As someone who avidly listens to several true-crime podcasts, has read this genre of book for decades and watches TV shows dedicated to this subject, I consider myself an amateur expert in the topic. I’m motivated primarily in trying to learn why some people do such horrendous and cruel things to others—and this is one of many areas in which “They Walk Among Us” excels. Living in the US (although I am English), it’s good to learn about crimes I’ve not heard of before. Some subjects aren’t new to me—the Krays, for example, and the Yorkshire Ripper—but most are, which is a refreshing change. It’s fascinating to hear the differences between US & UK laws and justice systems, prison terms and treatment of arrestees. The presenter is terrific: His voice, modulation, annunciation... just about everything is pure perfection. I often find myself sitting in the car, parked in the drive, just so I can listen to a few more minutes before heading into the house and rejoining my real world. Thank you, TWAU team, for continuing to educate, inform and bring interesting stories into listeners’ lives. It’s a passion you do well and one I hope you continue doing for many more years.
His voice is soothing to listen too and the writing and production is top grade . It’s original and interesting storytelling with detail and pace.
Hands down the best true crime weekly podcast. Great host and great production values. Always eager to listen each week!
Def one of my favorite podcasts. It’s right up there with Lore, In the Dark, and Serial. I listened to every available episode in less than 2 months!
Re: Season4, episodes 14 & 15, the two-parter about the murder of Linda Razzell by her partner, Greg, who was found guilty and sentenced to life. Thing is, the story teller never explained why Greg was paroled after 12 years and was allowed to return to his home in New Zealand. Did I miss the reason for this?
Host sounds like Salad Fingers- not a negative, possibly a positive. Great cases and pace for the episodes.
If you want a great story that is very well told and has interesting detail and expert analysis-wait!! Who wouldn’t want all that? Well, this most def a podcast for you!! I have listened to three two-part episodes and was absolute riveted! I am so glad I gave podcast a try! I do have my favs and this is now one of them!!!
A little boring. Just not my favorite style of podcasting.
I love listening as I fall asleep, such a great voice. Weird since it’s pretty horrifying subject matter but it’s true. I look forward to every episode!
Well researched, few ads, compelling stories, and his voice is perfect to fall asleep to! The only problem is I typically can’t get through an episode before falling asleep lol
Well-researched, unbiased, and the narrator has a lovely voice. Thank you for your great work!
Very well written and narrated. However, I am not convinced of the guilt of the defendant. I certainly do not believe in double jeopardy. No one should be tried twice for the same crime, even if the first jury did not come to the chosen decision after the first trial. I am also unsure why the blood on the shirt wasn’t tested for DNA the first time, and why the object used for the bludgeoning did not show a conclusive DNA match the first or second time. I am aware that DNA testing has improved over the years, but there could still be contamination in this case. In conclusion, this case is very tragic, but well told. It made me think.
A really great podcast. The narrator does an excellent job and is easy to listen to. A great format and no B.S.. Also interesting stories well told. Thank you.
The most fascinating and unusual cases, written and narrated in compelling fashion. And not marred by continual, intrusive ads.

Love this show — and consider myself such a super fan that I’ve noticed that the audio seems to have been slightly slowed down. (No, it’s not the settings on my phone- I checked that) anyways.. preferred the original way.
Should you make me wait that long for a new season, lol, I was feening for an episode! Welcome back!!!! Love this podcast!
I’ve listened to most true crime podcasts, and I really like the way they break down the stories in this one. Thank you 🤙
The research and layout is great! I think this has such amazing potential but I found myself falling asleep at the wheel with the monotone and almost robotic tone with the narration. Other than that this could be an amazing podcast.
Love the narrator’s voice, the music is extraordinary, stories are new and told just the way I like to listen- all story & zero analysis, a little background, a chilling story and a proper finish. Love the actual 999 calls & interviews thrown in for good measure. Bravo TWAU-will be binging all your fabulous episodes. Keep up the good work👍🏻
Thank you for all the hard work and dedication you put into your show! Your efforts are greatly appreciated ❤️
Good Pod, but the host needs to slow down while taking. It’s like speed listening.
