A friend recommended this to me—thankfully. Fantastic and knowledgeable guests interviewed in a competent, delightful manner. It’s more like listening in on a conversation between a couple of smart people. Highly enjoyable.
Matt, host of The Science of Success podcast, highlights all aspects of success, growth and more in this can’t miss podcast! The host and expert guests offer insightful advice and information that is helpful to anyone that listens!
I get the need to promote and share ones work and accolades and may have to purchase many books referred to Yet I keep longing for the substance and sharing of the actual steps needed for behavioral changes and integration and it is not forthcoming. I find much of the content rather obvious and am looking for more workable, insightful and current kernels of wisdom from the wonderful researchers and more how to apply. I’ve listened to three so far and find the talk is more about the peripheral landscape rather than the core.
I’m obsessed with this podcast. Great hosts, great guests, great information. Always learning something new. Keep up the good work guys!
While learning from Matt and guest Michael Bungay Stanier on the 7/16/20 podcast, an AHA! experiment came to mind to help me slow the rush to advice-giving and to stay curious a bit longer. My Advice Monster (AM) is “tell it”. When listening to others, I have a strong urge to be “helpful” and share my AHA! insight (aka: AM instinctively jumping into action) and, instead, want that urge to diminish in frequency/intensity and for curiosity to grow stronger in its place. As soon as advice comes to mind, I will not “tell it” ... but, instead, “test it”. * My next thing spoken must be a question—specifically one that elicits info to help indicate if the advice would have been “helpful”. * This will utilize my competitive side to productively shift me away from being a “tell it” know-it-all. * In lieu of needing to be helpful, being curious this way will strengthen humbleness.
Always learn something new, variety of speakers. One of my regulars.
The SOS podcast guests are great, and provide a good resource for professional enrichment. Highly recommend!
The more I listen to the wealth of knowledge my soul feeds on, the more my life is enriched daily!
Started listening some months back and I love the diversity of speakers and also how each session always triggers some personal action and thoughts. Part of my weekly routine now in morning walks ... keep it up !
I started listening to this podcast only for the last couple of months and I have throughly enjoyed the contents. I have now gone back to episodes from last 9 months and listening to them. It has been a huge learning for me and I am grateful for the quality and the type of learning I have gone through this.
Was all in until he started opining about God. May want to keep this series non secular.
I’ve been a fan the podcast for over a year now. It keeps me motivated and learning new things. Thank you, Matt!
I had been looking for a podcast that could teach me about success and I am lucky to have found this one. Matt brings to his listeners information that is relevant and evidence-based. I was thoroughly impressed with the only 5 episodes I have listened to as they have left an indelible mark on my psyche. Thank you for bringing us this highly valuable information for those of us who want success!
This is by far my favorite podcast. I love how Matt and Austin ask great questions and dig down to actionable takeaways from all of their guests.
I have been listenng to this pod cast for a couple months now and it quickly rose to one of my top 3 that I listen to. Each episode is packed full of information and I learn something new each tme
There are countless podcasts that focus on "self-improvement", most of which offer motivational content that may provide momentary inspiration. But what happens when the sugar-high wears off? Science of Success exsits on a different plane entirely. Matt Bodnar engages only the most validated thought leaders to explore proven techniques anyone can use to quickly and permanently upgrade how they interact with the world around them. Matt and his guests have allowed me to accomplish things I once thought were impossible by giving me the right tools to take the right actions. I can now say confidently - Science of Success is essential for maximizing your potential. Thank you Matt for using your insatiable curiosity in such a powerful and generous way.
Want to improve your A game listen to this podcast! It gave me the proof this logical thinker needed to make big changes that worked!
I love the variety of high quality guests that Matt Bodnar has on this podcast. It’s also refreshing to have someone focused on providing data to back up the principles that are being discussed. Great podcast!
This podcast is amazing. So much to learn and use. Give it a try.
Inspiring and insightful! I always look forward to the next episode. Keep up the great work!
I listen to this on YouTube. I like how there is a different expert on each episode that covers a wide range of topics.
I’ve struggled for years to really take control over my life. The Science of Success has been my go to resource for totally turning my life around. The guests in the podcast have been extraordinary!! I especially loved the interview with Tara Swart and Alex Banyan. I’ve listened to them both over and over. Thank you. Keep up the good work!!!
I’ve recently discovered The Science of Success. In my brief time of listening to some of the content, I’ve found some very helpful and practical instructions on how to better equip myself in becoming better at my job as a leader. I would highly recommended this podcast to anyone seeking to better themselves.
Such a wide variety of guests and topics covered. Love to learn something new and different in every episode.
A great podcast about variety of interesting topics. Glad I found it
Wonderful resource to successfully human.
Hear the details & data supporting your favorite authors, speakers and their products. Great conversational format easy to listen. Tune in, laugh, think & enjoy!!!
Really enjoyed this interview and found it helpful to hear some tips as a reinforcement. Loved the mention of Sonja Lyubomirsky’s work. Thank you!
Found this podcast just before a multi-day rode trip. WOW! Took lots of notes. Have a handful of great action items. Highly recommended!
So much practical knowledge in any category. Just started listening but already feel empowered to apply what I’ve learned on this podcast!
My favorite podcast by far. Informative, entertaining and authentic. This makes it easy to access evidence, to guide thought and action. Love the learning that happens through this POD.
This is by far the best podcast I have ever listened to. I love the professionals and the topics! There is no comparison to any other podcast out there! I have learned so much about myself listening! Thank you!
Thank you, Matt, for all your hard work to come up with such great topics for personal and professional development. You find and convince the best experts for each topic to share their wisdom. You ask great questions and drill down to actionable steps anyone can take. I thoroughly enjoy all of your podcast episodes and find value in each of them.
I stumbled on this podcast yesterday. I must say, I love everything about this podcast. I only listened to two sessions, but I’m hooked. Keep up the good work.
One of my favorite for some years now. Thanks, Matt
I absolutely love listening to the science of success! I’ve learned so much about myself and others through this podcast. Thank you!
Best podcast ever! Thank you so much for super valuable interviews and materials.
Matt is a brilliant interviewer! I greatly appreciate how much research he does on every person and topic, along with crafting engaging and interesting questions. The reason for four stars: the recent changes in ads. They don't seem to fit the podcast at all, there is no transition music, and it's no longer Matt's voice.
Matt's excellent interviewing skills make listening a pleasure. The key points are discussed and when it benefits the conversation, he digs deeper to enhance and clarify the topic. I listen during my commute, but often need a second round at home to fully focus and comprehend the information. The show notes are great memory joggers as well. Thanks for you time and commitment Matt and continued success!
