could never silence my brain long enough to meditate. But this series is great and very effective. I've tried a few other ones, but this one is my favorite. These episodes have helped me come to terms with long term issues and achieve peace of mind. I highly recommend them.
A very nice way to create a positive and constructive focus. A positive focus/meditations help create positive actions; positive actions help reduce stress.

I found these podcasts about 2 weeks ago, and I use them every day. I have meditated for over 10 years, and used biofeedback before then. These podcasts are definitely helpful for relaxation and focus.

This very soothing, high quality in every respect, podcast, has enabled me to finally start meditating on a regular basis. I look forward to the time I set aside for it each day. Easy for beginners. Great sounds and music. Soothing voices. I subscribe to four meditation podcasts and this one is BY FAR the best.
I would suggest an interview with David Lynch about his book "Catching the Big Fish" He is so down to earth that his voice disarms people like me who have an overly protective nature towards what enters my mind due to the programming and fear caused by religion. Meditation needs to be taught more as "mind fitness" in my opinion so people can approach it without getting it entangled with religious thoughts or feelings that the 'touchy feely' can often bring. That can be distracting from the simple process of meditation as a way to become aware. Once people like me "get" the process and finally sit down, then the change and the civility of awareness become more attainable. You have helped me get there in such a nice way. Thanks for what you do. It means more than you can know.
I am new to the world of meditation. I always snubbed it in the past because I pictured having to sit cross-legged and humming, etc. All of the stereotypical meditation ideas I had in my mind were erased after doing these. Whether it's Jesse or Jeane doing the talking, both of their voices are soothing. When I did the healing series, I felt like they were speaking to me. I was going through something very emotional and difficult and as I listened I could literally feel the negative emotion drain from my body. All six of these are wonderful, and I listen to one of them almost every day, mainly at night when I'm in bed. It's incredibly helpful in falling asleep too, even if I don't listen to the "sleep" meditation specifically. I hope they are going to do more soon!!!!! Highly recommended!

This is a little too new age for my tastes. Distracting yourself from your problems with music and sounds won't make your problems go away. I'd suggest other forms of meditation before this one.
I am very pleased with the quality of the guided imagery on these podcasts. I have been using them to help myself fall asleep with great success!
I am a college student and was looking for something to relieve stress. Not only did these podcasts help with stress but they increased my focus as well.

Jess & Jean's voices are incredibly soothing, the music and sound effects are rythmic but onobtrusive. Perhaps most importantly, they limit the aphorisms (some meditation instructors appear to become enamored by the sound of their own voice, moving from directed meditation to "sermon"). Highly recommended, especially for beginners.