Hi I am creepypasta girl AWSOME podcast now thanks TO YOU 💚 I can be safe it is so good to tell my friends about you so they know please keep up the good work but some episodes are OH NO 🤦♀️ so those king of episodes you should say them but cool 😎
This podcast reminds me of Sword and Scale. Both are beautifully written and straight to the point. The only reason why I didn’t give this podcast 5 stars is because I wish the episodes were a little bit longer. Other than that, I’ve been binge listening since I discovered this podcast, last week!
Great narration and very interesting stories - many I had never heard about
Good length, well explained. Could have more real footage but all the same, stories are very interesting. Truth is always stranger than fiction!
Fascinated/entertained by true crime but fed up of pompous editorializing (looking at you, sword & scale) and pretentious, derivative audio styling (looking at you, monster)? Then look no further! The disturbing stories speak for themselves. I also enjoy the absence of glamorization (too many true crime pods revel in the crimes in a grotesque way) and superficial psychologizing. Focus on victims is yet another positive aspect.
Great and unusual crimes. Told in an informative way
Amazing storyteller, different stories from the usual. Definitely one of my faves now- so glad I discovered it!
Love this podcast!
This true crime podcast is so well done! The narrator speaks clearly and at a good speed, which makes it very easy to listen to and take in all the information. The crimes are interesting and well played out for clarity and interest. This is my favorite true crime podcast!
The host is a great storyteller. This is definitely one of my favorite True Crime podcasts!
I was recommended this show by Canadian True Crime and was not disappointed. Well put together stories and production. Most true crime podcasts focus on murders but he looks at other crimes such as bank robberies and scams.
I’m from the US so I’m not familiar with very much UK true crime. I love how it covers a lot of different types of crime and sticks to the story. It is different than the other true crime podcasts I listen to.
So glad I discovered this podcast. After binging the first 6 episodes, am very pleased at the solid production and storytelling that was there from the beginning. Many of the cases featured are ones which I was unaware. If you enjoy true crime podcasts, this one is worth a listen!
Very well written!! Production is 5star. Dudes got the best delivery (voice). Icing on the cake
I would love for you to cover the Soham murders/Ian Huntley
This podcast is great. Great production, excellent storytelling, the mood is precise. I’m a fan!
Very well researched and presented
One of my Top 10 podcasts!!
Excellent stories, well told. Love this podcast.
This show is one of my heavy hitters. I’ve widdled my “fave” playlist down to about 7 must-listen shows and this pod is on that list for sure. It’s perfect in its own way for so many reasons. Cases I’ve never heard of...always well-told...narrated in a story format, not spoon-fed facts about a case...they’re always different from the last while staying interesting every time...and personally I prefer cases that have an ending. These always do. Solved. There’s a period at the end of each story! Just plain perfect. You’re doing a great job. I don’t take the time to review many pods, I really should as it’s the least I can do for all the free content I’m handed everyday, but this one HAD to be recommended. I guess that’s what I’m doing here folks.....recommending this podcast to whoever cares. This one is a keeper! Please continue to do it, thank you, and I for one would be willing to help this show in any way possible.......feel free to tell us what can help!
I like the fact that the host doesn’t make light of crime. The story of someone’s tragedy is told with facts and respect. I don’t feel likeI’m a creepy spectator, more like a caring bystander.
Just found you but loving every minute! Great story telling!! Thank you so much
Love the storytelling, and subjects! This is a staple on my lust!
I listen to a lot of “true crime’—a distracting relief from the horror of contemporary US politics. “They Walk Among Us” is absolutely the best. The cases are interesting, the delivery is nicely paced and quite clear—live the British accent! There are no annoying asides or needless chatter. It is difficult waiting for the next episode.