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your hard work. I have learned so much from your podcast. So many beautiful, meaningful, and informative messages. Thank you for all that you do. 😊
Can't wait for each episode! I re-listen to old ones and have been listening for YEARS. Content is always fresh, minimal if any recycled episodes. Matt puts in real effort with each interview and never slacks with great questions and discussion. Combine this with the show notes on Matt's website and you have the full package of useful, quality, easily retrievable info!
I just starts listening to these podcasts and find them very interesting. I am always learning something new.
Matt and his guests have taught me so much. I’m always excited to discover what new concept will be discussed when a new episode is made available. I’m never disappointed by the topics, the guests, or the discussions. Consider me a true fan!
Matt Bodnar interviews people who are filled with knowledge of our brains and our bodies and why we think and do the things we do. Finally, my questions have been answered. Thank you for all the work that you do and please keep it going. You may put my counselor out of business! 😂😉
It was disappointing that the discussants did not seem to be aware of the scientific research related to the topic. Any of it.
I just cam across this one and I found lots of past episodes with amazing guests. The format of the show is optimized for maximizing value to the listener. I highly recommend this show.
There’s a specific episode that when in a funk, I listen to on repeat. However, almost every episode I’ve found to be entrancing. If you follow the the counsel as if it were admonition, you are onto something.
Update: Still in my heavy rotation, would not miss an episode, great content
I started listening to Matt about a month ago. I listen to an average of 12 podcasts per week. Matt has a format I really enjoy. He researches his subject very well and has some surprisingly good guests on his podcasts. Some podcasts can get a little long on a subject, but Matt has hit the sweet spot of information and length ( a mix that is hard to accomplish). The best thing I could say about the Science of Success, if I only had 3 podcasts I could listen to during the course of the week, his would be in that group. Great job Matt, keep up the good work.
I recently got into listening to podcasts since I now have to commute to work and I stumbled upon this one which has literally made my way to/from work so much more enjoyable! I highly recommend this podcast. Love the topics!
Lots of very engaging topics, presented in a lively manner.
What makes this podcast so good is that the host is an excellent listener - no rude interruptions, no power plays, just good questions coupled with the art of listening. Thank you!
This is one of my favorite podcasts. I always learn something new from a wide variety of very interesting guests. I get excited when I see a new episode available. I also recommend signing up for the email.
I started listening a couple of weeks ago. I found myself listening to one episode after another. Very introspective and encouraging ! Thanks to Matt and your crew!
These shows have helped me enrich my life in all ways - personal, business and future! I love the content and the guests chosen, and Matt is a wonderful interviewer. I can’t wait to see what comes next.
Been listening for a few months. Titles are kind of bait-y. That I can deal with. However, some of these interviews are from people successful in business, not actual researchers or scientists. Nothing wrong with success, but it does matter who is interpreting actual research and speaking on it. Otherwise, we get sensationalism and, at worst, pseudoscience.
I’m a huge advocate for continue learning and self-improvement. I listen to a lot of podcasts - sometimes to get the latest news, but mainly I listen to podcasts that provide value where I can better myself in different ways. Matt’s podcast is one of my favorites right now. Every guest has research to back up their theories. I actually learned a lot of practical and easy to implement tactics. Plus Matt is a great interviewer, he doesn’t interrupt guests and really give the guests time to fully explain everything. Keep up the good work Matt!
I’ve shared this podcast with family members, very cherished friends and well respected colleagues. I consider myself lucky to have access to the Science of Success. 👍🏼
One of my favorite podcasts. Do yourself a favor, expand your brain and listen. You’ll learn more here than most MBA programs.
I absolutely love this podcast! Discovered by accident and have been a devoted listener ever since. I come away from each episode inspired, even when I didn’t think I would relate tot he topic... and have found so much applicable to my life, career and family! Thank you for the work you do, and helping me continue to learn and grow and become a better version of me!
I have listened to several episodes now and have been impacted by each. I find myself sharing the podcast and knowledge with everyone around me. It is very easy to listen to and the volume and clarity is better than most that I listen to - perhaps a weird comment but it matters a lot to me!
I found Matt's podcast in the most unusual way. One click led to another and from a list of more than 50 podcasts I decided to start listening to this one. I got hooked right away and have listened to many episodes. I followed Peter Shallard after I listened to his inteview and joined Commit Action and I'm grateful that I did. In less than two weeks I have accomplished goals that I wanted to work on since March of 2019. I look forward be interviewed on this podcast in the future. I use Evernote and have captured so many ideas since I found it. Thank you Matt.
I’ve listened to hundreds, if not thousands of self help podcasts, CDs, and even DVDs and read as many books. I can tell you Matt and the SOS are without rival. He is discerning in his choice of guests, and his interviews are very well crafted, always investigating the philosophy and teaching, but including the pragmatic. Warning, this will replace all your other self help/success podcasts!!
Matt crushes it in this podcast! Such powerful information on mindset that is backed by science. It’s a really unique mix of speakers. Highly recommend.
This is my “Go To” daily podcast... listen to it while relaxing, before bed and even during workouts. So motivational. My favorites are ones regarding the brain, how we learn, etc... subscribe now if you haven’t already JG
The owner of my local running store recommended this Podcast to me. I’ve never listened to a podcast before but I needed something to inspire me to put my life in a healthier and productive mode. I’m hooked and “all in”as I have shared with friends and family. Matt is amazing and I love the simplicity and common sense approach that’s comes across from him as well as from his incredibly talented and professional guest speakers. Please keep doing what you do. Thank you
Just inspired by the interview and so interested regarding his view on emotional intelligence and ways to work under pressure. Actually heading to a local BooksAmillion today! Thanks for sharing! @k15_jku
I love this podcast because it is evidence based! Excellent topics and guests. Always time well spent.
Cool content Easily digestible
I recently found this podcast and have been going back and forth between the new and older episodes. I find takeaways in every single episode. As a life coach, I find myself passing on so many of the ideas to my clients, as well as applying them to my own life. Thank you.
(1) I love the show notes which provide all the resources and summary of talks. (2) Speakers are true experts in their fields. (3) Although there are some ads it’s completely understandable, and I even pay attention to some of the vendors. Thank you very much for your hard work and sharing your knowledge and experience with us!
Matt hosts great speakers and is very knowledgeable and easy to listen to. You’ll naturally incorporate some of the ideas into your life, so this one pays great dividends.