These episodes are so good-please make them longer. So easy to listen to. Great job!
love this podcast. i rarely binge from episode one but this one is so well done, i had to. 🙂
Loooove this Canadian program! No re-enactments, no fluff no filler Just the facts-if the facts are told in such away -simply..nothing extra is needed. Also I appreciate that Jill(omg forgot her name i think-I’m sooo sorry if I got it wrong!) saves the Thankyou to after the show Okay trying to leave a good review of They Walk among Ys but my podcast app won’t reload the review feature . An old review keeps popping up.. Sorry TWAU is awesome—hope they get this haha
Love this show. Host has an incredible accent and the show in general is put together really well. Highly recommend!
This podcast is awesome!! I just wish they would slow it down a bit. The storyteller speaks fast or the audio has been sped up.
This isn’t a podcast, it’s a narrator reading text super fast without appropriate pauses. I will listen to another episode later in the seasons and see if it gets better, but this is more an audio book than a podcast. (Season 1: episode 10 - about the twins) Slow down dude, add appropriate pauses to allow the listener to process what you are saying and to actually understand the story.
I very much enjoy this podcast. It’s succinct, well written, well delivered and full of information. Actually happy I discovered it when I did, as there were enough episodes to binge listen for a bit.
Interesting cases and great production quality.
Big fan, keep up the great work!
I heard about this podcast from a Facebook group I'm in. Binged all available episodes in a week! Can't wait for the next one! Very well done.
This is a great podcast! Great host, great subject, great production. Carry on, you are GREAT! (Do yourselves a favor and subscribe!)
I cannot say enough good things about this podcast. So interesting and heartbreaking. So detailed and professionally produced. Excellent.
Nice long seasons and a lot of stories I’ve never heard before. The host has a really pleasant voice, which is a must for me.
I love the show but my mother was quite intense concerning grammar. It would be Amazon has, not Amazon have. But other than that I enjoy the content and the way it’s portrayed to us as listeners.
I really like this podcast because it gets right to the story without the annoying banter between people who think they are funny/clever you find in other true crime podcasts. Just tell me the facts - I don’t care about some random person’s opinion about what happened. This podcast does that and features interesting stories to boot.
Out of all the true crime podcasts I listen to, this one is my favorite. I’m sensitive and the gory details are at a minimum. There are lots of moments when my mouth drops open in surprise and disbelief either from the crime or the justice system. Love the illustrations as well!
very good podcast, had me hooked right away.
Love this podcast! My new favorite. Voice is perfect and great variety of crime stories.
Densely detailed and soothingly narrated. Please do keep it up!
The content is good and the way in which it is delivered is fantastic! Love this podcast.
This show is so well presented. It is as if Podcasts were designed with this show in mind. It's well presented and researched. I enjoy the varity of past and present cases. I super listen.
Listened in after another podcast host recommended you. Absolutely love the stories and the narrator is easy on the ears. Fantastic writing
Oddly spaced interludes of piano solo that just make the story telling disjointed.
A very interesting and well researched British podcast about various well and less well known cases across the U.K. The host is slow-spoken and does not over dramatize the stories.
Fantastically edited, well researched and delivered. I look forward to every new episode! The chronological layout of each story followed by a "where are we now" update really brings everything full circle.
Every time a new episode of this show appears in my queue, I can’t wait to listen!! This is a high quality, excellently produced true crime podcast. It highlights a variety of cases (not just grotesque murders) in an engaging and dynamic way. A must listen!!
Some new stories and some I have heard before and all told in an interesting manner.
One of my biggest issues with true crime podcasts/tv shows is that you don’t find out what happened, where is the criminal? Benjamin gives you those answers. Where are the victims, their families, the criminals, etc...you will have a sense of closure at the end. No need to Google this information when you are done with an episode. This is one of my favorite parts! I also appreciate that the crimes are explained without being crude. Great Podcast!
So glad I recently found this podcast. It’s great that it covers different true crime stories, from violence to bank robberies, to terrible parents. It’s well produced, I’m only on the first season, 13 episodes in & I can see myself listening to all of the episodes to come. Great job!
I listen to a lot of different crime podcasts and this is one of the best. I like the speed of the reading and deadpan style of it. Love it.