Matt is not only a master of his space in the science of success but a real influential leader. He invests in people like myself who benefit a great deal from his teachings and leadership. It’s amazing how much this podcasts assists me in learning new mindsets and developmental skills.
I am inspired by the podcast and I am applying what I learn!
I have taken away a couple nuggets of wisdom to apply to my own life in each and every episode.
I have listened to a couple of these podcasts so far and found them interesting. Breadth of the subject matter is particularly good.
I just wanted to show great appreciation for what you do and how you do it) also you send emails on time) we can all learn from you and each other😊) Keep your content coming ) I will tell my nephews about your podcast they are young entrepreneurs as well) They are constantly in beast mode making business deal) I’m the auntie that shows love and laughter when stress hits Always value yourself) everyone out there subscribe) he has good. Content)
Excellent podcast. Self-help for smart people indeed- except that the topics and language are completely accessible, fun, and easy to listen to. Evidence-based means it's been researched and proven effective. Never boring, always intriguing... the only problem is that I want to listen to and do it all at once and that's not possible. Keep up the great work, Matt. And thank you!
Matt is a curious, articulate curator of psychological wisdom and evidenced-based practices. I'm addicted to this podcast and have greatly benefited from it. The Science of Success is the embodiment of high performance.
I binge listen to this podcast during my commute and while exercising. Stimulates my mind, makes me look at life in different ways and provides several “ah ha!” moments. Can’t wait for each week’s podcast.
Matt is it a great interviewer and brings out the essentials and something meaningful and applicable from each guest.
I want to give my appreciation for people like you who add value to peoples lives by giving us great science backed information. You always leaving me salivating for more from the information driven podcast every morning. I thank you for all the hard work and effort you put into this podcast. I am a devoted listener and will continue to be one. Thank you, Micah
Matt’s well-structured and incredibly interesting interviews always leave me feeling motivated and hopeful. His infectious enthusiasm makes each podcast so engaging and memorable. Even if I’ve already listened to a guest speak in another interview before, there is always something new to discover because Matt’s unique energy and style of interviewing allows for deeper connections with his guests and listeners.
Love it. I look forward to every session! Keep it coming!!
Just recently started listening. It is by far my favorite. Professionally done and super informative.
Practical useable thoughts and lessons to make home and work life better for yourself, your family, and your co-workers AND your company.
Very informative, enjoyed the podcast, real life experience is what makes it interesting
I’m not sure how I stumbled upon Matt’s podcast but I am so glad I did. As an Organizational Psychologist, I appreciate science-based conversations around personal development. I’ve enjoyed every interview Matt has conducted. Nice balance of questions and adding to dialogue. I joined the email list too. Great quality! Highly recommend!
Always look forward to your podcasts !!
Great job of translating the latest science into actionable strategies.
The Science Of Success has easily been my favorite podcast of 2018! As a clinical psychologist, professor, and learning science researcher, I appreciate Matt’s choice of guests and the way they distill the information into easy-to-digest principles. The discussion always leads toward actionable steps a listener can put into practice in their own life. The only downside for me is I end up reading too many books at one time because I am interested in all of them!
Matt interviews thought leaders in performance psychology every week. He is obviously well read, truly passionate about the topic, and is a great interviewer. Topics range from brain chemistry to evolution of mind. He also provides extras in his weekly emails, print outs and YouTube videos, which are very useful.
Love this podcast! Always great info and concrete strategies on how to achieve desired outcomes.
This is a good podcast especially for me going through such a difficult time. It would be great to have a YouTube channel too. Thanks.
I just love this podcast! My favorite episode is with James Clear on habits and I’ve dubbed it the 1% episode. Really rich content on making small positive changes that add up. Always great content in every episode.
Way too much empty talking with barely any substance. Pretentious and commercially oriented
I started from the beginning and have loved every minute of it. I can’t wait to catch up and keep up. I’ve learned so much and I’m eager to her about the next topic. Great guests and great interviews.
This podcast has really opened a new door in my life. It inspired me to quit a job i had dragged through and hated for almost 4 years. I was in a bad place and Matt helped me develop tools I had never been able to tap into. My journey is far from complete but the Science of Success has been the staple in adding change and real self confidence and self control to my life.
This show is even better than what I thought I was looking for when searching for a podcast on personal growth. Not only is there a large variety of topics covered, but they are all evidence-based tips. Love this concept. Thanks Matt!
This is a great podcast and is one of my go-to shows for working on myself. Love that it is based in science.
I have really enjoyed listening to this podcast! I am currently a graduate student and so many of the topics apply to things I am currently going for. I highly recommend it.
This podcast is one of my all time favorites. Matt does a great job of interviewing his guests and I love the content. I’ve learned a lot from this podcast and have suggested it to others on more than a few occasions. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to live a good life.
I learned from this podcast but I appreciate more exchange between Matt and his guests. This felt a bit like a college lecture.
I’ve done a ton of self study on psychology and brain science. This podcast and been an awesome refresher and expounder on some of the most interesting things I’ve learned about how us humans work! It’s also taught me some great stuff I don’t know and some actionable strategies on how to maximize my productivity. Thanks Matt Bodnar for putting our such high quality, engaging, and interesting content!!
A variety of interesting guests discussing important topics. Matt is a great host and asks very intelligent quests.
I learn something new every time I listen. This content is solid and the authors, researchers, and guests on the show are legit. Thanks guys! Appreciate your continued effort to provide quality content.
As a professional classical musician, I find this podcast essential listening! It is right up there in my top 4 podcasts, and I find myself WAITING for the next episode to be released. Matt is a fantastic interviewer and picks currently relevant guests that share immediately valuable and actionable steps. I’m always motivated to practice after listening, even though it’s not directly about music. Thanks for the great work on this Matt! (And nope, I don’t personally know Matt!)
This podcast is one of my go-to’s for ‘self-help’. Subscribe and 10x your life!
Just found this podcast two weeks ago. I’ve listened to 10+ episodes so far and EVERY one has been insightful and inspiring! Thanks Matt please keep them coming!
With so much information to listen to and read the SoS, helps me prioritize where to focus my time. There are so many incredible people to learn from in these podcasts & Matt asks many of the questions I’d like to ask them myself !
I've been listening to Matt's podcast for a few months now and all I can say is I wish I had found this sooner. I've been introduced to so many new ideas and insights from so many impressive people. I've read some excellent books written by guests Matt had had on his show. Keeps me thinking and moving forward in life. Highly recommended.
I stumbled across this podcast after reading Carol Dweck’s mindset book and have been hooked ever since. This podcast always invigorates and inspires me and leads me to discover something new that I can use to make my life better in every episode.
Detail questions are ask by the host and end all interviews with a “homework” you can implement in your day to day life.
Had rated this SoS a 5 after listening to several episodes, but I just listened to the 5-17-18 podcast and was perplexed and disappointed that these constructs (ego, self-love, etc.) were used. I don't think these fall in the realm of science anymore. Philosophy/religion or something. Disappointing and puzzling.
Great podcast with much valued information. Amazing guest speakers.
This turned out to be a really great podcast listen to a few episodes now and overall I am satisfied. Subscribed!
This is one of the few podcasts that I've NEVER unsubscribed from, and NEVER deleted to make more space on my phone. It is an absolutely essential podcast. I've been listening for at least the last 2 years, I think longer though. This podcast has helped me in so many ways, the content is always relevant to my life and to my healing journey. So much good content, so many amazing guests, I am constantly inspired by this podcast!
I learn something new all of the time and love sharing this with the students and teachers that I work with. Thanks Matt!
Dude, you need to go easy on self promotion and advertising, it shows that you are making the podcasts for the money and it is annoying for the listeners. Go make money somewhere else and clean up your podcasts.
Keep up the good work. Love the fact that so much is rooted in science, gives a little different feel and perspective than most of the other similar podcasts out there
I’ve always been a music-in-the-car kind of person and didn’t think I’d want to listen to people just talking on podcasts... especially since my ride to/from work isn’t very long. However, I am a huge believer in continuous, personal growth so I thought I’d check out a few and thought they were fine... but it wasn’t until I came across The Science of Success that I realized what an opportunity I’ve been missing! Not only do I love the topics, but Matt’s gifted ability to ask enriching questions helps guide the discussion and adds so much value and perspective to the already great content. What a fun podcast for inquisitive minds!
This podcast proved itself most useful last semester at Washburn University. I started listening after one of my Psychology professors came to class raving about how she avoids television, and listens to podcasts. I had been struggling, and I sought out some motivation by browsing various Psychology and/or self-help related shows, when I stumbled upon The Science of Success. Since listening, I’ve been able to better structure my time, focus on and prioritize tasks, improve my positive outlook on situations, and perform better under pressure. I was able to turn my semester around, and make the Dean’s List for the Spring semester. I must give some credit to this podcast for helping me find my drive, and how to build better, focus-driven habits. ~Jaltheaus Palmer Jr.
I’ve been listening to the podcast when i can for about a year. I’ve used many of the tips to help myself become more efficient at what I’m doing, and more impactful. Most of us in today’s professional world operate at a continuous time deficit, or even at time poverty. Putting the tips from this podcast to work for you can improve your outlook. I’m currently using the Commit Action service promoted by the podcast and am really looking forward to doubling down on the strategies learned in the podcast.
There are so many great ideas presented by Matt and his guests--hard to know where to start. Maybe a favorite is Essentialism or the one about 5 Things you didn't know about Self Esteem. Great listening and great ideas. Thanks for your work on this!! Keep them coming!
I love this podcast, Thanks
Interesting guests. Great content. Excellent questions. Cheesy intro and commercial voice. Minor inconvenience however.
This is a great podcast, love the content and interviews. Very informative and educational!
This is an excellent way to stay motivated, driven, on track, and learning to work on all the right things. Live listening to how the science backs all of the information.
Start from episode one to know how your brain works and work your way up to get insight into who you are and how to live a fulfilled and successful life.
Very insightful - thank you!
I’m so grateful that I came across this podcast last week. In just a few episodes, my life has been completely changed. I feel like it was tailor-made for my life and is exactly what I’ve been needing for years. It’s also amazing that the interviews continue to cover subjects that I’ve pondered for a long time and especially cool that the follow-up questions that Matt asks are always exactly what I would ask or are related to what I want to better understand! Whenever I’m feeling uninspired or unmotivated, I look through these podcasts and always find one that picks me up and puts me back where my mind needs to be. Thank you!! Update: I’ve listened to almost all of the podcasts since discovering them a couple months ago and I just wanted to thank Matt for creating this life-changing podcast. My life has been changed in so many ways-for the better, of course. As someone who has been putting in the work for the past 15 or so years to try and be the best person I can be, for myself and the world, it means something when I say that this has had the single greatest influence on me. I can’t thank Matt (and his guests) enough!
I just listened to the Kevin Horsely episode on Memory Palaces and Journeys. I have often heard of these techniques and tried them, but have never heard such detailed descriptions of why it works. Matt’s line of questioning was intuitive, kept me interested, and wanting more info at the end. Great job!
I am new to listening but I can already tell you the information I have received is so helpful personally and professionally. I can’t recommend a station more highly if you are looking for an evidence based way to make changes in your life.
I really enjoy listening to this informative and thought provoking material... very interesting and positive!
Very insightful, tons of scientific knowledge that is applicable and Actionable. This Podcast has a Tim Ferris feel to it, which I love. Look forward to listening to the new and older episodes. TWO THUMBS UP.
Absolutely brilliant programs about the world’s most fascinating subject; the human mind.
Outstanding advice. This podcast can change everything for you.
These simple mind trick have helped me leaps and bounds with studying science. Thank you all for putting out great content!
I've gotten really into podcasts since I started working from home. By far, the most positive, life-changing podcast I listen to is the Science of Success. It makes me aware of the current science on so many aspects of my personal and work life that I want to change for the better. Then, the next thing I know I'm changing my behavior because of what I've learned. Thank you, Matt!
Science of Success is an excellent podcast. I appreciate that the host gives adequate “run way” and lets each guest expound on their topics of choice. The result is in depth and interesting treatises on the principles underlying success and the ways in which we each interact with the world.
I recently discovered the Science of Success podcasts and from the oyset, on my first podcast, was intrigued and hooked. There seem to be themes and subjects enough to interest many people in different fields. I cannot claim expertise since I just started, but I would recommend you try one of the podcasts.
No quarrel with the programming or credibility of the host or his guests. With that said, poor audio production values all but made the recent episode regarding memory techniques unbearable. The guest either had a cold or a breathing issue that unfortunately distracted me from paying full attention to his comments. To the producers’ credit they have acknowledged the problem and I’m hoping that future episodes won’t suffer from low-quality source audio or subpar voice editing.
Very informative, great content, love learning all the new stuff they post.
I'm not quite sure how I first came across this podcast, it might have been the name, but I am sure glad that I did. Matt and his team do a great job at identifying some of the best minds and thought leaders spanning many different disciplines. I have a few all-time favorite episodes that I have listened to many many times. This podcast and it's team does not fail to deliver.