I do love listening to this podcast! The info is compelling and sometimes shocking! Always the goal of a true crime podcast junkie right?! Only issue I have is that the host repeats himself throughout the story. I sometimes get the sense that maybe the host doesn’t have enough information available to fill the timeframe of the podcast. Of course I could be wrong about the hosts intention to fill the space and I don’t want to offend anyone. Hopefully this review will be useful and positive. Thank you!
This is the latest addition to my ever growing True Crime Podcast library and is very quickly growing to be one of my favorite. The show is very professionally produced, tells the story efficiently and creatively and narration is brilliant. I also like the fact that you report on lesser known stories, all in all a great podcast!
The host tells these amazing stories with such knowledge, compassion and integrity. It’s always so engaging - that it’s one of my all time favorites to see has downloaded.. please listen!
Great production with music and news footage make for a very professional presentation. Narrator is great. One of the best true crime podcasts out there. Keep up the great work!
This is a great show. I’m an American who loves all things British. I was looking for a British podcast and They Walk Among Us was listed on a webpage about British podcast awards. So I decided to give it a shot and I’ve already listened to the first three episodes today! I love the variety and the detail used to explain these cases. I also like how the narrator talks about the ripple effects of the crimes that have been committed and how it extends into the family and society at large. Well done!
One of the best shows from across the pond! The episode artwork & Benjamin's voice, it's a recipe that makes the perfect podcast!
I love true crime podcasts and I love British mysteries, and thought this podcast would be a nice mix of the two, but I just can't get into it. The host is quite quiet, and the sound quality in general makes this difficult to listen to. Further, the host's own range is very limited, and comes across very droning. The stories are interesting, but the execution makes those stories boring.
Well-written and well-read by the host.
I love this true crime podcast!! I have heard many stories I was not familiar with!! Highly recommend this podcast!
if you like true crime stories, you'll love they walk among us! Worth your time!
Absolutely fantastic podcast. Well researched and thorough. Riveting.
This one is great! I recently found this one completely by accident and I am so happy I did. I bench listened and I am now all caught up.
This is a great, lesser known podcast and they only cover cases in the UK which is awesome because there are so many cases I’ve never heard of. Well researched and read!
This podcast is in my top 5 and wait with bated breath for the next one to drop. Benjamin has the best voice for podcasting and the stories and writing are incredible. You won’t be sorry you’ll subscribed.
An amazing true crime podcast to listen too.
I love this podcast. It's so well researched and told with great poise and thoughtfulness. American true crime is sadly overrepresented and this podcast fills a huge void. Look forward to each episode.
If you're just getting started on podcasts, this is a great way to get your feet wet, and you will get spoiled. Enjoy!
He does not cover the ‘popular’ crimes everybody has heard 5 times. I love that he is unique & original.
Very well done in all aspects! Well researched and produced.
Stories are so interesting and host is great
Well researched, I highly recommend for any true crime fans. Keep up the good work!
Love the show! Keep up the excellent work, it’s appreciated.
Excellent reporting with no nonsense- definitely recommend!
I live in the United States and I very much enjoy true crime podcasts… Especially Sword and Scale, True Crime Brewery, Casefile, etc. I just started listening to this podcast one week ago and have been hooked ever since...The host is an excellent storyteller and keeps my attention throughout the whole show. Details are fascinating and listening to how UK police procedure is done and details of the killers, their victims, the neighborhood/city profile, and much more keeps me interested and fascinated. this is easily in my top two of true crime broadcast and I am considering becoming a Patreon supporter like I am for Sword and Scale. If you are a fan of true crime podcasts venue will surely love this podcast… It is well worth your time and the only drawback is that once you’ve listened all the shows two or three times you are left anxiously await Ing the date when the next show is released!
This podcast deserves each of its 5 Stars. These true crime episodes are well produced. I love the narrator's voice. Accompanying each episode is fabulous music, never too loud or too soft, or intrusive, it's truely appropriate yet pleasant and adds a nice touch.
Beautifully-delivered murder stories. Just great.
One of my favorite
Ben has the ability to pull you in and keep you calm yet engaged. Great research, and very well done. I anxiously await each new episode's release.
They Walk Among Us is the gold standard for narrative true crime. Meticulous research, top-notch production, amazing yet subtle music, and of course the beautiful narration make this well-written podcast a "must not miss". Whether one is interested in true crime or simply stories of humans struggling to cope with dire situations, this podcast offers the best storytelling I've ever heard. If you want to start a podcast, this is the one to emulate. It should be used as a teaching tool for media studies.
As a fan of true crime, this podcast is noted to stand out as something special than your typical telling of murder. The tempo and voice of the narrator, with the music, gives such a empathetic expression to the stories of the lives of families torn by violence. I also love that after each episode, there is further comment of how the families currently are coping and empowerment gained in the midst of tragedy. I also especially enjoy the aspect that, thus far, each story reveals that justice is served.
Highlighting crimes Americans may not be familiar with, the podcast is not a flashy voyeuristic journey into the circumstances of murder. There is empathy shown for the victims and their families, something sorely lacking in some other crime podcasts.
This the best of all the true crime podcasts. No sensationalism, just the facts told well with maturity and empathy. CM.
The narrator is amazing, sharing stories that are new to me. The custom artwork for each show is whimsical and heartbreaking. This show deserves a spot in your rotation
When I find a great podcast I binge every single episode. Just finished doing that with They Walk Among Us. Love the host and his storytelling style.
It's well done, and an excellent listen.
The narration is wonderfully done and the cases are wide ranging and compelling. And since I'm in the States, I have not heard about any of the cases discussed so far, which makes me love it even more! I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in true crime.
I love true crime podcasts and this one it one of my favorites. The stories are interesting and well told.
Really well done on all aspects, so exciting to find a new podcast. Keep up the good work!
I listen to many true crime podcasts and this one is a favorite. The host has a captivating cadence and is an excellent storyteller 💙
There is a reason this indie podcast has won awards. The content is interesting. The production is well done and the host is very good. My top true crime podcast.
This show has many stories I hadn't heard before. I really enjoy it!
As an American this podcast offered me the chance to hear interesting true crime that I knew nothing about. The narrator is a gifted storyteller who does not sensationalize the story. I highly recommend it.
Well researched and presented with compassion and a delightful accent.
One of the best out there!
I love the execution of this British true crime podcast by Rosanna & Benjamin. The storytelling, pace, music & selection just works together perfectly every time. I look forward to each future episode. Thank you! 👏🏻👏🏻
I found this gem by way of a happy accident about a year ago and it's a definite standout in the over-saturated world of true crime podcasts. The stories are told with soothing narration while discussing horrific U.K. crimes. The cases are intriguing and well researched. Respect is always given to the victims and their families. They Walk Among Us is run by a husband and wife team and the effort they put into the podcast is evident. The production and editing is professional and flawless. The artwork and music that accompany the episodes are simultaneously haunting and beautiful. So where are we now? Subscribe, download and show your support on Patreon. The bonus episodes are frequent and will not disappoint.
I've just started listening and binged 12 eps in 2 days. Excellent stories, told with respect and well done research and the music! Omg it's so great!
I've been listening to this podcast as I paint the inside of my house, and it's an incredibly entertaining way to make the time pass faster. I love the narrator's voice and the way he tells stories. Even though the subject matter is sometimes disturbing or saddening, the stories are told in such a provocative way that I keep coming back for more.
I absolutely love this show. Addicting, great structure, rich background. I would highly recommend :)
It has wonderful attention to the details of the cases, and the delivery is absolutely chilling. Looking forward to season 2!
I've listened to the first season and I really enjoy this podcast. Everyone should subscribe.
I'm really enjoying this podcast. Great storytelling and I like that we find out what's happening with each case currently. Keep up the great work!
American listener and very much enjoy this podcast!
From the musical pieces to the hypnotic voice of the story teller these episodes are riveting and just fantastic. If you haven't listened you are missing out.