Matt and his guests provide some incredibly actionable and compelling content, spotlighting the best tactics and insights on how to become the very best version of yourself. Highly recommend listening and subscribing to The Science of Success if you want the knowledge AND mindsets to live your best life (and reach your overall goals as a result)!
I am a young professional in Nashvill, TN about to enroll in business school. I was interested in finding books, podcasts, and/or videos to prime me for academic rigors ahead. Luckily, I found The Science of Success. The subject matter is the same as many other's in the niche of success and self help. However, he does it differently, adds value that only he can add, and creates a culture around the podcast for listeners who want more. There are plenty of podcasters and bloggers who cover the same topics and enter the same discussions. However, Mr. Bodnar's presence, professionalism, and passion cuts through. I inspire myself by listening to the show. I'm also looking foward to hearing him speak in person.
Diverse and compelling topics, discussed with sincerely educated guests, make The Science of Success one of my "go to" podcasts. Matt does a great job asking meaningful questions about the business of being human. Excited to hear the next one!
Very informative and eye opening series on new perspectives regarding diverse faucets of successful habits and techniques. I’m always excited for new episodes and the testimonies from the professionals in the field.
The Science of Success is a must for anyone wanting to live up to their true potential. Matt’s podcasts inspire, motivate and are jam packed full of science-based information. These podcasts will lead you to explore new books and experts in areas he’s covered on his shows. I recommend reading each show’s write up first; then listen to the podcast if you want to really lock on to the information.
I was looking for Podcasts that were science/psychology based related to business. I randomly came across the one on Training you Brain- it was exactly what I was looking for.
As a rising professional, this podcast has made such an impact in how I think about success. Best of all, each episode gives actionable strategies to build a better, more mindful and focused you, allowing you ahead of the curve. I can’t say enough about this podcast, in fact, my friends have probably already heard too much because I won’t shut up about it. Matt is such an awesome host and asks great questions to pull as much as possible out of whoever he’s interviewing. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone. Thanks, Matt and keep up the stellar work.
I love getting the podcast every week, because it always provides me with something new to learn or evaluate and see how it fits in my life
Been listening since December 2017. So glad I found this gem. Almost each and every episode is packed with great content. Can’t recommend it enough. Thanks Matt!
Taking the 100 rejection challenge has helped me love the word No and But
Matt always has a great guests that he discusses life changing ideas with. He’s well researched and this show has helped me a lot!
I’m glad I found a podcast that I can listen to and actually come away with something useful instead of just passing the time. Excellent podcast!
I can't recommend this podcast enough!
I really enjoy this podcast. It’s at the top of my list. Practical and keeps me focused on my life goals. Highly recommend to those who are looking for their big break into knowledge
I have enjoyed listening to the Science of Success. I have found the podcasts to be very informative.
I like the positivity and utility of this show. It really reminds me of how we can all play to win and grow and be better. Thats the beauty of this life. Other people’s success is fuel for you to succeed and this show really exemplifies that.
I love your podcasts! And yes it is hard to get people to write reviews and I almost deleted the email and then I read it and decided I really have to give you a review! I love this podcast! I learn stuff every time I listen and I’m all about getting my life organized and bettering myself, so every podcast has always been a win win! Keep them coming please! Thank you for all your hard work!
This is one of my favorite podcasts to listen to. It's always positive and I always learn something new. Matt brings on great guests from time to time as well. Through his guests, I've been introduced to their podcasts (which are also awesome) as well. Great podcast, keep up the good work Matt!
I am an avid listener of This American Life, Radiolab, Serial, More Perfect, and What Trump Can Teach Us about Con Law, but my first go-to has become The Science of Success. The first few episodes I was distracted by it sounding like it was recorded in a fishbowl, but the content was addictive and I’ve now listened to every episode and have recommended it to many many people. I send many episodes to friends with whom I’ve had connected conversations, and they are always grateful and become listeners. I’ve bought the books of guests, downloaded the apps and use them, and have re-listened to some episodes multiple times. When there’s a lull in a convo, it’s this podcast I bring up to start an interesting dialogue.
It’s been a pleasure listening to the different guests and topics on this podcast. Fascinating information into the physiological reasons we do what we do. Thanks Matt.
I'm a much happier camper listening to podcasts (mostly humor based) than writing reviews of them and wouldn't if its host hadn't reached out to me personally and requested I do so. One episode (Influence Anyone With Secret Lessons Learned From The World’s Top Hostage Negotiators with Former FBI Negotiator Chris Voss from October 20th, 2016) turned into a fan an subscriber in record time. I listened to two more before writing this review to give the best review I could give. Check out this mission statement from the Science of Success podcast web site: "At the Science of Success , our mission is to unleash human potential..." If you're still not sold I suggest you browse through the episode list and choose one that sounds interesting to you. Happy listening.
From the intriguing guests on every show to Matt's ability to relate each one to his listeners, this podcast has changed the way I now see and think about myself and the world around me. I feel lucky to have found such a useful experience at this point in my life and now I can't get enough. Thanks Matt and guests!
This podcast never disappoints. The topics are unexpected and present fresh perspectives on age old problems. I always learn a lot and I keep coming back for more.
Love to listen to it. My husband and I both listen to SoS while running (safely on the treadmill) and afterwards we talk about it and it's fun to discuss and exchange thoughts. Great podcast!
Insightful, helpful and really thought provoking.
Initially I found this podcast because I was searching for Dr. Rick Hanson, and an interview with him is one of the Science of Success Podcasts. It's a fantastic interview on neuroplasticity - training one's self to focus on the good - - which is not at all natural, in order to balance out the natural proclivity towards focusing on the bad. After listening to my interview I noticed so many other interesting topics I listened to 4 or 5 others. The ones on influence are especially facsinating, who knew us humans are so easily influenced? What I especially like about this podcast is that "success" is not defined in within the narrow confines of politics or business - this podcast is about how to have a higher quality of life - be a success at being a human. So many interesting authors, philosophers, negotiators, public speakers, and researchers have been interviewed - I've listened to well over 20 of the podcasts by now - I suspect I try to hear them all
This podcast is incredible at taking out the fluff of self growth. The is podcast gives you a actionable roadmap that creates ideas into realities. I would not be the person I am today with out this podcast mentoring my journey on entrepreneurship
Thoroughly enjoy the wide variety of topics and perspectives.
Just recently started listening to The Science of Success" and find that I can't stop listening. Both the host and the people interviewed are fascinating. If you are looking to upgrade your brain, look no further.
I'm so glad that I found this podcast! I really appreciate that the ideas discussed are grounded in actual evidence. Every episode contains some fantastic nugget of information that resonates with me and each episode inspires me to read more, learn more and be more true to my values. I love that Matt asks each guest for concrete examples of how to integrate their research findings into everyday life. Thank you for this great podcast!
I just listened to the Ryan Holiday interview and it's pure gold, because Ryan's awesome that way, but Matt is also a great interviewer. He does a great job drawing out interesting points and helps draw your attention to the guest, rather than to himself (like some other hosts do). He also does his research, like actually reading the books of the people he interviews!
This podcast should be a must for everyone! It explores interesting topics with great authors, scientists and entrepreneurs about success and performance. They leave out tips to improve your own performance and be a better being
This podcast is great. Wonderful lessons and the host does an incredible job.
I found myself hooked when I first started listening but after awhile I found the interviews longwinded and mostly fluff. I think we'll all be more successful if we just cut this, meditate a few minutes a day, and use the other half hour to actually do something
This is one of my favorite podcasts. Matt is an excellent interviewer, and asks such great questions. I love everything Neuroscience, and anticipate the next episode with much impatience. Keep up the great work!
You're the best! So glad I stumbled across. Enjoy your wisdom.
the podcast transformed my life. matt has been a true inspiration to me and i am always thankful when he shares his wisdom.
I look forward to every guest that Matt brings on his podcast! Their scientific insight has given me the information I need to place myself in a healthy mindset to transition into a life I have always dreamed of living! This podcast will transform the way you think about everything. Thank you, Science of Success for your work, your "How to Organize and Remember Everything" guide, and please keep doing what you're doing!
Matt provides terrific insight into the subject of human capital. He was gracious enough to meet with me recently and followed up the next day with a thank you email. He also shared his resources for starting a podcast including his producer. The content is always spot on and it's fantastic to see a host who is humble enough to take time out of his day to visit and look to his listeners for suggestions. The only problem I have is recently almost every episode has been so good I am usually spending money on follow up content because the topics has been or is currently something I personally want to improve upon. Keep up the good work Mr Bodner!!!!
This is such an enjoyable show! Matt explores a number of aspects of "success" and has a variety of fascinating guests and topics. He covers the topics without subjecting listeners to tons of advertisements too which is nice. Thank you Matt!
I really enjoy listening to your show. Great topics, well researched, good tips and overall a great companion to my daily commute. I look forward to my commute to listen to your show. Keep it up!
Credible episodes based on research and studies about how to be a better person and succeed in what you do. What makes this podcast exceptional is that it is not based on the experience of a successful person or people, the episodes are based on scientific research and studies. Thank you Matt!
VERY helpful advice Although music sounds like Mystery Science Theater 3000 and audio is a little echoing sometimes
Every episode inspires. Frequently, I have to listen to the same episode more than once because there is so much great content.
Good podcast with interesting topics, knowledgeable guests and sound advice. Highly recommended.
Please, can you number the episodes. Thank you
Love this show because it helps me learn while I'm not in class! Interesting stuff presented in an easy to follow format. Much love.
Really inspiring podcast and must listen podcast for anyone who wants to learn lessons for success.
Wish I would have found this sooner! Listening to Matt and his guests has been a huge source of inspiration and motivation.
Real, motivating, and most of all interesting! This podcast won't put you to sleep and will leave you feeling empowered!
Matt gives you new ideas in every episode that will challenge you on how to grow your life. He's really on to something critical about how fundamental our mindset is to our life and how we can really control it. Matt is clearly a gentleman, scholar and athlete.
Nearly every episode brings useful insights. Well worth my time. It's time to lose the echo-enhanced augmentation of the introductory speil - the program is better than that would indicate.
I love this podcast series. After the first listen, I was hooked. inspiring and enlightening, I always come away with a useful piece of wisdom. I am a big fan of Matt's attitude towards life and business. I highly recommend the episode on the Life Is Good company but all episodes are really enjoyable and useful. Great job and thank you!
I highly recommend @mattbodnar and his guests to everyone interested in personal development and leadership. He keeps a level of healthy realism by basing content on science. You too may truly enjoy. Let me know if you do @k_speckmann
Great podcast if you like psychology and being successful. Super professional and informative.
This podcast provides a plethora of expert thinkers who examine the mind, thinking and behavior. Take the time to learn the limits and potential of the human brain.
Matt has amazing guests each week. This podcast gives Tim Ferris a run for his money. If you are into life-hacking or general self-improvement, this podcast is a weekly must listen. Listen to one or two and you will be hooked. Content has only gotten better the last few months. Keep up the great work Matt!
Topics discussed are very interesting and thought provoking. Helps give you a different perspective and ways to think about things which ultimately lead to success.
All substance. No fluff. I tune into many podcasts and this is on my "A" list. Highly recommend it.
This is a superb podcast. Excellent for anyone interested in being top of his or her mental game. Love the quality of guest interviews on the podcast, Matt Bodnar is top notch!!
SoS is like having a personal coach with me... easy to listen to this excellent content! Highly recommended.
Great guests, very interesting. Wide range of subjects. Cannot say enough good things.
I've enjoyed listening to the podcast and the various guests. It is a fun way to hear new thoughts and get introduced to new thought leaders.
Great resource of focused, pragmatic information for taking your business and self discipline to the next level.
As a clinical psychologist I love the concepts presented in this series. As you begin to listen to the podcasts successively you begin to see common themes. It's this repetition in concepts and ideas that are fundamental to learning. I listen. I request my children (the oldest an avid golfer) and husband listen. And, finally, I have begun assigning podcasts for homework to my clients. I love the changes I'm seeing in myself, in my golfer son and in my clients.
Matt's interview with Chris Voss just gave me 5 new tools for negotiating. I'm not sure if this podcast is so much better than anything else on the air because the guests are so generous and accomplished or if it's because the topics they cover are so timely and helpful, but I've never been disappointed with these experts. I also love the fact that he doesn't interrupt them, This podcast is an oasis of intelligent, independent thought and civility.
This podcast is awesome! I’ve barely begun to apply some of the knowledge that Matt shares in this podcast and it’s already made such a difference in the way I see my life and the decisions I make. I really appreciate the positivity of the show. Nowadays I feel that a lot of people need information like this, I mean if you don’t read too many self help books or speak to people who can support and encourage you, this show is a perfect stand-in for that, and more. The information shared in this podcast is stuff that other people charge money for, whether in books or seminars. Thanks for the show Matt! Good luck in all of your endeavors.
I love this podcast because it has little fluff. The content is sound and actionable. Way to go Matt! Can't wait to hear more.