This is a well-developed podcast that deals with true crime without being dramatic or overbearing. One of the best true crime podcasts out there!!
Well researched, excellent writing and execution. Finally, a good quality podcast. Keep it up!
Very well done show.
I've binge listened and only have 1 episode left. Can't wait for future episodes to drop. Great job!
There are so many true crime podcasts out there now, and only a few that are really worth subscribing to, and this is definitely one of them. Great topics, production, narrating... no complaints! Look forward to my weekly episodes :) Amazing job!
Very well researched and put together. Straight forward the way that I like. Definitely a new favorite for me.
Definitely worth subscribing
Love everything about this podcast.
I've been looking for a replacement to Serial for a long time. S-Town was ok...not great. This is fantastic. Each episode is a new crime told matter of factly. Love it.
Really excellent! I always listen to this on the way to work.
I love this podcast! It took me a while to get used to the host's monotone story telling, but now I love it and enjoy the tone it gives to the stories. I always end up Googling the stories they tell for more info. because I'm so intrigued! Great job and keep up the great work!
This is one of the best pods! I love all the detail you put into this. Great job! "And it's not bad"
Love the name, love the pod, love the cases and such fab work, keep it up. I will rec to all my friends and podcasts lovers.
PLEASE stop the background music while you are speaking. It is TOO LOUD and distracting.
Beautifully written and told stories of crime and evil. The earnestness and overall seriousness of the host is refreshing. He keeps the victims present and avoids lurid descriptions of violence etc. highly recommend!!!!
Nice true crime podcast in the style of Casefile. We need more good true crime podcasts like this.
Wonderfully told stories of true crime! Thank you for your hard work!
Add interesting cases and good writing and you've got a very good true crime podcast!
Really love the podcast!
It's so creepy to think of who really does "walk among us". A well researched and presented podcast.
Original, never heard before stories. Love the style!
This has the potential to be THE hot new true crime pod. The storytelling, research, and production are flawless. We were sucked in immediately. These Americans are official fans! -The Wine and Crime Podcast Gals
I listen to a ton of true crime (and other) podcasts and it seems as though the same cases are covered ad nauseum. This podcast, however, covers cases that I've never heard of with just a couple of exceptions. The host is really good with a low-key delivery that allows the facts to stand on their own without hyperbole. I highly recommend it.
One of few Podcasts that I pay to support.
Very good storytelling for the workday. The narrators voice is calming and nice, not annoying or distracting like some. The stories are interesting and include just the right amount of legal jargon. All i listen to are true crime podcasts, and this is my new favorite.
This podcast quickly became one of the ones I push right to the top of the queue. Engaging, well paced, respectful to the topic, and (for me here in the US at least) it's nice to hear stories I'm totally unfamiliar with, which is rare considering the number of truecrime podcasts on my list.
Great podcast! Very captivating and interesting! Can't wait for more episodes.
Perfect podcast! Please don't stop!
Good stories about true crime. Narrator has a great voice for it. I would recommend it!!
As an American with an interest in international law, this is such an intriguing parallel. I listen to seven different true crime podcasts on the regular and this is definitely an addictive new favorite. I look forward to the next season!
Love this podcast. All the stories are told in a clear, concise, and entertaining fashion. I binge listened to all of them! Keep up the good work and I look forward to listening to all your future shows!! :)
I don't have the words. I love this podcast. I binged it and now I'm a huge fan. I love U.K. True crime, and this show is just the best. I love the stories and the narrator. I can't wait to hear more.
I don't know how they find so many lesser known stories with twists and turns. I much prefer true crime stories I've never heard over the "heavy hitters," and TWAU delivers that. There is also a great variety in the types of stories. The writing is excellent and original, and the host's voice sets the perfect tone.