By far the bast podcasts that I've ever listened to. The information is so useful and the podcast has so much researched backed data it's very impressive. I'm going to listen to them all again and take notes.
If you want understand how you think, why you think the way you do, and want to improve the way you think, this is the podcast follow.
Can't recommend it enough ! Listen to the Chi's Voss episode.
Love this idea for a podcast, it'll take you to another level
every episode i listen too just gets better and better. today i listened to the fbi negotiator interview and thought it was the most amazing information told in a business ontext from this negotiator. best ever
I have interests that span science, business, politics, sports, leadership, education... and the podcast space is crowded with options in all of those areas, but I find that Science of Success is my #1 highest priority to listen to each week. It's topics span all of my interests and I always find it both inspiring and fascinating. I have listened to nearly every episode since December 2015 and love them all!
Time is tight for those who are constantly driving towards success. Therefore one needs to be selective on choosing from the hundreds of podcasts out there. If you are going to select one podcast that will expand your thinking and provide non traditional methods based on science and research that will improve your quest for performance, this is the one. Matt does a great job in selecting quality Guest Experts combined with thoughtful Q&A, not to mention the frequency in which he provides great content as compared to others who only do monthly podcasts. Many thank Matt for the tremendous effort you put into this.
Great interviews and great information with great interviews. I’ll be listening through the entire catalog!
The content on this podcast is incredibly insightful and thought provoking. If you are looking for ideas and insights on how to have a growth mindset and expand your thinking, this is the podcast for you.
I always listen to this on the way to work. Great guests and very informative. 10/10 will listen again.
Matt Bodner does his homework and has thoughtful questions and insights every episode. This podcast is based on science presented in an accessible and applicable way. I listen to dozens of podcasts; this is high on my list of recommendations!
This is the first time I have left a review because this podcast is essential if you want to be successful. Success is such a relative term for anyone, maybe you want to be a CEO, professional athlete, or be a successful parent. I like how Matt brings people from multiple facets of life and lets them share their experience and wisdom. Something I really appreciate from Matt as an interviewer is that he does not control the interview, I have heard to many different interviewers from different topics just take over the interview, and all you think is why did they even have that person on? Not this podcast, the people interviewed go in depth on their work and ways that any ordinary person can be better. I have already recommended this podcast to my friends.
Matt is super gifted at asking a question, stepping aside, and letting his guests dive deeply into their expertise. After meeting Matt last week, I gotta say the guy is polished & humble, which is rare. For folks wanting to re-work daily disciplines this is your show. It definitely made me think deeply about my own decision making processes. Top notch!
Matt and his guests regularly cover topics that are both useful and interesting. I don't listen to podcasts regularly enough, but when I do The Science of Success finds itself at the top of my queue. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve themselves and elevate their thinking to the next level.
This is a wonderful and useful channel! Will definitely share!!!
brain hacks to help overcome less-desirable aspects of our human nature. the host is well spoken and facilitates great discussions with guests- truly adds to the conversation. intriguing insights lead to realistic advice while keeping it entertaining.
Smart, interesting and so relevant. Dig in and go far.
I am so amazed with this podcast. As someone who loves positive psychology I have enjoyed learning from all the amazing people that are interviewed on here! Thank you!!
Loving it. Jam out to this podcast quite a bit. The one on meditation and the Rick Hanson interview are on point.
I've really learned a lot listening to this podcast. I love the guests and Matt always leaves me with great advice and suggestions. I've got all my friends listening!!
So insightful, I love this podcast and I always learn something new. Matt does a great job distilling tough concepts into easy to learn lessons and actionable insights.
We need valuable, useful, real information as we swim through the massive world of personal development. Matt consistently brings in qualified and interesting guests to explore useful and applicable content. It’s been my favorite podcast to listen to on my commute - it keeps getting better!
Matt's podcast is a great source of insight into how our mind works. His ability to draw out the key points from some pretty scientific material makes listening really enjoyable and actionable. Check out his interview of Vishen Lakhiani for some direction with mediation. I've really enjoyed trying out what I learned from that episode.
I love this podcast. It presents very relevant topics going directly to the main point and very well explained. If you hear this podcast you are having an excellent return for your time.
Love this podcast! I always learn something new and am encouraged and equipped to grow personally and professionally in a new area. And, I usually come away with a great new book recommendation!
I loved this podcast the first time I heard it and it is just getting better and better!! He has been having the most amazing Guests!! Warning - you will keep finding more and more information to research, books to buy and podcasts to listen to. I think that Matt, has turned me on to more information and ideas than I could imagine.
I've just recently discovered this podcast and I am blown away. So much good information and insight! I've been listening to them non-stop for days.
I love the Science of Success!!! I have noticed things that I learn on this podcast become noticeable and useful in everyday life. Small things you never thought you were doing or should've been doing now become your own personal prescription to success. Matt Bodner never gets boring and always has great guests. Everything is backed by research that Matt makes available to you if you want to do you're own study.
Really loving this podcast. The Science of Success is like that class we never had in school but that we should have had at least once a day. The intellectual resources that Matt and his guests throw out on every episode are super valuable. Inside of my head, it feels like some dominoe effect of some sort is triggered after I listen to an episode. Can't get tired of it.
I have really enjoyed listening to this podcast. Matt is very insightful and his advice and the concepts he shares have been invaluable to me. I also really enjoy the various interview guests he has on the show!
I am always seeking to learn about myself and grow but often don't have time to read. This is why I love podcasts such as this one! The interviews are straightforward and understandable and the subject matter is relevant to daily life. Can't wait to listen to more!
I've recently started listening to podcasts during my commute and Science of Success is one of my favorites. Matt always has good info presented to his listeners. You can relate to what is said and start incorporating it into your everyday life.
The Science of Success is an awesome podcast. I look forward to listening to it every week. As an aspiring entrepreneur this podcast helps me to see how my thoughts and actions impact my accomplishments. If you’re interested in listening to this podcast, I urge you to start from the first episode. There are some hidden gems in all of these podcasts. This is the only podcast that I find myself saving and re-listening to.
The Science of Success gives you tools to maximize productivity in every aspect of your life. Topics range from meditation to organizational skills, and everything in between. Matt Bodnar does an amazing job of delivering knowledge in a direct yet informative format. This podcast is great for everyone, young and old! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Excellent podcast. I was hooked the moment I found out he was a Cialdini fan, and it’s been great to see him address such a wide variety of fascinating topics. He breaks them down very clearly and I always end each episode wanting to apply and recommend his suggestions. I encourage everyone reading these reviews to listen to it!
I LOVE to geek out on this podcast. I listen all the time at work. I am a scientist by training and appreciate that this is founded on research and data. I find the topics applicable to all aspects of my life! Thank you and keep up the good work!
I am completely addicted to this podcast. I have always been annoyed with all the fluffy inspirational, success podcasts out there because they never dig deeper than just trying to make you feel good. This one gives me REAL, CONCRETE info on the science of how to make my life work better. Its easily the best podcast on iTunes for business owners like me. But honestly, this info applies to literally EVERY human being and everyone on earth could benefit from listening. Keep it up. You’re killing’ it!
This is a great Podcast!
I love this podcast. During every episode I have to fight the urge to take notes instead of just listening. I wish I had time to read all of the books Matt recommends and further research all of the topics that catch my attention. I would love to have the same grasp of The Science Of Success that Matt does. Enjoy!
I accidentally downloaded Matt's podcast a few months ago and fell in love. The broadcasts are informational and enjoyable.
I can't say enough to positive things about the content in this podcast. Like many young entrepreneurs who are hungry for great content I listen to the podcasts of Tim Ferris, Mixergy, and many others. It's rare however that you find tangible realizations and actions in each episode, and Matt has delivered just that. The content is so rich and applicable in your everyday life you can't help but apply it, you'd be foolish not to. While listening to the latest episode on Mediation I was driving in the car and nearly pulled over. The insights around self awareness and controlling your mind through meditation made me realize how much negativity I had held onto in my mind that affected me every day, even though I didn't realize it. It's easy to hold on to negative thoughts when you are used to them. I began meditating using the Visualization Method Matt describes and the positive affect it has had on my quality of life is absolutely insane. This podcast constantly delivers and if the insights are applied, I guarantee you will see a different, more exciting world around you. Keep up the great content!
Valuable information for any entrepreneur. Science of Success provides insight on my relationships with others, and a fresh perspective of the world around me. I've shared this podcast with everyone I know.
This podcast is one of a few - i'm selective like that ;) - podcasts that make me actually look forward to, well...at least not mind, my drive home from work. Great info and free of the "fluff" that I find in some other podcasts. Thank you for putting the time and effort into these podcasts, it is a pleasure to to listen. Keep it up! Cheers!
Content could be great - he needs to work on his delivery. Add some production tidbits
Matt brings together diverse sources to explain a wider range of phenomenae. This podcast is a gem.
Matt does a great job of explaining complex topics in an easy-to-understand, unbiased, well-researched way. I love this podcast, and feel inspired after each episode. Great work, MB and redOrbit.
This has quickly become one of my favorite Podcasts. Matt is a storehouse of knowledge, and not only brings in insightful, new information and research findings, but makes connections for us, bringing us to a whole new place. I’m always smarter when done listening. I can’t take notes fast enough with all the good stuff that is offered here.
This is one of the finest podcasts with tons of case studies. Keep it up
This podcast is motivating and inspiring. Matt provides insightful examples and practical applications to help you increasingly gain confidence in unfamiliar/uncomfortable areas. The lessons presented can be applied both professionally and personally. I look forward to listening further.
This podcast is not just interesting, it actually motivates and teaches you how to get the most out of yourself.
Just started listening to Matt’s podcasts and I’ve found them helpful and inspiring nuggets of knowledge. Always keeps me coming back for more
The podcast is very thoughtful and entertaining. What’s cool is that a lot of the concepts are pretty easy to apply to your everyday life and are not just a lesson on psychology.
Matt Bodnar knocks it out of the park with this one. The episodes are succinct yet thorough. He cuts to the core of key psychological concepts that form the foundation of habits that help you become more successful. The episodes not only explain why these concepts work in theory but make it easy to begin incorporating them in your daily life. Listening alone won’t get you to success but the episodes are an extremely helpful guide.
This podcast is great! Every episode provides relatable information in a scientific and fun way. He sets up his podcasts as easy to follow but you walk away learning something new. Very motivational and intelligent. Subscribed for future episodes, for sure!
I’ve had the privilege of knowing Matt on a personal and professional level. His ability to communicate his experience and adept knowledge of business is both motivational and valuable. “The Science Of Success” is one of my most recommended podcast to anyone who is looking to take themselves to the top!
Great, meaningful content that cuts to the core of performance improvement.
Analytical, intelligent, informative, motivating… There really aren’t enough superlatives to describe this podcast. I’m not really a big podcast guy, so when I choose one, it had better be good to keep me coming back for more… and this one delivers.
I'm really enjoying this podcast and I find it both enlightening and impactful. Always feel excited and after listening.
As you listen to this podcast, it becomes clear that it was carefully put together by an insightful and more than capable group of people. 5 Stars.
You have to listen to this podcast.
Matt runs a great show — definitely recommended for everyone interested in personal development, life-hacking, and generally getting better.
This is a really great podcast full of actionable things to help yourself grow in ways you never thought possible. It’s not an "everyone can do everything" approach, it’s a "you can do more" approach. Matt breaks down your boundaries and helps you see your potential.
Perfect for my morning commute.
Matt’s insights that come from what I imagine must amount to untold hours of reading and research, are neatly unpacked in a short, sweet, and entertaining show. I’m always excited to absorb the next little kernel of knowledge I can share with close friends. Thanks Matt, and keep em’ coming!
Really insightful podcast. Thought provoking and introspective. Has a Tim Ferriss feeling to it. I especially enjoy Matt's personal anecdotes. Highly recommended!
This podcast is a must for those that want not only to succeed once, but want to BE a success in life. Matt is brilliant in his delivery of Facts, not opinions, to what it takes to be a success, and then relates it to everyday real world challenges that we all face. I highly recommend you subscribe, listen and re listen often.
Great podcast for anyone looking to get motivated. Quick and relatable. Looking forward to more episodes.
Easily my favorite podcast to listen to with real world exercises which can help you grow as a human being and become more successful. I strongly encourage others to listen to this podcast as it has proved to help me grow.
I’m so thrilled that he and his team have decided to put together a podcast. As a close friend and advisor in my business, I find every moment I spend with him incredibly valuable. Now, he’s scaling his contribution. Big fan of Sos, keep it up!
I’ve really enjoyed listening to the podcast and found it to be tremendously insightful. Very actionable information and always grounded in the research. Can’t wait for more episodes to come out.
I have really enjoyed listening to this podcast - very insightful and filled with lots of anecdotes backed by scientific research.
Every week I can't wait for a new episode of SoS. Matt always leaves me with a great sense of purpose and drive.