I'm a huge fan of the true crime podcast genre and I listen to upwards of 30 hours of podcasts a week. TWAU has very rapidly become one of my favorites. Great audio, straight to the point and amazing story telling. The hosts are wonderful with listener interaction on social media like Instagram as well and I've enjoyed talking with them! Keep up the wonderful work guys! Sending love from Denver, Colorado!(@yeamevalerie on Instagram) :)
I'm hooked on this one until they quit. The stories are interesting and just a tad scary. I don't live in the U.K. so I'm. It familiar with any of the "landscape," but crime is universal and this is well done.
I just started listening to this podcast and have already binged all of the episodes. They're very interesting stories, sad but there is always a satisfying ending. The narrator's voice is very soothing and the stories are incredibly well researched, thought out, and clear. I can't wait to hear what else they put out. For true crime lovers this is a wonderful bingeable treat!
This is one of my favorite podcasts. The host has a pleasant voice that doesn't lull you to sleep. He presents the facts in a straightforward manner and develops a story very well. I also appreciate the fact that this show doesn't have episodes that are ridiculously long. Every episode leaves me wanting more.
This is a great podcast and they need more like it! I feel so lucky I found it!
This is a great podcast for true crime groupies. I really enjoy the delivery being in a single narrative instead a talk show format. This is right up there with Sword and Scale, This Is Actually Happening, and Serial. It's also interesting to hear about UK true crime.
I binged all episodes in one day and wanted more! The host is great, the information is detailed and exciting, and there's a good variety of crime - it isn't just another podcast about serial killers.
This podcast reminds me of the Lore podcast. Very narrative storytelling with atmospheric music and fascinating stories. Very much worth a listen.
This is a great podcast full of stories I'm not familiar with, as I'm in the US. The script is well written, beautifully produced & edited, and narrated by a voice that's easy on the ears. Excellent; give it a try!!
One of my favorite true crime podcasts!
This podcast is very well done: always respectful of the victims and families, while still providing interesting and informative cases. I'm looking forward to the next episodes!
I thoroughly enjoy the stories and the storytelling of this podcast. Excellent quality work all around.
American yankee approved!
compelling (and tragic) stories...would be great if there were more recordings of news or police or other as well as more audio but terrific nonetheless
Very well done, great audio, interesting stories.
I absolutely loved the first 5 episodes (which is all that has been released so far). It's one of my favorite true crime podcasts, and I listen to over 100.
I am enjoying this podcast. I'm a fan of Casefile, et al, so I gave this a try. The stories are interesting, and I am enjoying hearing about cases I haven't heard before. The storyteller is good, although his halting narration can be distracting. I have no doubt this will improve as time goes on. I like the way the interviews fade in and out behind the narration, and the music is good, too. I look forward to hearing more.
I look forward to more! Keep up the good work!
I am an avid True Crime podcast listener and this one is my new favorite. The production value is high, the narrator is well spoken and provides a clear narrative despite a complex subject matter. This show is truly a joy to listen to.
Being addicted to true crime podcasts, it's always good to find a new one to add to my list. This one is nicely done. The narrator has a pleasant voice, the stories are well paced and ones I haven't heard , since I'm not familiar with many U.K. crimes . Keep them coming and wishes for continued success.
Well produced, edited and researched. The narrator weaves an informative, in depth yet empathetic re-creation of each crime that the listener can follow easily. Great storytelling and sensitive to the victims.
This is a great true crime podcast. It is well-produced, with good sound, music and editing. The first two stories have been very interesting, with great pace. The narrator is also very good and easy to listen to. I hope this one goes up the charts becauase it is really good. One of my favorite true crime podcasts already. Looking forward to more stories. Recommend the possession of Michael Taylor as an interesting case to cover.
I've sampled upwards of 15 true crime podcasts looking for new favorites. This easily rates in my top three! Easy listening, great production quality and music, and a perfect balance of detail saturation and pacing. When I saw there were only 2 episodes, I had to leave a review (my first, though I'm an avid listener of way too many podcasts at this point) letting the creators know.. You're rocking it! Keep going! I'll happily contribute to your popularity.
The host is a good storyteller and the show is both well-written and well-produced. The first episode details a creepy case I never heard of. I'm looking forward to hearing more.
